- Ashraf (6/5): It’s ok, seems little expensive against the facility provided - Property is good, located near airport and has free airport rides. The swimming pool was 2/5 as it didn’t look clean and also there was some weird noise from the exhausts. They did not even provide a dental kit or shaving kit. There is a charge for everything which should be complimentary. They want physical credit card for payment and tap did not works for booking amount.

We arrived at 11:30 pm from the airport and had to find a new hotel room at midnight. This was really poor customer service.

Bar/lounge staff were really friendly Unclear on deposit (booking says 250$, staff charged $50 but didn’t explain upon payment it was for deposit, just added to the overall charge) On the morning after id stayed someone knocked on my door several times, were stood out of sight of the peephole and when i asked (through the door) who it was they said “room service” when i said i didnt order he said “ok” then left quickly. I called reception to report this (as a solo female, it can be scary) and it was brushed off as “probably housekeeping” which doesn’t make sense and was pretty unsatisfactory.

There were a few things we didn't like. The bed pillows were lumpy and it would be nice to have actual glasses in the room, not paper cups. We booked mainly because of the restaurant but they stop serving food in the lounge at 10:00 pm.
