• K8935JBbettinas (2/5): Worst hotel experience ever - Worst hotel experience ever. Do not come here! You have to eat leftovers every day. The Hotel is about 1-2 star quality. Everything is broken, old and shabby. We got a smaller room, mold and dirt everywhere. You have to drink from cheap plastic cups. You do not even get free drinking water, the owner must be very cheap!

Η τοποθεσία είναι απλά εξαιρετική: ήσυχη, με μαγευτική θέα και πρόσβαση σε οργανωμένη παραλία. Η απόλυτη απόδραση για όσους ψάχνουν ηρεμία και αυθεντική εμπειρία." • samartzis (10/5): Μια απόλυτα μαγευτική εμπειρία! Αξίζει κάθε λεπτό! - Οι τις διακοπές μας στο ξενοδοχείο Corfu Maris Bellos και ήταν απλά υπέροχες! Το δωμάτιό μας είχε μια θεαματική θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου, που ξυπνούσες και πήγαινες για ύπνο με αυτό το πανοραμικό θαύμα. Η ιδιωτική παραλία με τα βότσαλα είναι μεγάλο ατού. Ιdeal για ηρεμία και ψυχαγωγία, χωρίς τις μποτιλιαρίσματα των δημοφιλών παραλιών. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με τεράστια ποικιλία και φρέσκα προϊόντα που ξεκινούσαν την ημέρα μας περίφημα. Θα ήθελα να επισημάνω ιδιαίτερα την άψογη καθαριότητα των χώρων και το προσωπικό. Ήταν πάντα πρόθυμο, εξυπηρετικό και με ένα γενναιόδωρο χαμόγελο που σε έκανε να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε! 🏖️💙

• mhomes (6/5): a place to lay our heads at night - We were only in our room to sleep because we explored Corfu. The room was very small and the bathroom did not have a door on the shower so the floor got soaked and there was no rug/towel for the floor in front of the shower. The balcony was nice in the evening--we enjoyed playing games at the table along with drinks. However, the overhead air conditioning unit dripped and made for limited seating area if you did not want to get wet. We were thankful for the blankets at night in spite of the heat of the days. We did not pay for all-inclusive so only had breakfast included. The food was enough to start our days. We enjoyed the nice little taverna across the road in the evening a couple times. The bus stop across the road only took you north up the beach as it was the last stop on Bus #6, but it was easy enough to hop on and ride a few minutes for some shopping or food. The elevator was barely big enough for our luggage but it would have been difficult to carry them up and down the stairs. You had to pay for towels to use at the pool/beach--they did not want you to use the ones from your room. Cleaning of the room seemed random; sometimes you came back to clean towels on your bed, sometimes you did not. Being on the beach, we did have a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning and the moon at night! Like I said, we had a place to lay our heads at night which was about all we needed. We enjoyed getting to see sites on Corfu and being on the water during the day.
• Fotis (6/5): - Quiet position with impressive view. Wonderful staff, young generation who works for the tourists with great responsibility and professionalism. The food was ok. Sometimes, I felt like it was a lack of imagination in the kitchen, but I didn't say anything . A good idea will be the owners to consider the fact of quality instead of quantity. A big thank you to Alexandros, Vera, Helena, and Christos for being so kind to me and my kids. The beach was quiet but not well organised, and nobody was checking out the umbrellas and sunbeds. Personally, I liked the fact of the clear and warm water, but there was no direct access for the kids without hurting their feet to get in the water. The pillows were just some fluff stuffed into their covering. Each person deserves a better quality of service when it comes to sleep.

