Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelde ik mij zeer welkom. Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk, professioneel en altijd bereid om te helpen, wat direct bijdraagt aan een ontspannen en aangename sfeer. De kamers zijn stijlvol ingericht, modern en zeer schoon. Het comfort is hoog: een prettig bed, goede geluidsisolatie en alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloos verblijf. Ook de badkamer was ruim en goed onderhouden, wat voor mij altijd een belangrijk pluspunt is. Daarnaast is de ligging van het hotel erg gunstig. Het biedt een goede balans tussen rust en bereikbaarheid, waardoor zowel het centrum van Bakoe als andere belangrijke locaties eenvoudig te bereiken zijn. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en van goede kwaliteit, met verse producten en voldoende keuze. Kortom, Teatro Boutique Hotel biedt een uitstekende combinatie van comfort, service en sfeer. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die Bakoe bezoekt en op zoek is naar een stijlvol en prettig verblijf. Ik zou hier zonder twijfel opnieuw reserveren. Alles was geweldig

Останавливаюсь тут, т.к. неподалёку находится офис партнёров и делаю это уже на протяжении 5-ти лет. Достаточно комфортабельные номера. Отель реально подустал. Требует ремонта сантехника и интерьер. В отделке номеров используется ткань и из-за того, что в номерах курят, там постоянно воняет прокуркой.

- imran0702 (2/5): One of the worst experiences ever - One of the worst hotels ever. My stay was absolutely terrible. We had booked 4 rooms, the hotel was kind of enough to provide us with 2 rooms before the check in time, however when it came to giving us our remaining 2 rooms, we got them much after the check in time (half n hour late). Day 2, breakfast was ok, we went out and came back in the evening, our rooms were all clean. However upon return, my sister found that her makeup box was open and a lipstick was missing, we immediately complained and were told that action will be taken Day 3, we go for breakfast by 10 (which by the way is from 8-10:30) and there are empty dishes They did not even bother to replenish the dishes that got over, simply shrugged and said “it’s over”. We come back at night by 10, and our rooms haven’t been made. Towels were not changed, water wasn’t provided, NOTHING. Had to call the receptionist and he sent water bottle. Interestingly, as soon as he gave me water at around 10:30 PM, he calls and tells me to clear the airport pickup bill immediately (at that very moment). I told him that i will do it at the time of check out, I’m still there for 2 more days, but he didn’t listen and insisted that the airport pick up bill be cleared at 10:30 PM Day 4, once again we arrive for breakfast and once again the dishes are empty, and absolutely zero response from the staff. Day 5, we check out and as luck would have it, again no breakfast because the food got over, the coffee machine wasn’t working and the toaster was also not working. Over all, very rude staff, horrible room, not clean, very bad condition of the bathroom, lipstick issue didn’t get resolved. My bad luck that I had already paid in advance for the five days otherwise I would have checked out on day 2. Even the toiletries were not provided. Shampoo and soap got over by day 3, they didn’t bother to provide new ones. They didn’t replenish the tea bags and sugar kits My advice to fellow traveler’s, DON’T go by the star rating, this hotel deserves 1 or maybe no star rating at all, please don’t stay here or if you do then at your own risk. They don’t understand the concept of boutique hotel. I cannot emphasise on the staff being rude aspect because it was really really really very bad.

If you don’t get a parking in front of the hotel and you park somewhere adjacent to the hotel. You might get a parking fine. I got a parking fine as I parked right opposite of the hotel.

But the hotel was so dull and dark rooms were not so clean and it was giving horror vibes. Overall experience was not good

- hibafarah990 (6/5): 11 days - 1- they don’t offer clothes iron for your room you have to go to the basement the iron your clothes which was Funny to me like how do you call your self a 4 star hotel and you do things 2 star hotel do ?! 2- we arrived 6 am and literally the room was given to us and not cleaned after the ppl before us , they offered us a better room because we requested a refund. 3-there is no AC they keep it on heat mood and to make it worse you can not change it some days where really hot like 28 or 29 we where dying and if you open window mosquito is driving you crazy all night if it’s raining. 4- far away from city center. 5- there is bank literally next to the hotel you can do exchange as they charge you 5 manat if you exchange from them. overall was not bad but don’t have high expectations for what you usually get for 4 starts in another place.

- Raili (8/5): Short break in Baku - My short break (3 days) in Baku was a spur of the moment thing and I really didn't know what to expect. Turns out Baku is the ideal city break, near enough so no time is wasted in long flights or jet lag. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. My room was large and the bathroom luxurious. The only drawback is that the hotel is not in city centre - but I soon realised that is not necessarily a bad thing for taxis are plentiful and - as long as you remember to agree on price beforehand - very reasonably priced. I had one meal in the hotel restaurant and it was a good introduction to Azeri cuisine, very enjoyable.

