- Brad (10/5): Will definitely go back Minda the hostess was very responsive and pleasant. - Hostess was amazing. Fresh coffee made for guests in the morning. Location was nice. Fridge and micro in room. Room was a bit small but there are other bigger rooms.
- Alan (8/5): Good value for the area when you just want a decent place to sleep and don't need all the extras. - Quaint boutique hotel with nice custom art on the walls. Two fold-out luggage racks in the room were very useful - most hotels don't have these!! Very clean, decent towels & linens. Good mini-fridge has a real freezer. Free ice available in useful size bags instead of giant bags or a noisy ice machine. Nice outdoor chairs & tables in sufficient quantity to allow privacy when you want them. The in-room coffee was terrible despite good creamers/sugar/etc. Rooms 1, 2, and 3 face the street and get a lot of road noise, although this wasn't noticeable during sleeping hours if you have a pink noise generator. No chair or table in the room - it was too small to accommodate. Built on very old bones - has small room sizes from past standards and add-on amenities (all electrical lines were in pipes attached to the walls). Although it didn't affect my stay, staff is not always available at the check-in counter.

EV charger would have been nice or even an accessible 110V exterior outlet. Road noise and lights through the blinds was a minor inconvenience. Blackout curtains could help both issues.

Love how close to town it was. - Unfortunately there wasn't any breakfast on offer, but I think that has more to do with the time of year so I wasn't bothered. The wifi was really bad. Obviously we didn't spend that much time in the room so it wasn't a huge deal but it made it irritating to watch TV in the room in the evenings.

- Barbara (8/5): pleasant for an overnight stay, but buyer beware: it is not luxury, but is clean and pleasant - This is a small motel that the owner has worked hard to make cozy, cute and comfortable. Our room was very small and we sat outiside on the street across from a car repair shop in the evening. We later discovered there is a lovely, pleasant, outdoor area with seating, tables and glides which would have been preferable, had we known. It was a decent place to spend the nigh. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

- Robert (7/5): Cute little Motel, very friendly staff. - It is a small family owned and operated motel, with an extremely friendly staff. It is an older place that they have done much to make comfortable and inviting. Cute would be a good word. They have a small breakfast stand with discounted meals and free coffee for guests. Location is in downtown Chelan. The room is very small and doesn't offer any closet or cabinet for clothing, other than 6 hooks on the wall, AC was noisy, and location next to main road made for road noise.

Our room had a frig, microwave, coffee maker, and 2 bottles of water. The WiFi was good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. In the morning, we ate our breakfast at the Brunch Box, their restaurant next door. That was delicious. Nothing. I would return.

A perfect illustration of the warm welcome you will find here is a sign they have posted outside in the mornings. They brew great coffee and supply various creams and cups to go with it along with water. The sign reads as follows: “HOT! Deep Water Inn Guests & Future Customers…Please Enjoy some Hot Coffee Thank you for staying or visiting us!” The days we stayed, their little breakfast/lunch shack was not open but the menu looks really good for a quick breakfast or a bag lunch for exploring the National Park. The location is great for catching the ferry to the National Park as well as walking back and forth to the little town of Chelan.

- Gail (8/5): - I was only here one night. Minda was waiting for me to arrive so check in was easy and communication beforehand was excellent. The hotel is very close to town and it was nice to walk to dinner. My room with 2 queen beds (I think that was the only one available) faced the street. I enjoyed the chairs just outside the room! The street is busy but the noise was blocked by sidewalk cafe building. Everything inside was super clean and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely stocked. There’s also a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The bathroom for this room, while immaculate, was small and the fan noisy. I came during a heat wave and was grateful for the a/c, though it, too, was noisy and I turned it off after it cooled down outside. I would love to stay here again if I come back to this area. Thank you for your hospitality!

We’ll be back! Minimal but noticeable road noise at the start of the day. No fault of Deep Water.

- Nicole (7/5): For a short stay in a cozy, down-to-earth spot with genuinely kind hosts, it gets the job done - Stayed one night at Deep Water Inn and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient — its right on Woodin Ave (pretty much the only big road in Chelan) and pretty much anything you plug into your GPS is within 5 minutes (lake included). Just be mindful that since its located right on the main drag, noise could be an issue for light sleepers. Minda and Gary were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the place feel warm and personal, like staying in an extension of an old family home that’s been converted into an inn. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. WiFi was strong and reliable, and breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise. The Brunch Box next door has great full-on breakfast options. The country-style biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage was super filling and perfect fuel for a packed day in Chelan. The main downside was the bathroom. It was very small, and the plumbing felt pretty makeshift. After a 4-hour drive, we were really looking forward to a good shower but the water didn’t drain properly which made it frustrating.

- Mariah (10/5): - I grew up near Chelan but I’ve never stayed here. I loved how close it was to everything so we could just walk to stores. Management was friendly and our room was well cleaned. They even offer breakfast. I split the biscuit and gravy box with my boyfriend and it was amazing ! Overall a great experience

- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional - Location was so close we could walk every place we wanted to go. Rooms a clean and well stocked with pillows and towels. Owers is a great inn keeper and very friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this place and will be booking again.

- Benjamin (6/5): It was mad decent. - I don't know if breakfast was provided. I didn't read the fine print. Coffee machine seemed neutrally functional? I tried to the run the Mr Coffee sans beans in order to get hot water. Nothing happened. i was coming from 2 weeks living in jungle so my sensory awareness may have been more acute than helpful. I noticed small things. Main room lights tended to flicker. Bathroom light was accompanied by noisy fan. One option, on or off. Feng shi was nearly goofy but held itself together. Overall it was a cheap clean private safe room, with mini fridge, TV, functional bathroom, in a great central location that felt safe and hospitable. I would stay here again if I didn't have any close friends to stay with in Chelan.
