• Alexandru VS (3/5): De evitat! - Locația ca design este ok. Hotel care are pretenția de a se declara un hotel de 5 stele dar cu facilități de 3 stele maxim. Nu exista halat de baie . In afara de apă plată, nu îți aduc ceaiuri sau cafea in camera la protocol deci dacă dorești asa ceva, trebuie sa-ti cumperi singur. Fierul de călcat l-am schimbat de 3 ori fiind foarte vechi si.prost, iar placa de călcat haine era arsă. In pat cat si pe prosopul de baie de pe jos am găsit fire de păr negre si lungi, bineînțeles de la femeile care se ocupa cu curățenia.Dușul din cabina de dus ( nu exista cadă ) este aproape rupt. Barul din lounge-ul hotelului,întotdeauna este gol, adică nu gasesti pe nimeni care sa te servească. Trebuie să rogi la recepție ca sa trimită pe cineva la bar si care sa te servească ,iar timpul de așteptare este de peste 1o -15 minute, hotelul fiind aproape gol.

• Swee (6/5): This was our second time time staying at Latanya. We did not encounter any problems the last time which is why we came b - The location was good as it was near to where our friends are. But the bed was far too soft and it gave us a backache as a result. Also. The room was far too hot and it was no way to reduce the temperature. We had to call the reception to ask them to send a fan as we could not sleep. The technician could not solve the problem and there was no fan available. He could only opened the windows which had double glazing to let in some air, very disappointed since it is considered a 5 star hotel. Secondly, we were disappointed as the staff made an issue when our friend came to visit us. We invited him to our superior deluxe room so that we could catch up but was told he could only stay for an hour despite him handling over his particulars. There was no intention of him staying overnight in our room as all we wanted was some privacy to talk. There was nothing written in the hotel Terms and Conditions that we are not allowed to have our guest in our room.
• Erol (8/5): - We recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and while our experience had some ups and downs, there were definitely highlights. The first two days were quite uncomfortable due to the room being stuffy and overly warm. We couldn’t adjust the temperature, and the windows wouldn’t open, which made it hard to sleep. However, when we mentioned this to the front desk, a very helpful staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) quickly arranged for us to move to a new room. The new room was much more comfortable, and we were finally able to relax. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and the entire hotel was very clean, which made for a pleasant environment. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown. The hot food was the same every day and didn’t have much flavor, and the pastries were not fresh. Overall, the breakfast offerings were very basic and could definitely use improvement. Despite the breakfast issue, the hotel’s staff and cleanliness made up for some of the inconveniences, and we ended up enjoying our stay.

Temiz, konforlu ,merkezi olması yanında personel ve özellikle resepsiyonistlerin yardımsever , güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı olması süperdi. Seyahatteiken konfor alanından uzaklatığı için insanlar çok gergin oluyor aslında..:)

Whirlpool wasn’t working, pool was cold and steam room was without steam. Only 1 of 2 saunas was on.

Lugar rack fallen apart I asked for a manager because we found some pills and a some med empty package under the bed. Outlets on the rooms are ripped off the walls. Not as expected. I was told that a manager was out of town for a week as if they don’t know how to Habdle a request at the front desk. Staff needs more training .not worth your money

Service was 10/10. Its close to best pubs and night clubs. Locations is very good. Everything was perfect except two things. Many dont speak english and they dont have lactose and gluten free options for breakfast.

• BrakiWorldTraveler (10/5): Excellent hotel - Latanya fulfilled all our expectations for a great stay in the Turkish capital. Location is in the center, however for any movement I advise taking a taxi which is very cheap. The grandiose Kocatepe Mosque is in walking distance, but there's no need walking to other attractions as there's nothing to see along the way. Check in was fast with very kind staff. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and very clean and we also had a balcony. Breakfast is out of this world - huge array of everything with an incredible and various offer. One of the best I've ever had. Swimming pool is very nice, fair in size and with great temperature for swimming. Beware you must have a swimming cap. Beside it is a sauna and steam bath. The only minus goes for the hot tub which is not heated, but the same temp as the pool. I hope they'll fix that. All in all, great place to recommend for your Ankara stay.

• Marilena (10/5): Great location, good facilities, helpful staff - The view of the city was really great. The Spa facilites do make a difference on a cold day. In addition to that, the staff is very helpful and ready to assist, despite the language barriers which are sometimes obvious. Kindness has its own way to prevail and if a request is not well understood, it will certainly be relayed to somebody else for clarifications. I will definitely return when in Ankara.
