luna (1/5): Bad experience - We arrived to the hotel and in front there was a free parking, but there was there a old man screaming to pay the park. When we ask to the hotel they replied to pay… it’s normal in Armenia. Then when we arrived in the room we discovered to have done for mistake 2 reservation. The manager of the hotel deny the cancellation of one room and it was not possible to talk with because was busy… yes to take the money from the second reservation without talk with us. I think that of course we have not right but at least talk with us. It’ was so clear that was a mistake. The behaviour with the customer is so rude and so unfair. It’s sure that this is not how to manage customer service. I was really surprised about the manager’s lack of comprehension, because the hotel was not full and I know because I was there and I checked this info, and that’s why I requested the free cancellation even if it was out of time.
Seyedeh Fahimeh (1/5): Good location but uncomfortable - The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location and breakfast were great. My room was on the ground floor and the walls were not soundproof so in the morning I woke up with every little noise from guests walking or chatting and even late at night, I couldn’t sleep because of the notification sound of the reception cellphone! Also, the toilet was sticky.
Shinobu (7/5): - スタッフの方がとても親切朝食はお隣のホテル（ちょっとランク上の姉妹ホテルのようです）で豪華なビュッフェだった部屋にはケトル、ドライヤーはある（冷蔵庫はなかった）掃除も毎日してくれるメイン通りに近いが静か遅くまで開いているオシャレなカフェやレストランアが近くにたくさんあるアルメニアの物価を考えると...コスパとしてはよくないこのホテルの中では安い部屋を予約していたので仕方ないのかもしれないが、一階のレセプション近くの部屋だったので人が話しているととても響く（一度静かにしてくださいと言った）

Zoltan (6/5): Check which room you get, to make sure it is not the one called ''Budget Single Room without window' - The location is good and the breakfast, which is served in the nearby hotel is also good. Bed was comfortable. The room was on the ground floor just next to the reception just next to the frequently used staircase and corridor. After 5 in the morning the traffic on the corridor increased and due to no sound isolation on the door I could not sleep. Ibelieve this was reported by others, yet it has not been fixed.

Tiziana (10/5): Ottimo Albergo nel cuore di Yerevan - Hotel situato nel pieno centro di Yerevan, stanza spaziosa, molto pulita, letto comodo e doccia grande. La stanza disponeva di tutti i comfort quali phon, shampoo, pantofole, spazzolini, dentifricio, ecc Lo staff e’ stato molto disponibile e sempre presente h24, ci hanno organizzato lo shuttle per l’aeroporto nel cuore della notte dato che avevamo un volo notturno. Colazione ottima con grande varietà. Lo consiglio!!!

Вкусный сытный завтрак! После проживания в этом отеле захотелось приехать в Ереван снова (до этого отель больше * и категорически не хотелось - всë далеко и скучно). Если вам важно: - полотенцесушитель; - светильник у кровати; - отсутствие лестниц; - отсутствие шума кондиционеров и запаха кухни из соседних окон/домов; - розетка, чтобы одновременно работал фен и подсветка зеркала в ванной комнате; - шкаф для одежды обсуждайте эти нюансы заранее. Не во всех номерах это возможно.

Diyana (9/5): екскурзия - Хотелът е на много добра локация,близо до забележителностите на града.Стаята беше комфортна,леглата удобни.Имаше електрическа кана и нес кафе,вода се зареждаше всеки ден.В коридора имаше ютия и дъска за гладене,от които се възползвахме.Почистваше се всеки ден и се сменяха кърпите за тридневния ни престой.Персоналът беше много мил и отзевчив.Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна.Тъй като едната ни екскурзия започваше рано помолихме да ни приготвят сух пакет,в който имаше вкусна и достатъчно храна.Помолихме на рецепция да ни организират трансфер до летището.Препоръчвам!

Jose Manuel (10/5): - Hotel en nueva restauración (abril 2026) y la habitación la estrenamos nosotros. Está a 2 minutos de la Northen avanue y a 5 minutos de la plaza de la ópera y de la plaza de la República. Muchos restaurantes y cafeterías. El desayuno fue en otro hotel ( Hotel Median) que es de la misma empresa. El trato del personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos atendieron a las 02:00 am, tras nuestra llegada del aeropuerto. Todo correcto

Dmitrii (10/5): За эти деньги очень хорошие вариант - Отель Elysium закрыть на ремонт, но меня поселили в соседний отель Median. Он находится в 5 м. Отель хороший, четыре звезды. Завтрак отличный. Номер небольшой но чистый и комфортный. Кровать удобная, постельное белье чистое и качественное Очень тонкие стены. Шумоизоляция плохая. Слышно как люди ходят в коридоре, как сливается вода в канализацию

Sophia (7/5): Correct pour une nuit ou deux - Hotel bien placé dans le centre d’erevan. Bon petit dej dans l’hotel collé au elysium. Le personnel est aimable La literie n’est pas du tout confortable on sent les ressort. Mauvaise insonorisation on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs y compris les portes qui claquent. Petit cafard dans la chambre qui se situait au rdc.

В номере чистота, есть чайник , порционные пакетики с чаем и сахаром. Халаты, фен, ванные принадлежности . Балкон выше всех похвал! В следующий наш приезд в Ереван остановимся здесь же!! Такого нет.

Рядом театр, улица с подземным торговым центром, множество закусочных и кафе. Персонал отеля очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Решает все вопросы оперативно. Проживал в номере эконом класса. Сам номер небольшой, но очень чистый. В номере есть чай, кофе, бутилированная вода. Отдельно о завтраках предлагаемых отелем. Они просто великолепны. Большой выбор блюд, салаты, вкуснейшая выпечка и варенья, а так же вкусный и ароматный кофе. За те деньги, что заплатил это просто шикарный вариант

Персонал -будто только тебя и ждал- внимательный, приветливый, угодливый. Владение русским языком как родным.. Номер комфортный, чистейший. Я не собиралась проводить в нем много времени, только сон и переодеться. Завтраки разнообразные, все- вкусное. Ездила на индивидуальные экскурсии- море впечатлений.Красивее мест я не видела, хотя, бывала во многих странах. Водитель был и гидом- надёжный, интересный.Обожаю тебя, Армения. Нет такого.

GABRIELE (8/5): Piacevole appoggio in centro - Posizione centrale, vicino a tutti i punti di interesse principali. Staff eccellente, sempre disponibili, sorridenti ed accoglienti. Letto comodissimo. Qualità prezzo imbattibile. Bagno della stanza singola economy davvero piccolo.

Katalin (9/5): - The receptionists were very helpful, the bed was comfortable, the room was small but well equipped. The paid breakfast offered by the neighboring hotel was very plentiful, with friendly staff. The consumer music during breakfast (I would have preferred silence or Armenian music). There was a sealing problem with the shower head, I only reported this at the end.

Savvas (9/5): - The price is really affordable and the location is in the centre close to the main sights. The room is ok, nothing special, and the bathroom is pretty modern. The staff was really helpful. There was a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom and the room could be a bit cleaner.

Есть окно, кондиционер, две подушки, чайник, телевизор, кофе, чай, сахар, вода, тапочки, полотенца. Было очень удобно спать. Мне понравилось расположение розеток у кровати и что есть настольная лампа. Прекрасный завтрак в соседнем отеле. Всё супер, спасибо! Душевая лейка сильно подтекала, наверное, нужно отремонтировать.
