- Adrienne (8/5): - It was the location to be as the headquarters for local jazz festival. Most of the shows are right there. Someone brought their dog instead of kenneling them. The dog was left alone too much and became noisy. I love animals so I am faulting the human owners.

- Michael (7/5): Great Stay, Minor Inconveniences - The best part was the location in relation to our event. The staff was excellent and friendly. The TV is way bigger than most hotels. First, signs all over the parking garage give you the impression you need to pay for parking, adjust signage to let people know it's included for hotel patrons. Second, no mini fridge. I see that this is becoming common. I want to express that travelers are away from home and cannot store cold drinks and left over food, these refrigerators are important. Lastly, no tissues. A small thing, but I have allergies so it becomes a big deal.

- ALBERTO (10/5): Overall, great stay - Excellent location to the Santander Area. Great staff, respectful, friendly. Easy parking. Perfect 10 hotel The only downside is the toilet are low and it seems to be idealistic for children and not adults. All the hotels have the same issues and not realizing that they're not being updated with upgraded toilets that are 17 inches or higher.

- Debra (2/5): Surprise in the hairdryer bag! - Great location across the street from Santander Arena Found some type of sex toy in the bag with the blow dryer. Apparently somebody tried to hide it, and it fell out of the bag when we went to use the hairdryer. We had a six-year-old little girl with us also.
- 323moy (10/5): No cookies! - I went up to the desk to ask for a cookie. Jeff told me they didnt have any. I asked when they would have any more. Jeff responded very rudely he didnt know. I asked so Ive been here for 2 days and haven't received a cookie. Another guy came which may have been the manager and said they were only giving them to people when they checked in. I said I never got any. Then he said I can give you one this time since you never got one. I said I thought you didnt have any. WTH. I have never been at a Doubletree where they held the cookies hostage. Jeff was very rude.

Parking was helpful and were able to walk to the arena across the street. It was hard to get drinks at the bar. Tip was included in the bill at the end, but didn't know so we were tipping with each drink. The surrounding area isn't great so it was hard to figure out where to eat. Breakfast should have been included in the room rate.

- Judi (8/5): Great Doubletree Hotel - We have stayed at this Double Tree many times and have always been exceedingly happy with our stay. It’s always exceptionally clean with helpful happy staff. The hotel is consistently modern and well furnished. The room we had at this visit was next to a railroad which we discovered while trying to sleep. Several trains, blasting horns, passed our room throughout the night. We did not sleep well because of it. Upon deciding to give up on sleep, at 3am, we got up to leave for the day. By accident, I noticed hotel provided ear plugs ( for the train noise) on a night table. We will definitely return to this Double Tree again and request a room on the other side of the hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel many times for concerts as we travel from Maryland. Two towels were dirty. It was just not what I expected for the price.
