- KIDA (10/5): Hood hotel , we can trust the owner - Apartment owner is so kind , gentle , and so polite . When l go out side to go somewhere, I can go very easily. They are doing well to us when l asked then. .
- GHOUSUDDIN (4/5): - It is not the same as it looks like. We couldn’t believe that it is the hotel which we booked,bouth from out side and inside. I don’t recommend this property for the rate they offer.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Nice room, problematic shower, unkind manager. - The room was comfortable with a nice kitchen. The location is close to the Taksim square but was difficult to find and pretty far from major mosques and other historical architecture. The drainage system had a problem in the shower, and water kept increasing and wet the room so easily. There was a rubber broom for the problem from the beginning, and we used it with towels to stop water, and then the hotel manager was angry about it. It's pretty disappointing hospitality attitude.
- Nuri (2/5): - Your hotel pictures are no where near the same in real life. The room I was in was small and was very noisy. It wasn’t hygienic. You have put me in a room that I did not book. After I explained to you, you have agreed to put me in a better room however it was still the same state. This is the reason I left and didn’t stay for the full week and I asked you to give me a refund you just kept on avoiding me when I simply wanted my money back. Thank you

When we asked for refund, he said, that is not possible . We spent the night at his friend place which was the worst in my life . Also the surrounding environment is very horrible. I came 5,times to istunbul but this experience was definitely the worst .

- Gavin (2/5): TERRIBLE!!! - Unfortunately all I had with this hotel was problems! When I went to check-out the hotel insisted I had not pre-paid. I had a taxi waiting for me and couldn't take the time to look up my reservation so I ended up paying them again!!!!! I insisted I had paid. They insisted I had not!!! The night before I left I also informed them that I needed a taxi to take me to the SAW Airport. The taxi was arranged by the hotel. I insisted with the hotel that they ensured I was to be taken to the correct airport, as Istanbul has two of them! The driver did NOT speak English. I was taken to the wrong airport and of course missed my flight as it takes 2 hours to drive between these airports!!!!! I won't even begin to say how much it then cost me to travel between these two airports.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Thumbs down - The room was supposed to be triple with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed but it only had 2 twin beds and wasn't suitable for 3 persons. They informed us that was the only size of beds they have which contradicts what they offer online. Moreover the room was extremely dirty with a big pot full of milk and many coffee cups left. The good part is that it is close to Taksim square. Overall i don't recommend.
