• Dijkstra (7/5): - De kamer was enorm ruim! Fijne locatie en de airco deed het goed. Ook een super grote koelkast en elke dag nieuw water/schone kamer. We hadden een bankje in de kamer, maar deze was zo vies dat we er niet op hebben gezeten... Ook was het beddengoed meer crème dan wit. We wisten niet of dat nou de bedoeling was...

• Mario (10/5): Y séjourner m'a donné le goût de revenir à Koh Tao. - La compréhension du gérant dès mon arrivée pour m'accorder l'unité avec balcon que j'avais réservée. J'ai adoré la semaine que j'y ai passée, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l'embarcadère. Même s'il s'agit d'une rue passante, ce studio était très bien insonorisé. Propreté irréprochable et très confortable. Excellent resto avec un service impeccable. Y séjourner m'a donné le goût de revenir à Koh Tao. Qu'un employé m'ait donné la mauvaise unité en arrivant.

• Grace (5/5): not bad. - good location, friendly staff and nice balcony. we didn’t have our beds changed or towels cleaned, bins cleared etc at all, which isn’t ideal when it’s really hot so cold showers are frequent.
• Jennifer (7/5): Great staff, great massage, not good for light sleepers - The staff was amazing! They were very kind and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs was really cosy and had good food for a decent price. The massage parlour was incredible! Great prices and such good service! The walls are paper thin. Even in the rooms far from the street it’s loud. I was in a room where my window was right by the main stairs to go to the rooms. It was loud all night with people coming up and down and talking. One night, a guy came home around 3am and threw up for about 20 minutes and you could hear it clearly as if he was in the same room. Also, the power went out one night for 3 hours and it was very hot. This isn’t the hotels fault, and they actually offered a free massage the next day which I couldn’t take because I was leaving for Samui. But, just note that power outages are a thing!

• Michael (7/5): - Total freundliches Personal, es war sauber und die Wohnung war schön. Die Lage ist wirklich zentral, 5 Min zu Fuß zum schönen Strand und zum Pier, 3 Min zum nächsten 7Eleven. Es ist auch ein Fernseher mit Netflix App vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kein Safe vorhanden. Generell ist die Unterkunft eher einfach, dafür war der Preis schon eher hoch, aber so ist es mittlerweile wohl in Thailand. Auf der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel herrscht reger Verkehr, der uns lärmmäßig nicht gestört hat, aber man muss etwas auf sich aufpassen.

Lit peu confortable, dur ++ Bruyant ++ proche de la route. Clim qui fait beaucoup de bruit et que nous avons du éteindre pendant la nuit car sinon impossible de dormir.

Room itself had everything we needed, AC, hairdrier… it was clean and cleaned everytime we asked them so its really nice especially on little islands like this You cant move the shower head, which is pretty weird since its quite low but from what i heard its standart in many accommodations on Tao

• Fieke (10/5): Top verblijf! Zeker een aanrader! - Top locatie voor onze duikschool. Daarnaast mega aardig personeel en eigenaar. Wij kregen een bericht dat de kamer eerder klaar was en konden iets later uitchecken ivm onze laatste duik. Aanrader voor Koh Tao Doucheputje was een keer verstopt, maar elke dag werd er schoongemaakt en was alles opgelost.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Pobyt na Koh Tao - Pensjonat przy porcie (4 min pieszo). Wygodna lokalizacja. W okolicy pełno barów i restauracji. Do plaży Sairee ok. 15 min na nogach- droga przyjemna chociaż czasami jest pod górę. Personel bardzo miły, nie było problemu jeśli chcieliśmy o coś dopytać. W pokojach ręczniki a w łazience szampon i żel pod prysznic. Prysznic nie ma przegrody, w związku z czym troszkę chlapało na całą łazienkę, ale dało się przeżyć. Na dole bar z muzyką, ale grali tylko do 0:00 lub w ogóle. Sprzątanie jest na życzenie- trzeba wywiesić plakietkę. - pościel nie była idealnie biała- poprosiliśmy o zmianę i nie było problemu - brak mydła przy umywalce - klimatyzacja wydawała czasami dziwne dźwięki

Very near the pier, however it is about a 28 min walk to the bars the other end of town. Loads of chilled restaurants and bars nearby and bike rent opposite for 250. WiFi was a bit slow and only had one thin pillow.
• Norbert (4/5): - The location is close to the pier and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly. The room is really basic and not clean. The bed is not comfortable, there isn't any decoration (the fotos in booking are quite different from reality), the bathroom is dirty, the cupboard is only a big hole of concrete and the television didn't work. Also, it is very loud; you hear all day and night much noise of motorcycles passing by. Comparing the price to quality it is too expensive!

• Alex Julia (10/5): - Got it. Here is the corrected and polished version: Second time staying at Infinity and definitely a perfect choice again. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable with all the amenities you need. A lovely little surprise that they don’t mention is the small sea view from the terrace 😀 Infinity also has its own massage salon just below the rooms on one side of the street, and on the other side you’ll find the Infinity restaurant under the other part of the property. The restaurant serves yummy Thai food as well as other dishes if you want some variety. Highly recommended. nothing
• Marten (9/5): Prettig verblijf met vriendelijk personeel en een schone kamer. - Zeer ruime kamer en alles werkte naar behoren. Zodra je het kaartje aan de deur hing om de kamer schoon te maken dan werd dit heel snel gedaan. De eigenaar is van oorsprong Belgisch en is zeer vriendelijk en n staat open voor een praatje. Hij groet altijd vriendelijk en vraagt oprecht of alles goed is. Het overige personeel is overigens ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden grote studio, maar het hostel zit aan een drukke weg. Op zich geen probleem, maar de deur naar het balkon sluit niet goed in het frame. De spleet is zo groot dat je er door naar buiten kan kijken. Zodoende komt er ook veel geluid naar binnen. Wij hadden dit opgelost door er wat kleding tussen te stoppen om het te dichten. Het zou mooi zijn als ze dit nog een keer verbeteren en de deur beter sluitend maken.

• Brandon (10/5): Great value for money and a huge room - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big and quiet with a nice balcony. We extended for a few more days. There was a bit of small red stains on the floor of the bathroom. Also bedsheets had some stains. But other than that was clean.