• GiwrgosFFM (2/5): Noch NIE so ein schlechtes 4* Hotel gesehen wie dieses. - Der Ausblick vom Balkon war das einzige super positive, aber das rechtfertig nicht die 4*! Der Raum wo gegessen werden sollte war extrem warm wegen der Glasfront, und es war an der Theke keine oder nicht genügente kühlung, dadurch war die Wurst ungenießbar. Obst gab es kaum was und in 3 von 7 Boxen war nix drin. Die Spiegeleier die drin waren, waren kalt also schon länger drin Das angebliche Bacon war irgend eine alte frittierte Wurst vom Vortag so hat es geschmeckt. Ich gebe sowas nicht Mal meinem Hund zum Essen habe ich sogar der Rezeptionistin gesagt und mein Band abgegeben. Die Hotelfotos was das Büffe angeht entsprechen nicht der Realität. Schimmelbefall im Zimmer als auch im Bad. Im Bad scheint sogar von der Decke Wasser einzudringen wenn es regnet, wasserflecken sind da zu sehen.Geputz wurde in dem 4* Hotel unser Zimmer nicht 1 Mal in 5 Nächten. Nur Bettlacken neu gespannt und nicht gewechselt. Die Handtücher erst nach dem 3 Tag und nach unseren auffordern in der Rezeption abends neue gehabt. Der Kühlschrank war von außen gefühlt nicht 1 mal Sauber gemacht worden seid dem Kauf. Im Bad war an der Wand von vorherigen Gästen noch tote Moskitos und auch Haare. Trotz dem Melden das eine Generelle Reinigung nötig wäre, wurde nichts gemacht leider.

Great food; however, if you have dietary requirements, you might have to stick to fruit and salads - no labels on the foods and no halal meat - staff in kitchen area have limited English. Cleaning staff were ok; however, could have been nicer and could have done a better job with cleaning rooms. Be prepared for hard beds. The beach is not sandy, rocky and pebbles. Be prepared for wasps around the beach area and outside the hotel area, including pool area. Staff at bar area were ok; however, my mum found two wasps on her Frappuccino glass, which was disturbing. Pool was great, good size and clean. Great location, Bus stop is right outside the hotel, bus number 6 takes you right to town, great opportunity to explore the rest of corfu.

• _I9135UV (10/5): Travelling with a family, enjoying the views, food, getting new experience - The food is incredibly delicious, the staff is so friendly. Beach loungers and umbrellas are free. On Sundays there is a national Greece dance band!
• Tímea (2/5): Amatőr, hozzá nem értő. - Jó volt a medence, de a tenger kifejezetten hideg volt (mondjuk nem csak itt), szerencsére a medence is. Amikor megérkeztünk nem működött a légkondi, a személyzet berongyolt a szobába és felkeltette a gyereket majd azt mondta amúgy nem is ért hozzá. másnap gaslightingolt a recepciós miszerint "ilyen panasz sohasem volt" és "-dehát működik a légkondi ez volt a honlapra is írva. -igen de meleget fúj...", a bookingos panasztételen után sikerült megjavíttatni a légkondit, addig ventilátor és egyéb felszerelés nélkül altattam a gyereket a 45 fokban. A légkondi egyébként ha hideget csinál olyan nagy fokozaton kellett hogy üzemeljen, hogy rendesen szelet csinált és egész nap és éjjel be kellett hogy kapcsolva legyen, különben elviselhetetlen meleg volt bent (mert ugyebár a nap is odatűz egész nap sötétítőfüggöny nélkül). A reggelinél darazsak voltak, légkondi nem. Nem voltak kitéve az ételek nevei, az üdítőadagoló legtöbbször nem működött. Nem volt kitéve laktózmentes tej, amikor kértem a faszi a kezembe nyomott egy egész dobozzal és ez ment egész héten... A reggeliben több alkalommal találtunk szőrdarabokat. A babaetetőszéket nem törölték le normálisan, már legelső alkalommal is koszos volt és ragadt. A személyzet többsége alig tud angolul. Egész nap besüt a nap a szobába és nincs sötétítőfüggöny, redőny, reluxa vagy egyéb sötétítő, kérni se lehet. Hideg víz nem jön a csapból. Nagyon régi bútorok voltak. A takarítónőnek nem sikerült minden nap felsöpörnie és letörölnie az asztalt, hiába kértünk takarítást. A teraszon ragadt az asztal szintén. A teraszon a legolcsóbb műanyagszékek voltak kitéve. A fürdőben nincs páraelszívás és szellőztetni nem lehet, csukott ajtónál pokoli meleg van. A medence csak 19 óráig volt nyitva. Több helyen bomló vakolat, lepergő festék, igénytelen épület, karbantartás nélkül.
• 820JohnG (6/5): Not bad - A little bit over rated for the price. Some of the facilities are dated, the grounds could be better maintained and aspects of the rooms could be better. The service of the rooms was average (we had to ask for soap) and the towels was hit and miss. It is at the last stop of the bus route so is not convenient to Corfu town but is close to Benitses.

