- Camille (10/5): Parfait ! - Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans l'établissement qui dispose d'un spa avec piscine/jaccuzi (un peu froid cependant), un sauna et un hammam. La salle de sport fut un vrai plus. Mention exceptionnelle pour le petit déjeuner avec un très large choix de produits sucrés/salés vraiment délicieux. L'établissement est également très bien situé pour partir en balade/rando. Le personnel était d'une gentillesse très appréciable.

- Connie (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit sehr schönem SPA Bereich. Gerne wieder! - Modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sehr nettes Personal. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Skishuttle zur Seilbahn. Frühstück sehr gut! Die Reinigungskräfte haben zum Teil nur oberflächliche gearbeitet.
- Bendetta (8/5): Bello ma con qualche punto di miglioramento - Camera bella e spaziosa, staff molto gentile e servizio navetta per le piste super! Qualche capello in camera (in bagno e sulla testata in stoffa del letto) e soprattutto l'utilizzo della spa decisamente non rilassante. C'era una coppia con un bimbo di pochi mesi, posto non adatto forse a bambini così piccoli, ha pianto molto e in area relax dove ci sarebbe dovuto essere silenzio. Il bimbo è senza colpe, i genitori non so.. Oltre a lui anche altri clienti schiamazzavano e urlavano come se fosse stata casa loro. Purtroppo la mancanza di supervisione di qualche operatore, lascia spazio a maleducazione.
- Adam Michael (10/5): Schöne Tage im Golden Park Resort - Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Campitello. Im Hotel wird ein sehr gutes Frühstück angeboten. Die Betten incl. Matratzen sind Top. Für Skifahrer gibt es einen Hotel Shuttlebus der die Skifahrer zur Gondel bringt. Das spart ggü. Parken mit dem Auto 10 Euro Parkgebühren. Das man für die Tiefgarage 10 Euro extra zahlen muss.

- Laura (10/5): - Room was perfect, we had an amazing stay! Located about a 2 minute drive from the gondola or a 15 minute walk. We had a rental car but they also provided a free shuttle service to the gondola, and had a room to store ski equipment overnight. Breakfast was great, and the sauna & steam room were amazing. Wonderful massage in the spa. Staff were super friendly and the bar area was so chilled and comfy! We have a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. Only downside was there was no hot tub - the pool was lukewarm/cool which surprised us but not sure if this is the norm.

- Claudia (9/5): Es war alles super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. - Die Lage vom Hotel ist ruhig und doch zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und hell, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.

Secondo il mio consiglio da ignorante,un hotel così bello a quattro stelle,per essere perfetto dovrebbe avere una smart tv,non che quelle normali non vadano bene,però più andando avanti con la tecnologia più le persone guardano netflix,prime video e robe del genere sempre di più,per un soggiorno perfetto una smart tv sarebbe perfetto. Altra pecca,siamo tornati verso le 22 e non c’era parcheggio e abbiamo dovuto girare un attimo parcheggiare in un altro posto.

- boss_man_ian (5/5): - The spa was great and free to use the room was clean and well presenbted the shuttle service was great very strange rules in the bar relaxing area You can order a beer and be told can you wait half an hour whilst the staff member goes on a break ???? i get the bar needs to close but why if i have bought a drink am i given less than 5 minutes to finish my drink and i must leave the area and finish my drink ? bonkers

- Maddalena (10/5): - Personale molto accogliente e disponibile: il ragazzo che guidava il furgoncino per portarci alle piste ci ha addirittura prestato i suoi guanti perché ne avevamo lasciato uno dei nostri in stanza!! È stato davvero gentilissimo. Struttura bellissima e in una posizione molto comoda, camera perfetta e con vista meravigliosa sulle montagne. Zona spa top! L’acqua della piscina era un po’ fredda, ma ne abbiamo usufruito lo stesso.
- CuteTraveller (10/5): Weekend in Val di Fassa - Posizione tranquilla e molto vicino agli impianti di risalita Col Rodella. Camere molto pulite e dotate di asciugamani e prodotti igiene, fornito anche tutto il necessario per accedere al centro benessere. Ottima colazione, molto abbondante, sia dolce che salata. È un B&B eccezionale a cui non manca davvero nulla. Consigliatissimo anche per una sola notte.

