Ben Hamouda (7/5): Correct - Les proprietaires sont disponible et répondent rapidement. L appartement N4 est tres propre, il dispose de 2 chambres et 1 salon. L endroit se trouve dans un quartier populaire. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et cafés autour. La plage se trouve a 10 min en voiture et Rabat a 20 min. Malheureusement, le voisinage très bruyant jusqu à tard le soir. Pas de savon ni de shampoing à disposition. La cuisine est très minimaliste pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner.

Hodhoaer (5/5): Moyennement satisfait - L’emplacement et le qualité prix étaient les points forts de notre choix. Nous n’avons rien à dire par rapport à la propreté c’était impeccable. Cependant, nous n’avons absolument pas été satisfait complètement car nous n’avions pas eu de wifi. Nous avons sollicité le propriétaire à plusieurs reprises mais il n’est jamais venu vérifier si tout fonctionnait. La moindre des choses quand un client se plaint, c’est de lui apporter assistance. Ce qui n’a pas été le cas.

En arrivant on demande le soir même une intervention qui nous a été promise le lendemain. Au final personne n'est venu, on ne nous a pas tenu au courant, même pas un message d'excuse... on a passé notre séjour avec des fenêtres qui fermé pas donc on entendait les rodéos des jeunes en moto et surtout surtout le volet roulant cassé ! Donc lumière du jour très tôt et dès que le soleil se couchait tout le monde avait vue sur se qu'on faisait dans l'appartement. De plus on a réservé pour un appartement mais pas de porte entre la chambre et le salon... j'appelle ça un studio.

essaddiq (1/5): Pessima - Pessima esperienza. Siamo arrivati alle 16, e l'appartamento non era pronto, nonostante la abbiamo avvertita la mattina e poi 30 minuti prima dell'arrivo. Appena arrivati ci avvisa che la struttura è in ristrutturazione. Il problema è che era un cantiere aperto. Sacchi di cemento ovunque, calcinacci, rumore e lavoratori dappertutto. La mattina non c'era neanche l'acqua per potersi lavare perché chiusa a causa lavori. La non correttezza. Poteva avvertire prima, così mi cercavo altro, soprattutto per i bambini.

Le logement est équipé du minimum pour passer un séjour de courtes ou moyennes durée. Le logement dispose d'une machine a laver sur le toit Il n'y a quasiment aucune isolation phonique, apres jai l'impression que les nouvelles construction au maroc sont comme ça. On entend les voisins discutait ou faire la vaisselle ca peut paraître un détail mais quand il ya beaucoup de vaisselle qui est faites à 1h du matin en supplément une video youtube assez forte vous ne pouvez pas dormir... a part lisolation phonique rien n'était a deplorer

Lafhima (3/5): Fenster sollten besser gedimmt - „Die Dame, die uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat, war sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings war die Wohnung recht laut, da sie sich in einem Baustellenbereich befindet. Die Dame hat sich jedoch dafür entschuldigt. Die Reinigungskräfte haben viel und oft miteinander gesprochen, was ebenfalls störend war. Die Wohnung war insgesamt akzeptabel, abgesehen von der Lärmbelästigung, und man hatte das Gefühl, fast auf der Straße zu sein. Auch der Preis hätte besser angepasst werden können

Soliman (6/5): Außer das wir die falschen u kleineren Wohnung erstmal bekommen haben war es für eine Übernachtung ok…. - -Die Wohnung war so allgemein ok….. Wir haben bei der Ankunft nicht die Wohnung erhalten die wir über booking gebucht haben!!! Es mussten ein paar Telefonate geführt werden bis wir die richtige Wohnung bekommen haben u. Schuld soll die Putzfrau gewesen sein🤔🤔….

Michał (8/5): - Możliwość zaparkowania samochodu na ulicy. Dostępne ręczniki oraz akcesoria kuchenne. Apartament składający się z sypialni, małego salonu z kuchnią oraz łazienki. Self-check-in - wlasciciel dokładnie przekazał instrukcje zameldowania oraz wysłał zdjecia obiektu, aby ułatwić jego znalezienie. Słabe rozmieszczenie i ilość gniazdek.
