Guest Reviews
- Charles (6/5): - Not the worst hotel but not the best by far, room was outdated but did the job. Room gets super hot without the air con on. Location is great though
- Leonard (10/5): - All good
- Leonardo (10/5): - This stay was a really great place. Close to everything. My favorite part was the staff. Super friendly and very helpful.
- Anthony (10/5): - Good hotel by ko PhiPhi standards
- PAUL (10/5): - Very nice hotel with very friendly staff restaurants have a sea view. Nice swimming pool
- Adam (10/5): - Nice property and great staff.
- Arab (2/5): - Terrible experience
- John (10/5): - Just a Wonderful central Complex with Wonderful team of people
Great location so close to Tonsai Pier
- Nezar (6/5): - Not as expected, i ve seen better and cheaper in the same island
- Bruna (8/5): - It is ok for the price and location. Breakfast very simple. Staff not really patience. Property needs maintenance.
- Pedro (10/5): Great service and great location. - Friendly staff, great service. Close to the pier and all the sites.
- Karen (2/5): - I liked the pool
- JOAQUIN (6/5): - Hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Un hotel muy viejo.
- brigitteg940 (8/5): Nice little stay close to pier - We stayed here as a 1 night base for visits to neighbouring island tours. Rooms were clean but a little tired, when you leave the room to ensure its locked press the lock first on the inside or it dosent lock. Pool area lovely but only a few beds. Reception staff were so lovely and friendly . Great location and it was quiet to be honest
- Harry (2/5): Avoid - Room was dirty, stains on pillows and duvet cover. Bathroom sink was blocked with hair and grime, mould all over the bathroom. Bugs constantly in the room, got bitten really bad overnight and woke up with new bites every morning
- Shawn (4/5): - We only stayed here 1 night before deciding to go to another hotel.
The pros:
The location is good
The staff were friendly and polite
The gym was good
The cons:
The hotel is in need of a lot of TLC
The rooms are dated, the doors don’t seal which allows mosquitoes and other bugs in
We had ants all over our room
The bed was like a rock
The pillows felt like they were plywood with a bit of foam on either side
The walls are paper thin
The breakfast was mediocre
- David (10/5): - Just a very comfortable setting. Really enjoy the location from the dock as well. Very centrally located as well. Great staff, the welcome is always friendly and with smiles.
- ABID SELLAM (8/5): - Great location, quiet place, very nice garden and Japanese trees. Not flexible about the check out. Absolutely have to be at 11am o’clock.
- kimwZ6757GF (8/5): Good budget hotel for short stay - Good for what we paid for 2 nights, a bit tired looking but comfortable, clean and well equipped. Hotel arranged ferry staff to meet us at the pier, they took us and our luggage to and from the hotel. Decent breakfast. Lovely little pool but very few sun loungers. we were happy staying 2 nights, I recommend for short stays or for travellers on a tight budget
- Joseph (4/5): - Disappointed for the cost. Thought I’d treat myself to something nice, and instead got a room with broken air conditioning the first night. They were able to move me for the last two. Wifi was terrible for the work I needed to get done while I was there. I had to email a central place to have my issues addresses and never got a response from them as I had requested several times. They left it to the powerless front desk to deal with my frustration. Would recommend a different place in Phi Phi for lower cost. Not worth the splurge.
- Joseph (6/5): - The rooms are old and rundown, in need of an upgraded badly, the lady at check-in was very rude and had a bad attitude, they ask us to leave our keys at the desk when we leave our room, allowing our rooms to warm up a lot than when we come back. It’s prairie warm in the room andi it’s hard to get comfortable in the warm room..
- timothy (10/5): - loved it..for a cheap resort it was great and its location is amazing
- joseph (10/5): - Beautiful hotel
- 780rezad (4/5): The location was great, but there was a bad smell and the breakfast was weak - "I stayed at Banyan Villa Phi Phi قand unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The rooms were old and noisy, with the curtains being outdated. The bathroom needed repairs, and the rooms on the upper floors had a strong fishy smell coming from outside. However, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, but the breakfast was disappointing. There were only a few options to choose from. I hope they improve these aspects for future guests
- mavis taylor (8/5): - The gym was great and the location is ideal. It’s still quiet at night while being minutes to down town Phi Phi.