• Nicolas (5/5): Has a potential but need to make changes otherwise wil end up like the hotel next to. - Hotel has a potential to be a lovely calm place to relax in privacy. Not that many people and stunning view makes is ideal place to stay and enjoy peace. Big thank to the kitchen - they do their best from the early morning till evening! I don’t know the name of the man at kitchen but he did his work best from all people on hotel ( reception , bar ). Thanks ! Unfortunately they offer you all inclusive but is more or less light all inclusive or full board. At the bar the staff treat you not that well. I had feeling that I’m Bothering them when I wanted to get a drink. Snack time was ridiculous dry bread with cheese or kind of cake. 🫣🫣 Our room has a splusching issue which has not been resolved. Hotel need to get a Houseman. The beach could be great but so much work need to be done ! Cutting grass ! Clean it !!
• vojtechb399 (4/5): The cook will ruin your holiday. - The hotel is not that bad, but it definitely does not deserve 4 stars. It has a nice pool and it's really close to the sea. That's the reason why I give it 2 stars instead of one. The pure evil is happening in the kitchen. All the food produced by the local cook is awful—tasteless and either overcooked or not cooked properly. The "all-inclusive" option makes absolutely no sense in this hotel. The door to our bathroom was made of glass, which doesn't give enough privacy. However, compared to the food, it was a minor issue.
• J3900FCdaniellep (4/5): Avoid Booking or being Moved to this Hotel - We had booked a hotel called The Hotel Belvedere as soon as we walked in reception we where told we would have to move to a Hotel about a Mile up the road due to a problem with our rooms . They told us we would have to walk despite my Dad being disabled and we had a Child 3 years of age plus heavy luggage for 7 people in 28 degree heat , We refused and got Taxis paid by the Hotel Belvedere , The Hotel Belvedere we had booked had entertainment every night for both children and Adults alike The Hotel Maris Bellos which they sent us too had nothing , apart from a Greek dancing night on the Saturday which was cancelled . Be wary about The Hotel Maris Bellos All inclusive You do not get free Cocktails as we would of done at our booked Hotel Belvedere , You get their Beer and local spirits etc ONLY and on some days they had ran out of the ones you wanted . The Cocktails will cost you £8 Euros each . 2 of the 3 rooms had air conditioning that did not work despite several reports to the desk , So on 2 rooms they had to leave the Patio doors open thus resulting in Ant and Mosquito bites for 7 days . The Snacks advertised where only Cake and Ice Cream , where at The Hotel Belvedere it was Ice Cream cones , Sandwiches , Toast. Cake , The Pool will only let you go in till 8.00pm plus zero entertainment for kids or adults alike .The only plus was The Chef Thomas who could not do enough for us , and the Young Lady on reception who booked us in both Smiling and well mannered .Again on Checking out different person a male they fully expected us to walk with heavy luggage old people and a 3 year old Child a Mile in 28 degree Heat . Until we refused . and where booked taxis to the Belvedere , Which amazed us all ,as the Coach that picked everyone up passed the Hotel Marius Bellos going to the Airport ? If they where being Nice they spoke in English. But if you complained about anything they would switch to Greek between them , a few other people had the same thing moved from the Hotel Belvedere which they had booked for a Holiday with their holiday booking favourite things entertainment and expectations
• karenrQ7748AO (2/5): Think twice - So first of all i must say the view from your room is amazing...that is the 1 thing that makes this place 4 star. In the pictures you see lots of lovely looking food....forget that...i am not fussy at all...but for all inclusive it was shocking. Breakfast was cold egg, bacon, grilled toms,boiled egg, bread that everyone had handled! Cereal or bit of fruit. You could actually see what it was at breakfast even though not nice...but lunch and dinner you didn't have a clue what it was! You had to try and work it out! But always cold food...never hot. Oh apart from the lettuce that was put out every day! And snacks well the smallest ball of ice cream if they had any and the girl who's name i dont know unfortunately was soooo rude never wanted you to have any...the way she looked at you as if you was an inconvenience! We was put in this hotel because there was a problem at the Belvedere where i had booked and there were no rooms for us there...and THE only thing i have positive to say is the view. The toilets downstairs didn't have soap the whole week i was there and needed some TLC ...the cleaners came in each day for 5 mins ...tops! Not much cleaning...we spent so much money on food because there was NEVER anything for us to eat. No entertainment...no cocktails with A/C...they run out of coke! Table's were left uncleaned in pool area for hours...definitely not 4 star more like 2...the responce from owner will poo poo everything I've said here but believe me its the TRUTH ...i would never go back.
• amarjittaak (2/5): Everything advertised is false - This hotel is a nightmare, you will be lucky if there is food left for you unless everyone goes when restaurant opens, same food day and night, no entertainment they said there was going to be entertainment but yes it was cancelled. The afternoon snacks are a few peanuts or plastic cup of ice cream, staff do not interact, disability unfriendly, alcohol absolutely tasteless, showers over floods the whole room. Food is not to standard and desert is a bit of fruit and slice of cake. Please DO NOT waste your hard earned money at this 2.5 star hotel they tell us it’s 4 star and that’s the biggest joke. We intend to sue our travel agents for not advising us. We booked to go to Belvedere across the street but they forced us to go to Bellos. Holiday Gems were the travel agents

