Guest Reviews
- Paul (8/5): - Sam is amazing! Super nice, friendly , prompt and ready help! Will point you towards anything you might need in the are
- ben (6/5): - You could tell the room was not vacuumed in awhile.
- Anita (8/5): - Nice
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We did not stay in the hotel. There was live bugs crawling on the bed and dead ones in the bathroom
- Kevin (10/5): - The building needs a makeover. The room was very clean and comfortable. The choice of paint color needs to be updated but overall was very happy with the accomodation. The staff were very helpful.
- Michael (2/5): - Went to check in was told the water was off to the whole property. While stuff like that happens, I’m more irritated that I made a reservation in the morning and wasn’t told this until the being when I tried to check in. Guess what happened when I tried to check into other places? They were all booked because it was already so late in the day.
- Barb (10/5): - Convenient
- Deborah (4/5): Disappointed - i was disappointed with the room. There were 2 scrapes on the wall and a long scratch on the wall. There was a pair of black socks on the floor by the table. The desk by the bed had not been clean. the bathroom was not clean.
- Barbara (2/5): - Run down
- Andrew (2/5): - Although the manager was trying to make a go of this property it was grossly misrepresented on the site.
- Anne (2/5): The worst hotel I've stayed in my life - There was no WIFI to connect to. I called the manager spoke to Kay, she gave us the password, but still unable to get in. I will never stay @ this cheapo hotel or use Hotels.com again. I'm an MD, i have to have WIFI, I need my money back! Kay was so rude to me when i checked in late @ night, she was so impatient! There was no other better hotel available due to many graduations in Oklahoma City, OK. Otherwise i would've stayed @ a Marriot, Holiday Inn, or some hotel with WIFI & better swrvice. Kay was extremely rude, impolite, without any professionalism.
- Jolie M (2/5): - Quiet Area
Facility is nasty.
- Patricia (2/5): - This place was very run down and the room wasn't clean. When you pull the sheets back and there were spots on the sheets. The room smelled of smoke when I had a non smoking room. The TV didn't work. The trash was over flowing. I did not stay in the room.
- evan (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - This place is a disaster. Anyone who wrote a positive review was not a real
Guest. Disgusting room. Words cannot even describe the love of gross. Tv didn’t work. I chose not to shower because I was scared. Lock to the room didn’t work. Room had an unfinished renovation. This was beyond repair and would never ever ever stay here again.
- Beth (4/5): Only in a pinch. - Room was shabby, furniture super rundown and in disrepair. Holes and bad pain on walls, tv was shady. Water temp in shower was excess in both ends. Floor wasn’t clean. There was only one lock on the door, no safety lock.
- Patricia (10/5): The price is right with friendly staff. - Nothing fancy, but comfortable, great rate and close to our venue!
- Julie (8/5): Great service - I got what I paid for, a no frills hotel. It's outdated could use some TLC. The check in was great. The heat worked, shower was great!
Overall it was a nice stay!!
- Marilyn (6/5): - needs upgraded
- GORDON (8/5): - The staff was very friendly
- Marilyn (6/5): - the property is outdated
- Verified traveler (8/5): You get what you pay for. - The hotel is rather outdated, but decent for the price. Tv worked, bathroom worked, clean sheets. You get what you pay for.
- Katelyn (10/5): Great hotel & people. Just needs some physical TLC - Everything was grand and quiet peaceful the walls were super thin you could hear a fart in the next term but all in all it was very quiet very respectful and very awesome staff and owners owners only thing I will complain about as just the ceiling falling in the morning we left.
- Thomas (8/5): - Clean, fairly quiet, convenient location.
- Christian (6/5): - Clean and inexpensive
- Verified traveler (2/5): - ..
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It's a room, plan on making your own coffee. Area is quiet, no issues with security but watch your back. AC very loud but also very cold so can't complain... you get what you pay for.
- Steve (6/5): - It had all of our basic needs met. No frills no deals type of stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Fine for the price - It's not in the greatest condition, but it's fine for the price. Close to several attractions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing rest spot - Very quiet and very clean and helpful staff😍
- Waymore (6/5): - Manager was nice decent rooms, pretty quiet. Just be careful this is real close to very dangerous areas and there was possible prostitution and drug dealing going on from a few rooms
- Robert (8/5): - Pretty straight forward. It was cheap and the bed was comfortable. Not a lot of frills, but I didn't need any. Had TV and a shower that's all I wanted. It was quite and I had no problems.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Its ok - You get what you pay for. Its quiet clean tvs are old need newer ones other then that it its ok here.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The room is clean. Easy check in and check out. Its quiet. The people are always nice that check you in or out. Its good room for the price.
- Heather (10/5): Thank you - Amazing!! Loved every second!! Staff super friendly!!
- Debora (6/5): A Fifty dollar stay - The rooms are a bit dated to say the least. The lobby is constantly locked. The rooms on the first floor are better kept then the second floor, which have a smell to them. Scorch marks in the carpet, yellowed appliances and fixtures when there was one, and in one of our rooms the ac didn’t work. We changed to the first floor and it was a bit better and cleaner. But you really get what you pay for. It was very convenient to the venue we needed. The best part of our stay was the restaurant next door.
- Leah (4/5): - On arrival they didn’t have me in the system that I had a reservation. I had called the day before and the lady told me there were 2 queens n when we got there they were doubles. There was no continental breakfast and not even coffee.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - durty, ugly, gross. i do not recommend this property to anyone.
- laura (8/5): - Nice people
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Friendly, don't have to wait for any services, but towels were dirty soaps were very small. But for the price it was satisfactory.
- Kelly (8/5): Worth what you pay - The room was very comfortable. It could have used a little more detail to cleaning and the chair was stained and had a big tear in it. The owners were very friendly. For the money I would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Close to the event I was attending - Thank god I brought my own sheets. Comforter was dirty, room stunk, sheets were stained
- Sarah (6/5): Practically next door to the Cowboy Museum - I chose this motel because it was right next door to the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. Convenient, has laundry facilities, however it was quite sketchy for a single woman. The manager was very nice and helpful.
- Justin (6/5): Great location, but falling apart. - Perfect location, very basic and budget level hotel. Place looks really rough and is in pretty bad condition.
- Lucas (4/5): Park Hill Inn - Non-smoking room smelled like heavy smokers stayed there OFTEN. Cheap place to stay but needs improvements to stay in business.
- Diana (6/5): Disappointed in Oklahoma City - The room had a very musty odor. The H/C system was hard to regulate. There was no coffee pot in the room and the coffee in the lobby was nearly clear water. All in all, this hotel was a disappointment.
- Harry (6/5): Workable - Convenient location, next to Cowboy Museum, easy access downtown as well as major highways.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - A former Ho Jo. While clean it is run down and in need of updating.
- Stella (10/5): nice hotel near ball park - very good, staff was above average needed a later check out time and they were very accommodating
