- Martina (7/5): Hotel molto bello, ma gestione da migliorare - L’hotel è davvero molto bello, le camere sono comode, curate e dotate di tutti i servizi necessari. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato nel ristorante dell’hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo: tutto ottimo e con grande attenzione anche per i celiaci, cosa assolutamente apprezzata. L’unica vera pecca è che praticamente ogni servizio fosse a pagamento, compresa la piscina. Inoltre, nonostante il freddo, l’acqua non era affatto calda come ci aspettavamo. Un altro dispiacere è stato il conto della cena: essendo un tavolo numeroso (circa 15 persone), ci aspettavamo un po’ più di attenzione, invece il conto è stato sbagliato ben tre volte e abbiamo dovuto richiamare gli amici che erano già usciti per far sistemare la differenza.

- Samuele (10/5): Esperienza di relax completa dopo una giornata sulle piste da sci - Ho soggiornato recentemente in questa struttura assieme ad un'amica e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. L'ambiente è estremamente accogliente e curato (anche nell'estetica) e offre tutto ciò che serve per un'esperienza di relax completo: dal ristorante interno a piscina e piccola, ma funzionale, SPA. La nostra camera matrimoniale era spaziosa e molto pulita. Una nota di merito va allo staff, molto disponibile e cordiale, con l'aggiunta del "bonus simpatia" di Luca che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Per quanto riguarda il comparto food, colazione (se non inclusa) e cena offrono cibo di qualità a prezzi non eccessivi. Infine, il fatto che il locale ospitasse un evento con musica a cui abbiamo potuto partecipare per noi ha rappresentato un gradito plus (pur essendo stati opportunamente avvertiti per tempo del fastidio che avrebbe potuto arrecare il protrarsi del rumore fino a dopo la mezzanotte). Piccoli spunti di miglioramento potrebbero riguardare: gli orari di inizio della colazione e di ultimo ingresso al ristorante, un po' "limitati" (anche se comprensibile considerando che la struttura ospita spesso feste "notturne"); in fatto che la posizione risulta un po' isolata, pur rimanendo una valida scelta strategica per chi utilizza la struttura come base per raggiungere le piste da sci del comprensorio del Cimone.

Nel ristorante si mangia benissimo e non si spende una fortuna! Un grazie a Luca per averci fatto sentire a casa, esser stato disponibile e onesto!

- Gerhard (8/5): Für den Preis was es Okay - hatten uns eben was anderes vorgestellt - Aber das Personal und der Rest was absolut Okay In der Beschreibung stand, dass für 10 € je Person ein Frühstück noch gebucht werden kann (was uns sehr wichtig war) aber dafür war wohl kein Personal da Frühstück war im Hotel nicht möglich - wir bekamen zwar eine Adresse an der wir frühstücken konnten aber mit Motorrad und strömender Regen war das nicht sehr vorteilhaft - daher Frühstück ausgefallen.. Auch wollten wir Wellness (Schwimmbad und Sauna) nutzen Aber das kostet extra - in der Beschreibung war dies auf English und ist uns daher nicht aufgefallen - total versteckt - ich meine der Preis dafür wäre 45€ für Sauna und 25 für Schwimmbad pro Person pro Tag gewesen - mehr als wir für die Übernachtung bezahlt haben.. Das ärgerte uns etwas..

- John (10/5): Exceptional - The whole place was fantastic, with great views, very friendly staff, and a really good restaurant. Being picky here, I would have preferred a slightly bigger room.
- Nina (10/5): Huge recommendation!!! - We stayed at this lovely hotel in the hills of Italy for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the owners and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had some problems during our trip, but the staff helped us so much and made us feel at home. The hotel is in a small village on a mountain — a perfect place for a real Italian experience, surrounded by beautiful nature and warm-hearted people. We will definitely come back and can recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna or Modena. It's quiet and peaceful, but the big cities are still easy to reach by car. Definitely coming back! :)

- Audrey (6/5): Beautiful place, but mixed feelings regarding customer service - The room was cosy and clean, so is the bathroom. The restaurant serves good food. The owner‘s daughter at reception and in the service was nice and helpful. There was a party until 2am which kept me from sleeping. I was warned only 2 days ahead without the option of cancelling my stay and without any compensation measures. No real apologies either. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin. The access to the pool is 20€/day which is disproportionate. Also a swimming cap is mandatory.

- Brumbaugh (10/5): Very nice mountain side property - Nice and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a room with a view overlooking the hillside. In the evening, open your window to hear the church bells ringing and get the fresh mountain air. The breakfast was good. There was parking at the hotel. It's close to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. There's a restaurant on the property but we got in late so we weren't able to enjoy that. Maybe next time. There was a pool and lounging areas, and places to relax outside. Hope to be back soon.