Breakfast was mediocre at best and the toilet barely flushed and shower drain super slow. Otherwise we loved it. The staff were wonderful. It’s clean and safe and very pretty even if it is a little dated. Enjoy!
- Jonathan (6/5): - Not many pool chairs. Only 6 for the entire hotel. But decent stay no complaints
- David (10/5): - Great spot, easy access from ferry boat dock. Very decent breakfast as well, with an even better view. Pool was very peacefyul and beautiful with almost outside noises from around the property.
Highly recommended, and we will definitely be staying again.
- FarAway58369773964 (6/5): Shame the beds are rock hard - Hotel is in good location, but beds are rock hard, 1st 2 nights I slept great as I was drunk as a skunk, 3rd night could not sleep.
Hotel staff are very friendly,
Free breakfast not for me as I’m English. Sausage and bacon not editable, but I managed on toast and omelettes as they would cook them there for you.
Overall average hotel
- Christine (8/5): Exactly like pictures. - Attentive staff. Requested room move due to drain smell. No issues and moved with no issues.
Hotel is exactly as shown on the pictures.
Only small issue - not enough sun beds. No shade. 5 large sunbeds for whole hotel. Would benefit from smaller and more sunbeds.
- Marcus (8/5): Hotel review - It was a great location in the heart of the island, so easy to get around for food, drinks, shops and tours.
- Holly (10/5): - Lovely place with great facilities, on the beach. it was a little noisy from drunk hotel guests or the street, which woke us up once or twice- but mostly very peaceful and nice.
- Brian (8/5): Would stay again! - Great location, good staff, great breakfast , attractive grounds
Pool not great….6 lounges, dirty tiles
Thin walls….noisy neighbours
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Not sure what goes on here regarding towels going missing on checkout as other people have had simular problems to us. I would take photos of towels every day after / if room has been serviced. Perhaps they havent been offering enough red fanta to the spirit house or Ban Yan tree. On checkin we had 2 bath towels and one hand towel, on checkout we left two bath towels and one hand towel. On checkout they said missing hand towel 350 bhat, after asking them to double check a couple of times the issue seemed to go away. Luckily we were not in a rush to catch the ferry
- Tayla (8/5): lovely hotel - the hotel was perfectly located with the pier a 3 minute walk, lots of bar and restaurants surrounding and breakfast overlooking the beach. the rooms were spacious and clean, not modern but it’s still lovely. aircon can’t stay on as you have to hand the key in so room can sometimes get hot for the initial first few mins but wouldn’t put me off staying there again
- Andrew (8/5): - It was allrite
- Antonald (8/5): - Good place to stay.
- BoroboyonTour (8/5): Good place to stay - Room 310
Stayed here before know what u are getting
Big room beds ok
Lovely balcony looking over pool
Staff all helpful
Great breakfast with great view out to sea lovely to look at
Location good here , easy to find
Good place for two night stay on phi phi
Worth a visit
- Allison (10/5): - Incredible location close to everything! Lovely breakfast overlooking the beautiful bay. Our rooms overlooked the pool and were clean and had everything we needed. Front desk staff were so kind and sweet. They offered a key service to leave your key there when you step out which was great.
- K M Rizwanur (10/5): - Good
- Aurel (8/5): - Beautiful rooms & scenery ! Very close to popular areas of phi phi
- ADON (6/5): - staff are very friendly and helpful. location is good but everything else is not the best. There is mold smell inside the room. sewage smell in some areas of the hotel. room condition is very old
- Hikma (2/5): - It’s a run down old property, very dirty bathroom and towels. Unsafe as well
- Cesar (8/5): - This hotel is amazing! very convenient from everything, in the beginning when we first got there, the door would not locked, but the management took immediate action and put us into another room, we felt a lot safer, not that there is danger there because they have security all night, besides that, I recommend this hotel
- Charlotte (2/5): Watch out, staff accuses guests of stealing! - Staff were rude at check in and check out. They accused us of stealing towels and a teaspoon upon check out, so rude. Charged 30 bath for a really bad quality teaspoon. Bathroom was not cleaned 3 out of 5 nights.
