Guest Reviews
- Monica (6/5): - U had to pay extra for breakfast
Usually hotel breakfast comes with hptel stay
My blankets where dirty
- James (6/5): - The property was clean, and the front-end staff were very friendly; however, there was no coffee available except in the breakfast area, and that cost an additional $15. The breakfast was also generic and not worth the cost. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. So, overall, if you like your morning coffee, either go across the street to Panera or even Albertsons. I would avoid breakfast at the hotel. Not good.
- Miguel (10/5): - Very friendly front desk manager. Simple check in. No issues during my stay
- Blanca Yadira (10/5): - La atención del recepcionista al llegar fue estupenda, muy amable y nos ayudo en todo momento
- Gary (8/5): - Room was large and clean. Decor needs an update.
- Andrew T (10/5): - Clean, great location and quite room.
- Dazerae (4/5): - rough area and smelled of smoke
- Besley (4/5): - Bed stuff is low quality.
- Leticia (10/5): - Great place, clean, modern and affordable. Parking it is some complicated but manageable
- Joshua (10/5): - Just needed a spot for the family to sleep for the night. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast, but it was perfect. Affordable, clean, staff was awesome and kind. The a/c was appreciated!! We'll definitely stay here again the next time we need a night or two.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent experience at this hotel!! - Front desk staff and security are very welcoming and professional. No issues at all! The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much!!!! No issues with other guests, very quiet. Different stores within walking distance including Costco next door! Will be booking whenever we visit again! Stayed August 4, 2025 - August 6, 2025
Thank you for an excellent experience staffs & security!!
- Katrina (10/5): A great stay! - This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in! Staff was friendly. Conveniently located to the highway that gets you to Hollywood, Pasadena and other popular destinations. Major grocery store and Costco are within the block as well as fast food and sit down dining options. Very comfortable bed. A great stay!
- Marcus (10/5): - Location to rose bowl
- Daniel (10/5): - Great spot!!
- Chad (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Property was clean and secure. The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to pay $15 for a breakfast buffet but I’d still give it 5 stars anyway. I would stay here again when I’m in the area
- Sarah (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location.
- Mauricio (10/5): Comfort - Stay was very pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved that we were able to check in at 2pm and check out at 11am
- Verified traveler (8/5): Easy check in & peaceful stay. - 9/1/25 (pictures are from a video I took of the room I stayed in.)
Stayed for 1 night, the beds were comfy, not noisy at night, & check in & check out was easy. Don’t expect luxury hotel though there were some dirty parts of the hotel in the bathroom like around the shower & the tub. I felt safe though & would recommend for someone to stay at this hotel especially because it’s at a good price.
No fee for parking, breakfast for $15 each person, cameras all over on the exterior part of the hotel & interior. Albertsons across the hotel, McDonald’s & Costco next door.
- Leticia (10/5): - It was nice and clean except the bath tube was dirty
- Matthew (10/5): This place is awesome - With the rating that it had on the travel site we were using we didn't have much hope. But when we got there we were blown out of the water at how good the service conditions and rooms were. The ratings this hotel have been given do not reflect the truth. One of the best stays I've ever had for such a wonderfully cheap price.
- Yajaira (10/5): - Costco next door
- jacob (10/5): - Great simple stay
- Sahar (6/5): - Near to my visited places
- Jesus (10/5): - Really nice and clean
- Sarah (10/5): - The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was a painless check-in and check-out
- Ernesto (8/5): - Bathroom was dirty, the toilet is leaking water on the floor and there was a candy behind the toilet.
Towels are nice and soft, bed was comfortable.
- Donielle (8/5): - The hotel was clean, good area room was nice, the only bad thing there was no cable, I would go back to stay there though.
- Araya (10/5): Amazing spot and great staff! - The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom came with all the necessities and was convenient. I was having a migraine and the staff was very kind and generous to give me their medicine. Absolutely appreciated that.
The only bummer is that they don’t have a microwave in the room and you can’t connect streaming services on the TV, it comes with set channels that were not very interesting.
Overall, amazing spot. I definitely recommend and would come back if I visit CA again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Two Star Hotel For A Reason - Room wasn’t cleaned even though requested. Window looked out into a closed courtyard for Employees to work. Was awakened many times early in the morning when they worked.
- Jeffrey (6/5): OK - No housekeeping between nights.
