Habia cucharachas en ek elevador y mi mamá no se quiso bajar en el, se callo por las escaleras y se quebro la mano y lastimo el pie.. Nos cambiaron de habitacion porque simplemente el mini split de todo un piso dejo de funcionar. El unico bueno e util fue el Bellboy.

- Enrique (4/5): Mala experiencia - Muy mal porque el encargado de la recepción desde que llegué me dijo antes de consultar la reserva que la página desde donde reservé era falsa y que me habían estafado, la aplicación la uso desde hace más de 5 años y nunca había tenido un problema. Muuuy Lamentable que no cuenten con cancelación o modificación de la reservación, tuve que esperar a que otra persona que podía ver la reservación entrara a su turno y me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo. Terminé por irme a otro lugar y perder lo de la reserva.

- 16jamesdoc (8/5): Bogart was here - I think this hotel deserves a higher rating than the one it currently has. It's admittedly not overflowing with character but the accommodation is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are helpful and professional. The outstanding feature is the restaurant, with a buffet breakfast to last you until the evening. When it's time for dinner, you can do no better than return to the restaurant, with milanesa ranchera not to be missed. Don't be put off by the armed federales standing outside; any hazards that there may be in the city (and I didn't find any) are barred from the Impala. Tampico is off the tourist beat but has the authentic character of a steamy tropical port. It was the setting for the start of "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre", so look out for the bronze statue of Humphrey Bogart!
- sergiotexas (6/5): I'm Thinking We Coulda Done Better - This was a last-minute, split-second choice. The drug war has shut down many hotels in Tampico. The historic hotel we originally wanted to stay at shut down, so we ended up here. It was modern and clean but overpriced for what it was. We paid 650 pesos or about $49 dollars for a double bed. The room was clean but had no electrical outlets for our cell phones. The bathroom was a little funky and you had to take a big step up and down to enter and exit it. It's two looks from the main square but near the bottom of a hill that's in an area of the street that's not well-light and felt a little seedy. We felt we could have done better but we could have also done worse.
