Het is wat het is. Vanuit deze plek in 1 (lange) dag de plekken van Cinque Terre gedaan met de auto noordwaarts... prima aanrader maar wel je wandelschoenen meenemen om de verschillende dorpjes in te lopen.

Nous sommes venus passer 6 jours dans les « Cinque Terre » pour nos 10 ans de mariage et nous les remercions pour le cadeau qu’ils nous ont fait. Literie au top avec une magnifique vue sur le port de la Spezia, ses montagnes et surtout son lever de soleil. Une adresse que je recommande avec grand plaisir.

- Bevoly (10/5): Ruhige Lage, blitzsauber und guter Zustand - Für unseren viertägigen Aufenthalt, um die Cinque Terre und das Hinterland von La Spezia zu erkunden, haben wir uns für das Dreams Guest House entschieden – eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst sauber und technisch hervorragend gepflegt. Ursprünglich hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft zeigte uns der Gastgeber nicht nur unser gebuchtes Zimmer, sondern auch ein alternatives Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt am Pool. Vor Ort entschieden wir uns spontan für dieses Zimmer mit einem gemütlichen Gartensitzplatz – der Wechsel war unkompliziert und wurde problemlos ermöglicht. Parkmöglichkeiten: Eine Reservierung für Parkplätze war im Voraus nicht möglich. Bei unserer Ankunft waren jedoch im abgeschlossenen Innenhof ausreichend Plätze verfügbar, sodass wir gegen eine Gebühr einen sicheren Stellplatz für unser Auto buchen konnten. Lage & Umgebung: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, allerdings etwas abgelegen. Für den Weg zu den Restaurants und ins Zentrum von La Spezia sollte man etwa 25 Minuten Fußweg einplanen. Zwar befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle, diese wird jedoch nur selten angefahren. Da wir dies bereits im Vorfeld wussten, empfanden wir es nicht als störend.
- Iris (7/5): Ideal für eine Kurzurlaub - Lage: am Berg, gut zu Fuss erreichbar, jedoch vom Zentrum entwas entfernt dafür super Aussicht. Ausstattung: kleines Zimmer abr schön eingerichtete mit Klima & Kühlschrank. Kleine Terrasse war super, mit Tisch und Stühlen und Sichtschutz. Badezimmer: sauber, ausreichend Platz. Rund um das Guesthouse war es sehr unordentlich und vermüllt, da es angeblich normal ist, den Müll auf den Strassen zu deponieren. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis etwas zu teuer.

- domfusco (10/5): Perfecto - The hosts Romolo and Mirella could not have done more for you. Very attentive and caring hosts who always checked in that everything was ok. We stayed in the studio which was very clean and roomy and the facilities were second to none. The swimming pool area too was clean and also safe.. Loved the homely feel of the whole place. Mountain location too was just right if you want peace at night but explore during the day. 20 minute walk to the harbour. Couples will love it or if you have a special family event for large families you could probably rent most of the rooms and will feel like your own private villa. Accomodation secure and for a fee you can park your car inside the electric gates. There are also free parking spaces close by if needed.. Dreams is just an hours drive from Pisa airport and the route is easy to follow…. We could not have picked a better place for our wedding anniversary for a short break!! - Ulrika (6/5): - Ligger avigt och trångt till uppe på höjden från centrum. Mycket svårt med parkering på gatan. Med lite tur finns plats på hotellets infart (4 platser) till kostnad om 25 euro/dygn. Så har ni några förväntningar utöver säng, dusch och ett minimalt poolområde och samtidigt är bilburna… kolla vidare. Om ni bestämt vill bo avigt, så köp med förnödenheter, då det inte finns något att förtära på hotellet utöver frukost… om ni köper till den.
- Jo (8/5): Lovely wholesome feel and friendly staff - The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The traditional sweet breakfast was an optional extra with our stay - 10/10. The pool and garden felt like a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of the town. We had some access issues as our room was on the lower ground set away from the main eating/pool area - but manageable. You will need to budget for taxis or your own transport to get from the property to the town/sites/ports for day trips etc.

Great communication and helpful. Would recommend. Place is up a large hill so transport is necessary, other than this was great.
- Yasmin (9/5): Beautiful room and views. - Lovely room with beautiful scenery (I had the Mountain View). Very modern and clean and the man that showed me around (the owner I think) was really nice. I also had sole use of the terrace which was directly opposite of my room and there is a swimming pool and sun loungers/sitting area just outside the property next door which you can use. It’s about 30mins walk to the main train station with connections to cinque terre which wasn’t too bad. I did read the reviews about the property being out of the way a bit. It is, I won’t lie and there isn’t much around the area the nearest bar was about 10-15mins walk and the nearest shop that was open about 20-25min walk. It’s quite a steep hill/steps but it’s to be expected given the views! I couldn’t fault the room though had everything I needed, except coffee 😂

The picture on the site don't give the real story. The owner is only interested about making money and not really concern about us having a good stay. He even rented out to us a small parking at 15e/ day. To get to the place you have a very step hill that is quite dangerous to drive in. Avoid this place and rent somewhere else

- Kate (9/5): Lovely place - This was a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately we had terrible weather so we couldn’t make the most of the views, terrace and pool which were all great. Room comfortable and a good size, lovely big balcony with nice views. Not recommended without a car. It is a very long walk from the centre of town. There is a good bus service from the bottom of the hill, the 24 bus seems to go twice a day from outside the hotel. Getting taxis was often very difficult.

