• KOK WAI (2/5): Below expectations Stay, Never come here again - I am disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below expectations. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the towels appeared extremely old and worn out. The bed and pillows did not feel clean. Basic amenities such as a hair dryer and toothbrush were not provided. Only a hand soap dispenser was available, which had to be used for both body wash and shampoo. There was also no proper place to hang towels in the bathroom. Additionally, the surrounding area felt very dark and unsafe at night. Overall, the condition and facilities did not meet reasonable hospitality standards. I hope the management will seriously improve cleanliness, maintenance, and guest amenities.

• Ahmad Zikri (4/5): Budget Stay in Ipoh - Location, though not central, but it suits my requirement for this trip. Hot & Cold water dispenser was an absolute plus! Someone smoked in one of the rooms/corridor close to our room; the smell was strong and this is the only downside to our stay there.

• Aiven (7/5): valuable - location was just nice to me, because is near to my hometown Simpang Pulai. Please remember to inform the staff to check the shower gel carefully. It had run out when I checked in. Although the male staff immediately helped to refill it, the shower gel was of poor quality and had no foam at all.

• Hash (1/5): Stay away - Solo Female Travelers - Nothing Do not book this hotel if you are travel solo-female. Totally unsafe. I noticed a guy entered the hotel without access card from the back of entrance partition.

• Harvind (10/5): My stay was quiet, peace and very clean. - I didn't had time to have the breakfast.. I love the cleanliness and how the maintain the cleanliness... yes its a 2 star hotel but hygiene level is appreciated. We request a last minute update for Family Suite and what we expect was another 20 minutes wait. But they were immediately ready to check in as the rooms are ready and clean. There is no hairdryer in the room. To have a basic hair dryer will be an added value.