The service was excellent, and the view of the sea and the Greek mainland was stunning and unforgettable. The hotel beach is modest and pebbly, but beautiful and peaceful, with available spots almost all the time. The food was diverse and very good, and the staff incredibly friendly. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very affordable. I have nothing negative to say. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

• kettering660 (2/5): Don't use this hotel - I really don't like having to write reviews like this but people should be aware of how bad this place is. We booked a quad room through Hotels.Com, we arrived at 9:30 pm. We paid up front and then were directed to a room that was a twin, clearly unsuitable for a party of three. They took our money without pointing out that our room was not available. The guy on reception was pretty hopeless as were Hotels.COM. Eventually we were given a more suitable room for the night. Why take my money IN FULL without telling us there was a problem. Add to this No lifeguard either at the pool or the private beach No depth markings around the pool so we had no idea if the pool was safe for my grandson A wall at the side of the pool that had previously supported a glass partition which had been removed, had a six foot drop on to concrete on the other side, there were no warning signs or markings. The food selection was poor and was certainly not worth the money paid for "all inclusive" On the subject of all inclusive, they would only serve drinks containing ice, I assume to save money as no other reason was given. They told my grandson on more than one occasion that vanilla ice cream had run out when they clearly served it to other people right after. I guess you had to be lucky depending on who was on bard duty at any particular time. We had the distinct impression that we were being persecuted for complaining about their mis management. We were over charged by 5% but did eventually get back the difference in cost between what we nooked and what was provided on the first night.
• asena20ales (10/5): Peacefull Holiday - The property is close to the airport. The room was spacious and properly cleaned daily. Nice staff at the front desk, pool bar and restaurant. Special thanks to Elena, sales manager. Selection of dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinner was well balanced with different selection of vegetable, fruit, side dishes and mains as well as desserts. We had a memorable stay.
• Johanne (2/5): Don’t use the hotel or Hotels.com - Absolute garbage from minute 1. They knowingly gave us a different room to that which was booked. They only revealed this after they took out money. They also overcharged by £82. Hoels.com know this and hsve done Nothing. There is no adherance to health and safety and the place is dirty. I do have pictures but these will be going on far wider review sites and to the regulator.
• 495vendulas (10/5): Amazing experience - We really enjoyed our stay. It met our expectations. The rooms were clean and frequently cleaned. The food was excellent and rotated frequently so there was always something to choose from. The desserts were excellent with everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would like to highlight the work of Johnatann, who was at the reception desk and asked us everytime if everything was ok. He gave us super tips on excursions and took care for everything we needed. We would also like to mention the bartender Lina who was always smiling, made delicious and beautiful drinks and was awfully nice. The pool was quite clean and the view was beautiful. The sea in front of the hotel was great! There were plenty of sun loungers. We always found a few free ones. We are very satisfied! And we want to recommend this holiday to everyone!

