• Florescu (9/5): Recomand! - Priveliște către mare, balcon foarte spațios, o adevărată terasă. Micul dejun este puțin cam "mic".
• Alicia Collard (3/5): - Vue sur la mer, la gentillesse de la dame qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner Forte odeur de cigarette dans tout l'hôtel (et cigarette écrasée dans le cendrier dans l'accueil, à côté du panneau non fumeur...), literie inconfortable (le lit était très dur, mais ce n'était rien à côté du canapé lit pour notre fille... autant qu'elle dorme au sol...), la chambre mériterait un bon coup de neuf (meuble ultra vieillot, peinture qui se décole du mur, meuble de salle de bain qui tombe en ruine), un des volets de la chambre ne se fermait pas (nous avons du tirer dessus pour le fermer un minimum), le petit déjeuner est bon mais pré défini (on nous apporte l'assiette et on ne peut rien choisir = beaucoup de gaspillage), le check out inexistant (nous avons attendu longtemps à la réception -> personne n'est arrivé donc nous avons laissé la clé sur le bar et sommes partis)

• Madalina Andreea (7/5): Raport calitate-pret ok mai ales pentru extrasezon - Locatia este excelentă, camera spațioasă si calduroasa cu o priveliste superba ( cand nu e ceata) Din păcate curatenia cam lasa de dorit . Daca s-ar ingriji mai mult de curatenie si mici renovari ar fi o cazare absolut superba.

• Cristina (9/5): Recomand pentru relaxare și priveliște! - Situata chiar lângă cherhana Pontica, în proximitatea hotelului Malibu, vila El Locanda e locul perfect pentru relaxare. Camerele sunt spațioase, patul confortabil, personalul amabil. Nu fost nimic deranjant. Necesita renovare, timpul (și oamenii) și-au pus amprenta.

• Alexei (2/5): Sorry, dar chiar murdară a fost camera! - Camera a fost murdară. Praf peste tot. Podeaua nespălată. Miros de tigară și în hol, și în apartament. Ca rezultat, băiatul meu a făcut criza alergică, am chemat urgența, am fost la spital, după ce am fost nevoiți să plecăm din hotel evitând riscul de a mai dormi în acel apartament plin de praf.

• mihai popa (8/5): - DA Camera foarte mare,terasa generoasa! Acces rapid si in zona buna ! Parcare ! Mai multa atentie la detalii de intretinere a acestei superbe locatii ! Observatiile mele: Intrarea in curtea locatiei trebuie bine semnalizata. In curte erau cabluri si materiale , nu ramase de la o lucrare recenta! inchiderea deschiderea dulap. Capac WC lipsa si cercul nefixat. Mai multe locuri ascunse nefinisate sau uzate de timp. NU are ce cauta la mic dejun pe langa branza si cascavalul bun cele cateva felii de parizer ieftin. Lipsa comunicarii. Nr de telefon afisat si pe site si la receptie inchis. (Simona). Accesul de la Bulevardul principal se face prin balta si gramada de pamant. Fotoliul din camera patat grav! Un pic de atentie la detalii pot face un loc fabulos, aveti toate conditiile! Cu stima !

• Mircea (5/5): Sejurul a fost ok, pt ca nu a depins doar de cazare. - Amplasamentul e foarte bun. Curatenia lasa de dorit. Baia nu fusese curatata si era plina de fire de par. Mobilierul de la chiuveta din baie degradat, iar sapuniera era ruginita. In camera aparatul de cafea nu functiona, masuta din camera cu lacul degradat(probabil a fost folosita de alti turisti ca masa de calcat, dar asta trebuia rezolvat de proprietarii locatiei, pe balcon, in lateral, depozitate bucati de tevi de scurgere si alte ramasite, care isi au locul intr-o magazie, nu pe balconul camerei pe care o oferi turistilor. Usa de la intrarea in camera se deschidea si se inchidea ff greu.(lasata din balamale). Micul dejun era servit pe un platou pt 2 persoane, in care pe langa cateva bucati de branza telemea sau cascaval, cateva felii de muschi file cu gust de plastic, legumele pentru 2 persoane erau 3-4 felii de castravete si o jumatate de rosie de nivel mediu. Am avut senzatia ca totul e pe economie si cu lipsa de respect pt turist. Un mic dejun ca sa nu spui ca nu ai avut, dar in nici un caz cotat a fi de 4 stele. In cateva cuvinte: O locatie ce ar putea fi foarte frumoasa, dar lasata de izbeliste, administrata prost sau cu lene.