No block out blind on window in the room, therefore we were woken at 6aam by the sun shining in our face.

Easy 1 mile commute to the main train station. The drive up the winding road can be confusing the first time, and the parking on the street. Didn't always have a parking space close by.

The location is beautiful, away from the hustle of the town but overlooking the harbour and beautiful countryside and mountains Clean modern and set in beautiful garden The hotel owners took me under their wing when I was stranded in La Spezia , . Originally on a cruise but out a shaker as husband very unwell . They do more for me than the Cruise ship company ! Wonderful home made breakfast. If you are in La Spezia this is the accommodation to make your stay perfect !
- Chris (6/5): Clean but small and overpriced - Clean and well maintained. Bedding, showers etc all very good condition. La Spezia and surrounding waterfront towns are well worth a visit. If you have a car can be a useful base to explore. Extremely small room. You will need a car to get to the location as it’s high up a hill and 30-40 minutes walk to the front. Didn’t use the pool which was on a separate location in the owners garden. We were a late booking but felt very it was extremely overpriced.

The room was clean, and the staff seemed nice, but not very accommodating to requests to make life a bit easier every request was declined, apart from a few glasses for our room for us to enjoy a glass of wine. You have to juggle four keys to gain access to the pool and breakfast area; there is no option to borrow towels for the pool, so we had to go and buy some from the local commercial center. I don’t know what is going on around the pool area both my wife and I got bitten by small insects, leaving areas of itching around our legs/feet (only happen after using the pool) They charge a premium price, but there were too many little things that make this stay annoying and not a good fit for us. We ended up leaving one day earlier as this was NOT our dream guest house

- DeKokkies (6/5): Not entirely as expected - The positives: - Magnificent view from the public terrace/pool area - Well maintained public terrace/pool area - Good air conditioning - Charming balcony The attention points: - Furniture in the room somewhat aged; no extra set of pillows; not the most comfortable mattress - No towels available at the pool and no possibility to get an extra set of regular towels - Terrible parking facilities in the narrow streets - Our room was published as sea view however the room itself has a view of the adjacent building and the mountains; only on the small (yet charming) balcony there’s a lateral sea view so quite misleading in the advertisement - When we arrived, works were going on on the terrace - Not the fault of the guest house yet when we arrived back at midnight another guest had parked his car in front of our parking space that we had paid for: it just underlines the problem with parking that could be notified better - At departure, no enquiry how was our stay: probably also because of the language barrier (no English whatsoever which is quite surprising at this day and age and when exploiting a guesthouse); there was a reference to the issue with the parking space yet more blaming the guest who did it (and other guests as apparently the guesthouse is receiving a lot of guests who allegedly have no manners) - All in all over priced for the experience

- Markus (4/5): - Obwohl „Zahlung vor Ort“ vereinbart war, wurde dann doch eine Anzahlung gefordert. Der Empfang und der Umgang waren alles andere als herzlich und die Kommunikation extrem schwierig, da nur Italienisch gesprochen wurde. Ein Bisschen Englisch wäre hier sehr hilfreich gewesen. Frühstück erst ab 08:30 Uhr war uns zu spät, aber das Frühstück war sehr gut. Sehr viele Treppen hinunter zu unserem Zimmer waren mit Gepäck beschwerlich. Die Zimmertür war in unserem Falle lediglich eine Schiebetür, die sich nicht abschließen lässt. Lediglich ein elektrischer Rolladen (durch Schlüssel zu aktivieren) verschließt den Zugang zum Zimmer. Nach erfolgter Anzahlung und kurz vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Pool nicht benutzbar ist. Es wäre trotzdem schön gewesen wenn Liegen zur Verfügung gestellt worden wären. Für uns sieht Luxus leider anders aus…

The pool was empty ( and will be closed for week. may, june 2022) No breakfast included ( which menas 15Euro per person extra). Difficult parking in a narrow and steep street. Small room wirh just a partial seeview. Owner speeks only Italian and does not understand what she does not want to hear. I would not recommend this palce at all. The only thing they want is money.

- 378mavig (10/5): The best place to stay in Liguria - Luxury Dreams & Dreams: A secret peaceful garden with a fantastic sea view and swimming pool, close to CinqueTerre and Portovenere. Fantastic rooms, very clean,excellent homemade breakfast, the hosts are friendly and warm. To feel at home on holiday: unique experience.