• Recipesfrommytravels (10/5): Corfu Maris Bellos Hotel, Benitses - Well, I don’t usually do a review until I leave, but what’s the point, especially with the facilities, food, drinks, beautiful scenery and such generous hosts and guests, this good!! plus it gives me chance to have a rest and chill out by the pool for the rest of the day. Well, where do I start, well it must begin with the lovely Elena Panaretou, the Reservations Manager here at Corfu Maris Bellos in Benitses, Corfu. From a quick email to visiting this stunning hotel, nothing was ever to much for Elena and the staff here. WE chatted about doing a collaboration together especially as I’m visiting Corfu on my book tour, “Paul James’s Corfu Odyssey” published by Greek news & Radio Florida. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, which includes local dishes and the salads, are just stunning. First morning here, I popped down to the restaurant, and to be honest I expected the normal all inclusive fare, but I was really pleased, Corfiot sausages beautifully cooked, an amazing choice of cereal, fruit, toast and a continental breakfast if you wished…which I did to accompany my cooked breakfast… and no baked beans, which is perfect. Lunchtime, once again some traditional corfiot cuisine, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes a plenty. Evening meals combined another vast selection, nothing to be disappointed about here. And with snacks in between the set meal times and the bar opening from 10am until 10pm, leaves you the perfect opportunity to just relax next to the poolside, overlooking the sea with views of mainland Greece. If the heat gets a little too much you can treat yourself to a spa, with very reasonable prices. Or just have a chill in your room, with free air conditioning, once again with views over the sea. In fact, which I found so appealing, was that I could easily turn over in bed and have direct views of the sea. Perfect for a lazy day. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes out of Benitses by car, but a comfortable 20-minute walk on flat ground. Public transport passes in both directions, so for a couple of Euros you can get to Corfu Town, giving you perfect access to the rest of Corfu with the well serviced public transport or you can jump on the bus in the opposite direction which will take you down South. I just wanted to thank the amazing staff here, my apologies for not remembering all your names, nothing personal, some days I can’t remember my own!! Leonidas, Spyridoulas and Stefafanos, went above and beyond to be helpful, courteous, and polite, but a special mention to Chef Thomas (Tom) who invited me to his masterclass in the art of Flambé cooking. So would I visit again, yes without any doubt, in fact I’m discussing coming back just before I leave to go back to England, to showcase a couple of my dishes with the chefs at it’s sister restaurant Hotel Maris a few minutes down the the road. So, Watch this space…. So please give this hotel a try next time you visit Corfu, you will not be disappointed.
• U6183FXmichael_ (6/5): Great experience for the reasonable price. - The hotel was allegedly after the renovation, which I can confirm as the hotel was nice. I'd say that 4* hotel experience should be a bit better, though. In general, our stay was really nice and pleasant. All the meals were fine, you won't starve, although not so much diverse. For me it was eggs and great pancakes with melted chocolate in the morning, some meat with fried potatoes for lunch and dinner. Sometimes we had also sea food or gyros/pizza which was nice. Overall, I'd rate food as 3*, but not bad. The main chef is a super nice person, always chatting, giving recommendations, and helping if anything needed. Important remark! The all-inclusive is not that inclusive as we thought but for the price we paid it was appropriate. Cocktails, espressos or cappucinos are not included. Also you can't get water after 22:30 when the bar closes, so be ready for it if you arrive lately in the night. Regarding the swimming pool and hotel's beach. The pool is nice, but the beds and umbrellas quite obsolete, sometimes broken, when it's windy umbrellas going nuts. The beach is enjoyable if you want to lay down in a calm and private manner on a pebble-ish beach. The sea on this side was a way warmer then on the open sea on west, also more calm without waves. In a nutshell, we didn't have big expectations for the price we paid and we enjoyed this hotel sufficiently. Rent a car otherwise you get stuck in this area, which is not the best of the island. For me, I'd close this as a 7/10 rating. Very good considering the low price of the vacation.