- Heather (10/5): - Lovely place to stay, great location
- Verified traveler (6/5): Wouldn't recommend - Super uncomfortable bed. Rust on the mirror and shower. Really really dated rooms. Pool was ok but only 5 or 6 sunbeds for the whole hotel. Good location.
- Joshua (6/5): - They have a mosquito problem in the rooms which could be combated and the room itself is quite outdated, but ok for a couple of days stay.
- Riley (8/5): - This hotel is located in a really good spot. We were worried that there’d be a lot of noise at night preventing us from sleeping but it was actually quiet inside. They also let us check in earlier which was very handy.
- Brian (10/5): - Very helpful and great amenities, including a full gym.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect location - Perfect location, great service & lovely hotel. Great variety for breakfast too. Only downside is that due to the wooden structure of the hotel it’s very noisy at night you can hear people walking around and closing doors etc
- Lucy (8/5): - Good
- Ian (8/5): -
Great location although pool was small with limited sunbeds to sit on
- Stephen (8/5): - Breakfast is barely average, the bed is very very hard, and we like a firm mattress. Misquitoes in the room and the air conditioner was difficult to control, especially since the power is removed every time you leave, it would take hours to cool the room off.
- Hamid (2/5): Horrible , A fuir absolument - Nous avions réservé cet hotel pour 5 jours nous avons fuis
au bout de 3 bout
chambre sentant le moisi , l'extra bed sentant le pipi .
La cheffe de la réception antipatique .
Bref très mauvaise expérience
- brian (6/5): Great location but slightly disappointing hotel - Hotel location was excellent but the photos gave the impression it was more modern whereas it was in fact quite basic and old fashioned. I believe the hotel has all the makings of a superb place to stay but is in need to a refurb to modernize it sufficiently to meet a four star standard. Staff however were friendly and the location made up for any of our minor disappointments
- Valerie (10/5): - Shad I think the luggage assistant name is? what a beautiful human being and is assist to the hotel what a kind human being. All the staff are friendly and professional the hotel is in an excellent location 2 min walk from the pier with the 7eleven right on your door step. There are stalls and restaurants straight in front of the hotel great place to stay thanks for having us
- arindamsen_83 (2/5): AVOID PHI PHI BANYAN VILLA – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN THAILAND - Our two-night stay at Phi Phi Banyan Villa was an absolute nightmare. Despite being the most expensive hotel of our trip, it offered nothing but disappointment and frustration. Here’s why you should avoid this place at all costs:
1. Rock-Hard Beds – Utter Disregard for Guest Comfort:
The main bed was as hard as a rock, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the extra bed they provided for our child was nothing but a flimsy floor mattress—also rock-hard—and they shamelessly charged 600 Baht/day for it. When we complained and asked for a replacement, the staff arrogantly told us, “This is what we have.” Zero concern for guest comfort.
2. Disgusting Breakfast and Horrible Coffee:
The breakfast was atrocious and borderline inedible. The coffee was an insult to the word “coffee”—it was undrinkable, the worst we’ve ever tasted. We ended up buying coffee from a nearby 7-11 every morning because even convenience store coffee was leagues better than what this hotel served.
3. No Beach Access:
None of the rooms in this hotel have direct beach access. The property is across the road from the beach, and you must cross it to even get there.
4. Constant Noise – Zero Soundproofing:
The rooms are poorly built with absolutely no sound insulation. We were subjected to constant noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. If you value peace and quiet, forget about it here.
5. Rude and Arrogant Staff – No Respect for Guests:
The front desk staff were outright rude and unprofessional. At checkout, they made us wait unnecessarily while they “checked the room,” as if accusing us of stealing. This was insulting and ridiculous. Their attitude was condescending and dismissive throughout our stay.
6. No Assistance – You’re On Your Own:
Despite informing the front desk 30 minutes in advance that we needed help with our luggage to the pier, no one bothered to assist us. We were left to struggle on our own, carrying heavy luggage, and nearly missed our speedboat. The staff clearly don’t care about their guests or their experience.
CONCLUSION:
This was hands down the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at—not just in Thailand, but anywhere. Every aspect of the stay was a disaster: hard beds, terrible food, constant noise, rude staff, and zero professionalism. For the exorbitant price, this hotel delivers nothing but disappointment.