• Joseph (3/5): !!!AVOID!!! NOT WORTH ANY DISCOUNT!!! - Location. One person on staff. Disregarded for 45 minutes when requested coffee in the morning my the dark haired receptionist. It was near a venue that catered to weddings until four in the morning. They advertise a coffee maker in the room, but do not provide coffee and none available until 8 AM. The room was dirty. Light fixtures did not work. There was mold in the shower. Tiles broken. The ceiling and walls had mold. There was a ant infestation. There was a mouse that we saw in the room. The clothes rack was rusted and broken. The curtains did not block the morning light because one was too short. The toilet was soiled and paint broken so could not be cleaned. There were not enough towels for two people no one afer hours to call. I rented the top floor top season expense. No lounge chairs to enjoy the beach from above. On the ground floor there is no beach view and the grounds keeping had weeds and dirt. THIS IS NOT QUALITY!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. On our last night and opened the hotel door and where greeted by a snake that exited the building when I open the door. The only good thing about this place is the young blonde who came and addressed our conerns to see how band it was. The owner made eye contact with me but made no effort to address my concerns. He continued to smoke in the lobby despite seeing his employees turmoil. booking.com should cancel this company. AVOID AT ALL EXPENSE!

• Adria_Ro (7/5): - Camera f.spatioasa cu vedere superba catre mare, personal extrem de amabil, apreciez efortul ptr check-in cu 2 ore mai devreme. Curtea frumos amenajata cu piscina, sezlonguri, mese, fotolii, etc N-au existat halate, papuci, cosmetice cf.prezentarii pe booking iar micul dejun a fost identic zilnic si ne-a omorat cu oua. La baie a curs apa incontinuu la wc, nu cred ca o camerista nu a sesizat asta (n-a fost stres pt mine, e doar o pierdere pt dvs), plus gandaci.

• Postolache (4/5): - Mobila de calitate Curatenia lasa de dorit, cosul de la baie era plin dupa fostii turisti cazati in camera si am dubii ca si asternutul ar fi fost schimbat, cand am anuntat la receptie acest fapt, domnisoarele nu s-au deranjat sa mearga macar ca arunce cosul, probabil se asteptau sa o fac eu. Micul dejun mai bine nu-l oferiti… si pare sa fie servit preferential in functie de valoarea pe care o achiti pe booking si daca esti roman sau strain. In concluzie…o dezamagire si nu m-as mai caza aici niciodata!

• Mariola (9/5): - Hotel położony blisko morza. Nie wiem jak inne pokoje, ale nasz był z widokiem na morze co było miłym dodatkiem do już i tak wielu pozytywów,których doświadczyliśmy podczas pobytu. Możecie wybrać albo kąpiel w morzu albo w basenie który znajduje się na terenie hotelu. Kąpiel w morzu zalecam nie przy hotelu lecz troszkę dalej z uwagi na sporą ilość wodorostów. Posiłki i napoje znajdziecie wzdłuż promenady jak i tych przy plaży w całkiem dostępnych cenach. Śniadania w hotelu troszkę ubogie, ale kto przyjeżdża taki kawał dla śniadań. Odbijecie sobie na "mieście" i to z nawiązką. Pokoje w hotelu aż nad klimatyczne w stylu bliżej mi nieznanym ale ciekawym. Serdecznie polecam.

The rooms had a unique, pleasantly surprising design, not your typical hotel style. The beach is literally right behind the building, which was a huge plus. Breakfast was included and totally decent. Overall, a great stay and good value for the money. There were a lot of spider webs on the hallway and stair windows, but nothing that bad. Still a good stay overall

• Rosati (1/5): a nightmare - This place smells like a sewer and is so dirty that it isn't easy to believe. The owner will ignore any request for assistance or help from your side. Be also prepared to be left outside of your room when you arrive, and be told it's your fault! Everything was so wrong: - sewer stink that they try to cover with chemical products - dirty bathroom and room - no reception, even at 8 in the morning - no empathy or willingness to help, they just want to steal your money - no space to place your personal items - bed very uncomfortable - when you wake up you realize your room is actually by a sewer. Don't forget to enjoy the view! I had to escape after the first night and find an alternative hotel for the same price that was just amazing (e.g. a normal decent and clean hotel).

• Oana (5/5): Unfortunately, due to the poor services I won‘t come back or recommend this accomodation to someone. - Close to the beach The room was not clean, a strange smell was in the room and the breakfast was poor and low quality and quantity - only a few vegetables, cheese, bacon, but NO eggs.
• Brian (7/5): Good - Really cool style, old school fancy wooden carved furniture. Modern features as well, AC, cable, flat screen TV. Right on the beach!! Can't beat the price. Pool not in service. Maybe because wasn't quite summer yet, last weekend in May, but still a little disappointing for kids. At least it's only 50 meters to the sea!

• Erik (6/5): Nice hotel in the past. - It is closed to the beach. You hear the neighborhoods talk in the next Hotel room. It is time to renovated all Hotel. Breakfast is just on a plate, and not so fresh.

There is a full size mirror in the room, many cabinets, a fridge and balcony from which the lake and the see can be seen. There is also a parking right at the hotel for the hotel guests. The room was spacioue, clean, bright and quite. The shower had different modes. Excelent value for money It was not clear whether the room is to be or in the process of renovation. The breakfast was poor, we couldn't even get butter. Not all staff speaks English. There was the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. The shower mixer was reversed: it took us time to realise that we need to turn "cold water" in order to get hot. No elevator
