• John (7/5): 2 days in a basic Motel in great location - In town for a Life Celebration nearby and this location was excellent. It is your basic Motel from the 50's but nothing wrong with that! Comfortable bed. odd collection of furniture. In-room Iron and Ironing Board. Good shower. Clean bathroom. Mix of toiletries. Wonderful little town to visit. One family member had issues in a neighboring room with noisy heating (and fighting neighbors not the fault of the Motel; our room was OK with in-wall reverse cycle heating/cooling which varied from quiet to noisier but tolerable. The nearby fast train affected my wife but I was OK.

Cozy rooms with quilts, a couch, kitchen area, even a closet — and the grounds are beautiful. Super friendly service and extremely affordable. Honestly, I could probably live here and be content. Definitely my favorite hotel of this vacation so far. ⭐️ 10/10

• Mariah (8/5): Cute and convenient for a quiet beach getaway! - Loved the beautiful flowers on the property, especially the multitude of sunflowers along the roadside! Our room was fine for a brief girl's getaway- mini fridge, microwave, and tv. Glad to have toothpaste provided as well! Close proximity to the town center and the beach, and directly across from the police station. Staff was pleasant, accommodating our request to park a trailer for the night. A bit of wear and tear, most notably one of our windows which did not stay shut (old wooden sash windows). The bed was a bit firm, but ok.
• Abdel (8/5): Ok - Great Motel, great staff, safe area, and super-clean room. However, there is one thing that would prevent me from going back, the shower. The water pressure was weak and the temperature kept fluctuating as I was taking my shower. One time it was freezing cold and the other time it was burning hot (it was miserable and unsafe). In order for this Motel to get a 10/Excellent and for me to come back, the shower situation needs to definitely be fixed. I was in room #8. Shower.

Staff was cheery and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, good shower pressure and nothing looked to be under renovation at all. We went to the beach early, checked in when we got crispy and had to leave, and were up and raring to go for the next day. 10 min drive from the park. There was nothing negative about the experience.

We appreciated being able to book a large room that could accommodate our whole family (2 adults, 2 kids). We found the room to be neat and clean and the beds comfortable. In our large room there was even a seating area for those who wanted to watch TV. The only thing we would change would be the pillows--they were a little too firm.