Do yourself a favor: avoid Phi Phi Banyan Villa at all costs and find a better place to stay
- Sumit (6/5): - Rooms are smaller in size in comparison to what is shown in the pictures.
- Alexandra (6/5): - Im not gonna recommend this hotel
- Julie (8/5): - This hotel was right in the middle of everything! Depending on what you like, that can be good or bad. The upside is that the hotel is only a few minutes from the ferry. The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, and including breakfast was a good thing, since it was a buffet with an option for custom eggs / omelettes. The swimming pool was nice, but had limited deck chairs and no real shaded area in the hot sun. You could shop and wander to different beach areas, but I found this location of Phi Phi very packed with people and boats coming in and out of the harbour. While it is a good jumping off point, I would suggest a couple nights in a more remote area of the island where it is not so busy
- cristianiancu2018 (8/5): 12 nights stay - We stayed 12 nights in the hotel, very well located close to the beach and 200 meters away from the best bars and restaurants in Phi Phi Don, easy to access the beaches from both side of the island.
Pros:
- very friendly and helpful reception and cleaning personnel
- perfect location near ferry pear, restaurants, bars, massage saloons, beaches, 7 eleven only 50 meters away.
- nice swimming pool with very limited sun beds
- well maintained garden
Cons:
- a little outdated furniture, need revamp
- insuficient cleaning personnel. Even hard working, they can’t do a thoroughly clean of the room. During our 12 nights stay, the sink and the toilet were cleaned only two times ☹️
- the AC units need to be replaced or repaired as they are noisy
- the balcony needs to be cleaned along with the room, every single day
- Clement (10/5): A charming hotel with a rustic look - The location is awesome 4 mins walks from Tonsai Pier and all the food choices you can think of within 5 mins walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful. But the truth is the property is very dated. Not sure if the banyan room is better but I stay in garden room is quite worn out. It has more tropical rustic look to it. Given that you are on an island that has limited resources and highly humid environment in all these years. I can understand it's really hard to upkeep the property in pristine condition. But I really think the bathroom should be remodel. The breakfast is nice addition but after the first morning, the following 2 I went out to get breakfast myself definitely recommend Mango garden and Patcharee in the neighborhood. If I have time, I would go back to the hotel breakfast for fruit and coffee. It definitely serve the purpose, but I just can't eat that everyday just my personal choice. All and all, it is a very convenient location and doesn't need a lot of walking compare to other accomodations on the island but it is a bit rundown with a wonderful view when you walk out your room.
- Curtis (10/5): - The rooms and the bathroom are in a very big need of upgrades.
Had problems with the toilet and had problems with drainage of the shower
- Jennifer (6/5): - Very good location. Room is quite rundown. Garden and pool are very nice.
- Domingo (6/5): Nice stay. Beware though! - I read a review before I got to stay here that the staff do try to charge you for things that may be “missing” from the room even when they are not. When I checked out, they told me two glasses were missing from my room and I told them I left them in my friends room Nextdoor. They said they “checked” and they didn’t but still wanted to charge me for them. When my friend came to the front desk, they “magically” found the cups.
- Katrina (8/5): Tired but tidy - Fab location 2 mins from ferry and in the quieter side of the at but still lovely
Lovely gardens and pool area but only 6 sun beds so you have a problem about 4pm when everyone comes back from their day out to cool down
However rooms are very tired
And not as clean as first appeared
Patio doors slide to open and the way to secure is a little hook - ok fine but the whole two doors can slide fully either way when locked so you simply slide them together and walk in! Large single beds comfy and good linen on the beds
Water daily and can replace towels: sheets
Kettle didn’t work kept fusing out and cutting off so held the button down
Overall some lovely things about the hotel but also some care needed in rooms to bring them to life again
It had better reviews than many left available and overall nothing prevented us enjoying our stay
- Hangxiang (10/5): - We had amazing stay at Banyan, lovely place and nice facilities. Friendly service and excellent location.
Only bad thing is that in our room there’s no mosquito net door to the balcony
- jake (10/5): - Great stay
- Derek (6/5): - Decent breakfast and rooms, and the property was kept up nicely. Nice gym and location. The price was low and surely worth the $
- 172yarins (8/5): Great hotel nice staff - Really nice hotel in an amazing location, right in the middle of everything!!