We are a travelling couple, that search for good time,good people and beautiful nature, and this hotel got them all. The staff have been amazing,doing their best for us with what they got and what was possible to do,because of the ending season. The structure is clean, and well placed,with clean common spaces ,at the sun,with an incredible view on the sea. The meals are simple but good ,sometimes repetitive, but in case a client wants to change,there is a nice restaurant just next to. Our opinion is that,we can see that the time passed on the face of this 4stars hotel and in some details it looks consumed ,but is still a great hotel with a lot of good workers that do their best. We spend 5 days and we wanted to stay longer! We recommend to all the "not peaky, good times" travellers and families. And nature all around is simply amazing!

The waiter in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful, the food was very good. In the beach, there were enough beds for sunbathing. Benitses is a nice place, good for families. We arrived 9 pm night because of our flight. For a 4 days holiday. I informed the hotel about our late arrival in advance and i also requested in the beginning for a solution for a late check-out. Because our return flight was 5 pm. The recepcionist lady told me to come back the last day and we will see. However In the last day, she told me that we have to leave the room until 11 am, no way for staying a few hours more, only if we buy an extra day for 144€. This made me very upset, because they know from the beggining that we want a late check out, they could have offer a room what it would be possible. Also they know that tourists are depending on their flight schedule, the hotel should be more flexible and well-prepared and offer them a solution. Eg. Offer a safe place for luggages, offer to spend few more our in the restaurant, swimming pool area. Even for extra fee. Offer a solition. It Was not nice, that after we payed a lot of money for our room (441€) forcing us go out in the 36 C° heat to find another place to stay until our flight.

The Beds and Pillows were worn out. 5 Tv Stations only, how can that possibly be acceptable to be rated a 4 Star. All inclusive Alcoholic Drinks-end at 22:00 The Food was Tasteless, and Terrible. The don’t give you any Drinking water in the room There’s no Coffee or Tea in the rooms You not allowed to fill your own bought, plastic bottle with water, there’s signs up, disallowing it. The Beach loungers were damaged, thus not being enough to cater for the hotel Patrons. The Beach area has not be cleaned in ages The Advertised outside play area, is Overgrown, and not in use. On the way to the beach, is a huge pile of Garden Refuse. The inside play area, is disgustingly filthy The majority of the staff were unfriendly. Y The biggest issue is the 4 star rating, that Bookings.com portrays, that’s definitely outdated, and should be immediately reviewed, and adjusted to the 3 star it deserves. Furthermore the pictures are deceiving, since they are old pictures, have been taking in the hotels hay days. Bookings.com should not allow false advertising as has been portrayed by this hotel, thus deceiving us, who have been loyal customers to you. They never cleaned our room 1 day, and it seemed not even to raise an eyebrow, when we informed them.

• alina (8/5): Fortuna che non ho visto le recensioni! Ci torno. - Appena rientrata (luglio 2023). Fortunatamente non ho visto le recensioni negative, altrimenti avrei perso un soggiorno piacevole in un hotel con vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulle coste greche, in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di attrazione turistica (la fermata del bus è a venti passi). Benitses a 10 minuti di bus, a mezz'ora da Corfù antica. Personale gentilissimo, probabilmente arrivato da poco ma attivo e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema del cliente. La scelta 'all inclusive' è perfetta per le famiglie numerose. Il menu forse è ripetitivo, vero, ma chi ha figli può certamente usufruire di un menù sano e abbondante e di bevande e gelati gratuiti fino alle 22 e con piscina inclusa. Non è poco! Diversamente c'è un ottimo ristorante sulla strada di fronte. L'unico appunto lo farei per la spiaggia privata, bella, selvaggia, ma non curata. Andrebbero sostituiti i lettini e tenuti fermi gli ombrelloni, ma se tutti collaborassimo a non rompere e a non sporcare sarebbe molto meglio. Consiglierei di mettere intrattenimento musicale a bordo piscina tutte le sere.