- Caroline Hawkins (8/5): - Felt safe
- Eleanor (10/5): - Large, clean , comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
- Jules (8/5): - The staff were very friendly! The room was nice and clean. However when the a/c went on its was alittle loud. Also, the tv didn't have internet entertainment. The bed felt very comfortable, and the pillows are wonderful. I like that they have a restaurant that opens in the mornings.
- Yoon Mi (8/5): One night in Alhambra - Easy to find with good parking. Security guard at entrance day and night. Great location across from food places and grocery store. Beds super comfortable! Tv service is lacking with mostly Chinese language Channels or infomercials. No ability to login to my streaming apps.
- Maria Crizel (8/5): - Has access to dining and shopping places.
Responsive staff.
- Jorge (6/5): - Service was great but the hotel was a bit odd. It seems like it’s a local hub for the Asian community. There was a strong cooling oils smell in the hallways and we were the only non-asians we saw at the hotel during our stay.
- Thet (10/5): - The room is big and clean. Area around the property has a lot of food.
- patricia (10/5): - Great place
- Kevin (10/5): - It was nice having a dispenser in the bathroom for lotion, soap, and conditioner. There was no coffee maker in the room, but most hotels are like that now. The walls in the room have a few stains but nothing that was alarming to me. Overall I enjoyed my room.
- Erica (10/5): - I’m actually shocked of how long I lived in LA and never noticed this amazing local hotel, now that I don’t live here. It’s nice to know that I have an affordable safe place to stay near my friends and the things that we wanna do.
- Patrick (10/5): - The hotel has very nice staff who are very welcoming. Parking is very easy. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I really appreciate the security guard in the parking lot.
- Jules (8/5): - Hotel is a good place and safe to stay.
- Yuliette (2/5): - I stayed at this hotel for a two-day concert event in Pasadena. After a late night, I went to bed around 2:00 AM. Unfortunately, I was woken up around 8:00 AM by a very loud noise coming from the laundry room, which was located right next to my room. The sound of the machines shaking and running was extremely disruptive, and I was unable to go back to sleep.
I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response was disappointing. They simply apologized and mentioned that next time I should request not to be placed in that room. I expressed my concern that such rooms, located next to utility areas, should not be assigned to guests who expect a restful stay.
They then offered me a complimentary breakfast coupon; however, it was already 10:15 AM and breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. I declined, as I assumed only limited or leftover options would be available by then.I wish the hotel had taken my concerns more seriously and had considered offering a more thoughtful form of compensation in light of the inconvenience
- Alejandro (4/5): Cigarettes smell - It was hard to sleep because the room felt stuffy even with the AC on. The room smelled like cigarettes.
- dennis (8/5): - Just a place to sleep. Since I visit family nearby, will stay there again. Nicer than Days Inn near by
- Laura (10/5): - Very large room, very quiet and lots of parking. We didn’t get to use pool or gym.
- Jules (8/5): - All of the above...
- Alan (10/5): -
- Kuei Mei (10/5): They are very nice peoples and good breakfast. - Whatever it was very good time when we stay the hotel! It’s happy times.
- Claudia L. (10/5): - The visit was Very Good!!!
- Nestor (10/5): - I enjoyed the room and the hotel was very nice. I was just a bit thrown off in how most amenities were not available.
- Bianca (10/5): - This is my first time staying at this place and I think it’s great me and my kids and my husband we like to stay at hotels just to get away from home to make it feel like we’re on a little mini vacation sometimes it’s just me and my husband And we like to do reviews on hotels and so far I really like this place
- Karina (6/5): - Staff was great the room had a couple of patches on the wall
- Verified traveler (8/5): convenient location with comfortable beds - Location is right next to the Costco and across from Panera and McDonald's and there's a plethora of other places right around the corner where you can conveniently get breakfast and other items. The neighborhood felt safe and there was always a security guard at the parking lot. My only complaint was that they never serviced my room my entire 5 nights stay but I was fine with that since I am a solo traveler and only came back to sleep for the night.
- Richard (8/5): - We only stayed one night but it was just what we needed.
- Marcos (10/5): - Great service and staff was very helpful.
- Dana (2/5): - I was sick so I transferred the check in to my cousin. I woke up to pictures of bugs all over the room and her telling me she requested a refund. Her and her husband drove home. They said it was awful!
- Jay (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable.
- Jonathan (8/5): - We were visiting highland park area and it was only a 15 min drive for us. I really liked this place, it was clean.
For the price i think its definitely worth it. Staff was friendly and nice. I highly recommend it.
- Lisa (10/5): - Next door to Costco