The staff were so sweet, took care of us from the minute we arrived with the speed boat until the end of our stay.
The room was nice with everything you need and they provided water and tea for us.
The only thing that bothered us was when we called the reception during the evening when we tried to sleep and the room next to us made a lot of noise and the receptionist ignored our request.
- Gabriel (10/5): - Great place for the island. I highly recommend it. Also loved the pool and the gym.
- Diego (6/5): - A bit dirty and outdated
- SPB309786 (6/5): Three nights on party island - Nice little stop gap for three nights. Room very tidy, little dated but comfortable. Rooms are very close to the hustle and bustle of phi phi streets. Can hear revellers until 4am walking the streets. On holiday so not over bothered. Not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet at night but ideal if you are looking for a central location on phi phi. Breakfast in the morning is excellent and a great view over the bay, quite breathtaking. Overall reasonable priced and would stay again. Staff are super friendly.
- pavel (8/5): - Everything was very good but the smell of sewer…
The island is overcrowded… so sad … ocean was dirty … will never come back
- Robert (6/5): - Tried to check in at 12 they said come back at 2pm for scheduled check in, at 2pm the rooms were not ready. Staff was bothered we were upset that our room were not ready, had to wait hour and half past check in time.
They said they would transport our bags to the boat. Meaning we would pick them up at the boat. later we found out we had to go back to the hotel to retrieve our bags and rush to the boat to make it on time. Very confusing.
No food or drinks by the pool so no bar service, no music. The sitting area was ok but only had 6 loungers and 4 chairs total. We were a family of 4 so must of the time we didnt have chairs for all of us.
Large bulky keys but they will hold them at the front desk so you dont lose them, you just have to ask for them each time you come back.
Breakfast offered was good, omelet station and crispy bacon and toast, few other asian options were offered.
Could was to everything from the hotel, that was a great plus.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Banyan Villa - This was our fourth stay at Banyan Villa and we hold the place close to our hearts. The pros: great location, super friendly staff, large rooms with nice balcony to the garden, good pool, very quite. The cons: very dated. Rooms need a facelift asap. Furniture etc. still a good place to stay in phi phi island !
- Martin (6/5): - Did the job for one night I guess
- MEHRDAD (2/5): - I love going to Phi phi island, have been going there since over 25 years ago, but stay away from Banyan Villa resort. In Thailand most important is the kindness and helpfulness of the people, this resort’s staff have forgotten both these qualities . There are so many good places to stay on Phi phi , don’t ruin your great vacation by staying at Banyan Villa resort .
- J. Eric (6/5): - Like most of the hotels on Phi Phi, the bathrooms suck, the mattress was hard and lumpy, pillows suck, but the food was good, Would highly recommend their restaurant which is right on the beach. It’s a quaint place, for the price It’s OK
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Good location and nice breakfast spot right on the waterfront. Close to the village! Good balcony with pool view!
- david (8/5): - I liked the place .its nearby many shopping and restaurant just right low budgets place. Will go stay again
- Stefano (8/5): - Nice location
- Verified traveler (6/5): Pretty decent hotel - Hotel in general is okay however it’s quite tired and could be cleaner.
The staff have been great, very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is included and pretty good (buffet style).
The pool is pretty nice (decent size and depth) however the water is very chemical-ey.
The gym only opens at 9am and is VERY dirty. The limited equipment that’s there leaves your hands/ legs/ clothes black with dirt. There’s no air conditioning in the gym, just a few large fans some of which don’t work.
Overall, this isn’t a bad hotel for the price and we probably would stay again.
- Sofia (8/5): - Already left one
- AwsumNK (8/5): Relaxed Retreat at Phi Phi Banyan Villa - The Phi Phi Banyan Villa Hotel is in a great location. It’s right next to the beach, and you can easily get to shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was comfortable and looked out onto a well-kept garden.
The staff working at the front desk were really nice and welcoming. The swimming pool isn’t big, but it’s clean. The breakfast was just okay and could have had more variety. They didn’t have a coffee machine.
