- Makontai (5/5): - Трансфер от отеля до аэропорта. Большой номер. К сожалению в этот раз в завтраках за все дни не было каши, было скуднее , чем в прошлый раз. Телевизор работал только YouTube, каналы не посмотреть. Попросила на ресепшене просто убрать только мусор в туалете, сказали конечно в итоге приходим вечером ничего не убрано. В следующей поездке уже буду выбирать другой отель.

- Makontai (9/5): - Трансфер с аэропорта до отеля - очень удобно. Много иностранцев, в особенности китайцев и американцев можно свободно беседовать о своем ) интересный интерьер. Достаточно хорошая шумоизоляция. Разнообразный завтрак, что меня очень порадовал) П.с приходите на завтрак рано, китайцы всё сметают) Подушки не удобные жесткие, в номере нету на окнах сетки. Кстати ресторан на территории отеля - корейский, переоценили посетители - там очень посредственно , а местами не вкусно вовсе.

- Valeriya (10/5): Надеюсь вернуться - Наличие бесплатного трансфера до отеля и обратно в аэропорт. Отличный персонал, улыбчивый, всегда готов прийти на помощь. Наличие бассейна Наличие отличного спа на территории. Туда приходят не только проживающие, но и местные жители. Также на территории ресторан корейской кухни. Вкусно! Бестолковые балконы с грязными стёклами. Уборка была только в первый день, а потом только вынос мусора и поднос воды ( что радовало опять же))). Немного не продумано расстановка мебели в номере 80-03.

Easy check in - just strange that room was in a separate building, which was more like an apartment block than hotel. That said, all was good. Breakfast was ‘local/international and plentiful, pool chilly - but a nice facility! Korean restaurant was fun (well priced), did not visit casino, golf or spa. Hotel located off busy streets, unlike other city hotels which are crazy busy!

Girişi ve görüntüsü ilk intiba kenar köşe yer gibi gözüküyor ama içi ve avlusu öyle değil. Kapı bir avluya açılıyor içinde otel girişi, restoranlar ve spa merkezi var. Şimdiye kadarki en iyi masaj tecrübelerimden biri oldu. Hijyenik yer ve fiyatı iyi ve masaj da iyiydi. Oda içi de gayet temiz güzeldi. Oda da ihtiyaçlar tam hatta ütü bile vardı. Çoğu yerde yok. Banyosu temizdi. Personel güler yüzlü özellikle Türkçe bilenler var çok iyi davrandılar. Uçak erken saatti bize kahvaltı paket hazırladır açınca şaşırdım, öyle bir sandiviçten ibaret değildi içinde herşey vardı hepsini yedim kaliteliydi yiyecekler. Ben bundan sonra artık tercihimi buradan yana kullanacağım! Çok beğendim. Az Türkçe bilen var. İngilizce bilen de oran olarak az. Burada sanırım Rusça bilmek daha çok iş görüyor.

De medewerkers waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze reageerden snel, vooral wanneer ik om hulp vroeg. Een grote dank! kom zeker terug ;-) buitenzwembad was proper :-) niets

- Vassili Richard (7/5): Un peu décevant. N’a rien d’un hôtel 5 étoiles - Très grande chambre et très grand lit La piscine de l hôtel est très froide, l’accès à la piscine n’est pas très pratique. Il faut faire le tour du bâtiment et passer par la réception alors que lors use vous passez avec un employé, ils vous donnent accès directement depuis l’ascenseur à la piscine. La chambre dispose d’une terrasse de type véranda mais qui n’est pas aménagée ni utilisable (trop chaud). Il serait plus agréable d avoir une terrasse ouverte sur l extérieur. Il n’y a pas de prises de courant sur les 2 côtés du lit, seulement sur un seul. La douche pluie de la chambre était pleine de tartre et ne coulait pas, il a fallu que je frotte moi même pour laisser passer l’eau de nouveau. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel et il fait très froid dans la salle.

- Johanna (10/5): Perfect luxe hotel met zwembad - Dit was na een mooie rondreis door Kirgizië voor ons een heerlijke afsluiting middenin de chaos van de stad. Het zwembad was heerlijk met de zomerse temperaturen, de kamer groot en van alle gemakken voorzien en het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid. De spa en massage is op hetzelfde terrein en makkelijk te boeken (tegen betaling). Het personeel is super vriendelijk! We hebben een gratis transfer naar het vliegveld gehad inclusief breakfast to go. Zeker een aanrader voor als je niet meer de stad hoeft te ontdekken maar wil genieten van wat luxe! Ik las in de beschrijving dat er een fitness/gym zou zijn, deze is er niet. Wel zijn we geholpen met onze zoektocht naar een fitness in de buurt.

Pretty well located too - it's tucked behind the casino I was in a separate building which is no biggie but the entrance etc was a bit tired. Breakfast isn't worth getting up for and the space needs more tables or at least for solo/two people. Couldn't get a seat

- TATIANA (10/5): - Great nice breakfasts, served till 10 AM Own swimming pool, open during the summer time. Nice big hotel rooms, very clean. Personnel is very polite and very helping.

- Jodie (9/5): Séjour agréable ! - Le personnel à l'accueil était vraiment sympathique, professionnel et arrangeant. Très à l'écoute. La piscine est très agréable, et rare à Bichkek. La chambre est lumineuse et très propre La chambre était calme mais pas très bien insonorisée, on entendait la télévision des voisins (qui l'écoutaient vraiment fort ceci dit).