• Monika (8/5): It wasn't the best hotel in my life but when it comes to whole stay - it was great value for money. - - hotel is well placed (just 4 minutes from Benitses centre by bus) - bartenders were amazing (especially Brigi and 20 yrs old Greek guy) - swimming pool and views were WOW - atmosphere was nice because it is the intimate hotel - small and not well-cleaned rooms - beach towels only with deposit and cash (1€ per day) - bicycles were extremely expensive - food was the same taste every day - there was no coctails at the bar - only f.e. vodka with tonic, gin, brandy, ouzo, white rum, wite and red wine and one beer, but when you wanted to have a coctail prepared it was not possible (no brown sugar, no mint, no lemon, no lime etc.)

Cleaning staff is very nice. And all the rest friendly and attentive, too. Easy to access the capital of Corfu Keykira by bus: the stop just in front and goes up to the old town strictly in time till the late evening. quite old conditioning system in the room, but working.

• Dyana (2/5): Very poor - Corfu is beautiful, however not this hotel. Hotel is dirty, staff don't care, waste of money. Lots of mosquitoes in the hotel lobby and rooms. Housekeeping is very poor. Showers flood when you shower and the water goes out of the shower to the rooms. I asked for a refund , they refused. They are not worth any dollar. Honestly from experience I do not suggest going there at all. It is extremely dirty. I found a dead bat in the bathroom sink. And when I told them off for it they said they hadn't checked the room before giving it to us. And all I get is it's our mistake. I contacted Booking.com and told them what happened they replied saying we will get back to you once we contact the hotel, and I still haven't heard back from them. Not to mention, you use the lift and you get stuck in there. 🤷‍♀️ and they say sorry🤦‍♀️ Don't think of going to this hotel unless you don't care about being clean. It is filthy.

Attentive and helpful staff. Room cleaned every day. Absolutely not enough sunbeds!!! Neither by the pool area nor on the beach. Some guests put their towels up in the evening before for the next day and never use the sunbeds throughout the day as they are constantly elsewhere (drinking, eating, sleeping, in their rooms etc). Guests put towels on sunbeds by the pool AND on the beach taking 4, sometimes 6, sunbeds altogether for the whole day and others can't get even one sunbed. Total lack of beach umbrellas either. Unfortunately, the hotel management do not try to resolve the lack of sunbeds and umbrellas situation.

• Jasmin (10/5): the hotel was amazing!! - the staff was very very nice they helped us out a lot. The view from the room is BREATHTAKING, plus you can walk like 2minutes right to the beach. They have an amazing pool and the other guests were very friendly as well. The bus station from bus no. 6 (Benitses) was right in front of the hotel, it took us 40min to get to town which is not so bad, when you check the timetable beforehand because the bus arrives every 30-40min so better check the times of the bus so you won‘t miss it. Everything was well organized, we got fresh towels and toilet paper every day and they cleaned the rooms. We also had a big balcony. I couldn‘t have wished for a better stay!! :D The food was sadly not the best.
• Traveller (10/5): Fantastic view from room, great location, good food, friendly staff, good value for money - The view is exceptional. It is very rare to find a hotel which is right next to the sea, usually in other hotels the sea is not directly next to the hotel but here we found it very close. They have a small beach area as well. The food options were very nice for breakfast and dinner menu. The staff was very friendly and also had packed extra bfast bags for us on the days that we missed bfast due to our day tours that we had booked. The location is also perfect as the bus stop is right opposite the hotel and just 2 minutes walk.

Also when we got to our room there were a lot of ants. Then we went to the front desk to request a room change and they gave us a two twin beds small bedroom, downgrading us!! The room we had reserved was a triple room!! I called again the front desk and they said that there were no more rooms available. Then I decided to call Booking and they called the hotel for me. Suddenly the hotel said that they had another room for me!! The hotel attitude was very disappointing because if wasn't for Booking they would have not done anything!