Overall, we had a nice time at the hotel. It’s a good place to relax and enjoy your holiday
- Mary (10/5): - Very centrally located with lots of things to do. Hotel was quiet and a nice place to relax or get to a longboat to view the other islands. Less than 5 minutes from the pier.
- 864mohameds (2/5): Don’t pay 1 dollar in this hotel - Dirty
Air conditioning is terrible and outdated
Rooms outdated
No hotel manager
No solving guest problems
All this and we just arrive to the hotel from 1 hour so what will happen in the rest of our stay
Nobody put 1 dollar in this garbage
It’s a scam
With the photos on booking and agoda
Which taken from the moment they open the hotel
- IDAN (6/5): - The hotel is ok. But some issues: bed not comfortable- very very hard include the pillow. The room a little dated.. the hotel very secure and you fill very safe. Need approve with the hotel stuff.
- Pamela (6/5): - Property is dated. Plumbing not optimal, many mosquitoes in rooms. Breakfast ok. But great location minutes from ferry and mostly clean (give or take), would stay again.
- herot437 (2/5): No reservation but this hotel still took the money! - Supposedly had a booking but they told me I didn’t and then still charged me!
I booked a last minute room and didn’t get a confirmation
The receptionist at the hotel I was at called and Banyan Phi Phi said I had no booking.
I also went into the hotel and they said there was no booking and hotel was full.
I spoke to my credit card company and they reversed the charge - I’ve now been recharged 3 months later.
No one is answering my emails at the hotel to discuss this!
- Jeffrey (10/5): - We’ve stayed here on two other occasions and will probably stay again. The only issue was there wasn’t any hot water for our shower.
Location is great. Breakfast is good.
- r2thebizel (6/5): Banyan Villas: Fine for Short Stay - Rooms are tired but fit for purpose. The mattress may be a little hard but can be typical for Asia. AC is not that effective but does the job. It’s a great location and is fine for a few days with some beautifully crafted gardens. The gym has no AC but is very large and well equipped.
- Adrian (2/5): Checkin staff was RUDE! - Girl who checked us in was rude and extremely unwelcoming. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.
- NICHOLAS (10/5): - Perfect hotel for visiting PhiPhi
- Natalie (10/5): - Location is perfect, breakfast is with a view every morning. Staff were friendly and always available. This was a lovely stay and we didnt want to leave!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting room- blood stained bedding - avoid - This really is an awful hotel which should be avoided. A small dirt room with blood stained bedding. When I explained to receptionist she called housekeeping who said it’s impossible, as she personally checks all rooms. Took house cleaner to room to show her blood stains and she admits bedding is marked and said will change…. Bed mattress was also stained with blood and other marks. Hotel unable to change filthy mattress. Toilet leaked and smells. Shower cold and drains overflow. Awful- checked out early. Refund was refused but would rather lose my money than stay here.
- midnight-moon (8/5): What I’d expect - Having read the reviews we had very low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Yes it’s old, yes there’s noise, yes it’s a little rough round the edges, but it’s on level with what I’d expect for the price in Thailand.
Pos - Air con was cold and so was the fridge so big bonus. Good location, kettle in room, beach towels,
Neg- Rock solid bed, shower drain not so good, noise from kitchen from another building, breakfast JUST about ok,
No problems with staff at all
- 508alisonc (2/5): Avoid… blood stained bedding and stinking room. Staff attitude also lacks professionalism. - This was probably the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. There is one positive-It is in a good location. The rest Is a nightmare and we only stayed one night … losing money for a pre paid room, but at least salvaging our holiday. The room was filthy ! The mattress cover had a dried blood stain. The filthy shower did not drain, the toilet leaked and smells and the rest of the room was dated. Photos are pretty deceiving too! We expected a decent pool area… there are only 7 sun loungers!!! When I explained why I was checking out early the staff said that
Housekeeping checks the room so bedding couldn’t be stained. So basically called me a liar! Head housekeeper accompanied me to the room so I could ‘prove’ my point. She shrugged her shoulders and said ‘well I missed that’ still no apology! I asked to speak with the manager but told she was in Bkk. I asked to speak with a supervisor but told there isn’t one. An apology would have helped but that certainly wasn’t offered. Disgusting room and service!
- Joan (10/5): - Very comfortable place close to everything. Excellent staff, and a nice quiet pool area.
