Posizione strategica, a dieci minuti a piedi da metropolitana in una zona di Brooklyn e vicino ad piccolo parco, Sunset park, che come dice il nome consente di vedere splendidi tramonti sullo skyline. Colazione non inclusa ed al visto di 25 dollari nella forma americana che include uova ma per il resto di scarsa qualità. C’è di meglio in un bar vicino sulla 4th avenue.

In addition, Edwin and Jay were both wonderful and made everything easier for our stay. From sharing fun places and activities near the hotel to answering a million questions and requests, they were beyond helpful and true stars.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely involved with their guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A very special compliment goes to Youchef. He truly made us feel welcome and showed what real hospitality means. His kindness and attentiveness stood out, and you can tell he takes great pride in making guests feel comfortable. One of the male staff members did not allow us to eat our own food in their kitchen, as if we were not guests of the hotel. I have severe allergies and need to follow a special diet, so I have to eat my own food. Moreover, hotels usually try to be customer-oriented and understanding toward their guests. However, this man raised his voice at us, which was very strange and unprofessional. It honestly made me feel as if I was staying there for free rather than being a paying guest. Overall, I was quite shocked by this experience. 😕

The hotel was clean and had the necessary amenities. Yousef at the front desk was so nice and gave us a room with an incredible view of the city. He always had a great smile and a pleasant demeanor. • Mark Otten (9/5): Good location to be near a subway stop and our other target destinations in Brooklyn. - Room was clean and well equipped for the size. The coffee maker made very good coffee. Shower and bathroom counter size were good. Thermostat worked well. Room size was small and bathroom arrangement with frosted glass walls was different, but it worked OK. One desk clerk misinformed us about the availability of coffee downstairs. Bathroom shelf was loose.