- Ruth (8/5): Fantastisch, goede locatie, gastvrij en chill - Ruime kamers, schitterend uitzicht, goede locatie. Je kunt niet dineren.in het hotel, maar er is een geweldig familierestaurant vlakbij waar je heerlijk kunt eten. La Scoiatollo. Aanrader. De massage is ook een grote aanrader. Als Andrea er is dan moet je een massage proberen. Zij heeft echt talent. Verder is het enorm genieten!

- Larisa (5/5): Sicuramente non ritornerei - Siamo stati 3 anni fa, è stata una delusione da questo punto di vista, ci aspettavamo la stessa accoglienza Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. L’acqua della piscina della spa era tiepida e non calda, e in generale la struttura ci è sembrata meno curata rispetto a tre anni fa. (Penso hanno cambiato gestione) Avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale per coppia, ma ci siamo trovati con due materassi separati e due coperte distinte, soluzione piuttosto scomoda. A colazione, nonostante fossero le 9:40 e il servizio fosse previsto fino alle 10:00, ci è stato chiesto di cambiare tavolo pur essendo in due seduti a un tavolo da quattro e con diversi tavoli ancora liberi in sala. La scelta della colazione era inoltre decisamente più limitata rispetto a quattro anni fa. Al nostro arrivo il tetto sgocciolava e la mattina successiva l’allarme antincendio è scattato due volte consecutive senza interrompersi, spaventandoci non poco. Sono imprevisti che possono accadere, ma sommati al resto – soprattutto trovandoci già in condizioni fisiche non ottimali – hanno reso il soggiorno tutt’altro che rilassante. Considerando che abbiamo pagato 200€ a notte, la qualità del servizio non è risultata adeguata al prezzo. Proprio per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di lasciare la struttura con un giorno di anticipo.
- Russell (8/5): Ok, but check the location. - Modern, clean and good breakfast. Spa was closed on Sunday eve when we arrived. Location was a bit out of the town.
- Bonnie (7/5): Not up to par - Great location, very clean, nice breakfast & decent spa. The service was subpar for the price. Front desk couldn’t help with local transport. (Told me to look online). Breakfast & bar servers were a bit rude. Definitely much lower quality service than I expected considering I paid over $600 per room (we had 2) per night for 5 nights.

La struttura è elegante e, essendo Natale, con una magica atmosfera natalizia. Le camere sono ben dotate e di buone dimensioni. Il centro SpA ben gestito. Nulla in particolare.

- Domenico (6/5): - Camera silenziosa e confortevole. Staff dell’hotel poco disponibile. Organizzazione più consona ad un residence che ad un hotel 4 stelle. SPA inspiegabilmente chiusa la domenica. Colazione migliorabile.
- Vittorio (8/5): Consigliato, sicuramente torneremo - Ottima posizione, camera pulita con balcone e bella vista sulla montagna, apprezzata la presenza di finestre anche in bagno. Colazione vasta con buona scelta di prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio. Spa piccola ma con tutto il necessario, pulita e ordinata. É presente anche un centro fitness ma non lo abbiamo mai usato L’unica cosa da migliorare é il personale. Era indicato check-in alle 14 ma arrivati la ragazza alla reception ci ha detto che il check-in sarebbe stato alle 15, ci ha invitato ad accomodarci e sarebbe venuta a chiamarci lei appena disponibile la camera. Passate le 15 ancora nessun avviso, siamo dovuti andare noi a chiedere informazioni quando finalmente ci é stato detto che la camera era pronta. Il giorno dopo abbiamo scoperto da un collega alla reception che il check-in era veramente alle 14… Per quanto riguarda la colazione, farebbe piacere trovare qualche torta/dolce tipico in più. Il personale dovrebbe essere un po’ più cortese.
- Paolo (7/5): Soggiorno a Campitello - Posizione, arredi, dimensione camera, centro benessere. Colazione non adeguata ad un quattro stelle per qualità, quantità ed assortimento. Superficialità del servizio: sono dovuto intervenire personalmente per far presente che non é ammissibile permettere a dei clienti di fumare nell’area breakfast. Dimenticanza quotidiana nel corretto approvvigionamento di asciugamani in camera.