Our bathroom was all broken and unhygienic. The bathroom floor looked dirty and the the toilet seat was broken, the shower had a mind of its own and would switch between hot and cold by itself. I booked a double room and got a twin room with the beds attached and one single duvet. Morning i found myself in the floor slid through the middle of the bed. The breakfast didn't have really anything. The staffs were rude and was disrespectful, we had to wait for 5 mins at the reception desk until the guy hung up his call in his mobile. I booked this place looking at the star and the accessibility to the airport as it was our last day in Azerbaijan and the we were coming back from Baku. Definitely does not recommend this place.
- RoboboyDubai (8/5): Cosy hotel - The hotel is in quiet surroundings. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was done everyday. The reception desk was friendly and helpful, conversant in English. It is not a 4 star hotel as advertised while booking with an airline site. The room rates were quite cheap. Our room was also quite spacious. Breakfast was not that great, passable. Didn't use any other amenities One issue I faced was that I had requested for airport transfer by email before I left and the hotel had confirmed that they would arrange for a car. However on arrival there was no one to receive us. I had to take a cab from the airport but that turned out to be good as the fare was half of what the hotel was asking. I would recommend the hotel to travelers with families who wouldn't spend a lot of time in the hotel itself

- 29nayabs (6/5): It was terrible - There were some drinks kept in the refrigerator , we did'nt even touched them but the reception complaind usnin the last day by sating we drank them. I de never lived in this hotel again. 😠😠😠 This hotel stinks
- 247saadh (4/5): Worst hotel I have ever stayed in - This is not a 4 star hotel. Heck it may just qualify as a 2 star. Stayed here for 6 nights. Had already paid so couldn’t check out. First night room was small and difficult to move around in. There was a huge structural pillar in the room that you had to move around to get to the seating area. Luckily they moved us to a bigger room the next day and we thought all will be well. The fridge in the room was virtually like a decoration box. Did not work. The bathroom had hot and cold water that came and went at its own will. There was a power outage in the country while we were there. Though the hotel had backup generators, the ac would switch off every time there was a power cycle. This happened mostly at night and I would get up from my sleep because it was so hot to turn it on. This was a regular nightly feature so you can imagine how much sleep I got. Their floor power circuit board would regularly trip as well. You could also hear what was happening in the room next door. One can well imagine what you’d hear at night when people would come back from clubs in the early hours and not in their senses. The area from the lift to the rooms are poorly lit and it gives a shady feel to the whole place. Beware, this is not a family hotel and there is nothing boutique about it. They also claimed to have a masseuse who was only available after 10pm. What the hell!!! Also the first room we stayed in smelled of cigarette or Sheesha smoke and the bathroom stank. We did not have breakfast here but the buffet lunch was below par at best. Do not stay in this hotel. You’re better off elsewhere.

The confirmation availability has received but on our arrival we have informed by front desk that s fully booked and they will transfer us to another hotel its name ( TEATRO ROOMS HOTEL- BAKU CITY ) that was really disappointment. 2nd : The transferred hotel charged us for the Break dast while the main booking has done with breakfast but the front desk insist that if we will get break fast it has to be paid. . 3rd : The TEATRO ROOMS HOTEL was isolated from down town in a way hardly to get a taxi. 4th : Dinning : The Juice Jar at breakfast time was exposed to flies and not willing to drink juice .. 5th : There werecsome staff who was gay ( not straight ). 6th : The room was smalll in TEATRO ROOMS HOTEL .. 7th : The hotel has no swimming pool 8th : The front desk disappointed us by simply saying no room available and u will transfered to another hotel its name ( TEATRO ROOMS HOTEL ) without provide reasonable reason . 9: TEATRO ROOMS HOEL doesnt include tools in the washroom 10 : Staff was friendly and supportive. 11 :: It was clean but small room.
- Mhnd (8/5): Good but not great - It was my second visit to Baku, and I were looking for a good hotel with average price per night. By luck I found a good deal on one of websites, and made my mind based on photos and reviews of previous visitors. Teatro is Located in a very calm place in Baku, 15 minutes away from shopping area and 30 minutes from airport. There is a hospital next to it, and there is an ATM machine outside hotel. Rooms are not as spacious as middle east standard for 4 stars hotel, but not small as well. It is nicely decorated. It is very quite and doesn't have a good view. Bathroom is clean but little bit small, and has average shower. Services at hotel is very questionable and doesn't match the standards, not bad and not fast as well. For example I have ordered ice, and they asked me to pay for it. This was my 1st time to be asked such a thing in a 4 stars hotel, but I agreed to pay because I thought maybe this is the way it is in their country. Positive point is stuff, they were friendly and helpful, but their English was weak. One negative point I saw is the cleaning service which is provided in daily bases is not very adequate, as we found dust in some areas, and when we asked for re cleaning, again there was some areas were not cleaned properly. Our overall experience was good, but could've been better if room was bigger, and bathroom had a bathtub, plus there should be free shuttles to malls or city center.
- hotwinterseason (10/5): Cozy and quite area - The location is not in downtown, but there is no problem. You can use Uber Taxi at any time, then yo can go to down town with only 3 dolloars. Food types are limited, but it's good compared to price. Hotel employess was so kind. Especially this hotel has good restaurant in the top floor.
- JimandJane123 (2/5): Hot, noisy and shabby - We booked a room for 3 nights during the F1 but checked out after only 1 night. The air conditioning in the whole hotel was broken, the wifi in the bedroom didn't work, the curtains didn't close, it smelled of stale cigarettes, the loo brush was disgusting and the venue was miles outside of town. The staff were friendly enough but did nothing to help as the hotel was full. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
- 74seyedk (6/5): 6 days stay at this hotel - Weaknesses: 1-The WiFi speed is average. 2- When you take a shower sometimes the water is cold and sometimes is hot. 3-You can feel a mild and sometimes a little strong sewage smell near the elevator in the ground floor and in room's bathroom. 4- The faucet for the toilet in my room did not have a screw so it dropped several times. 5- Blanket is not very good, it could be a little more massive, heavier or bigger 6- Breakfast price is too expensive (7 euro per person) while you can have a business lounge in nearby for 5 manats (local currency) which was approximately half a US Dollar. 7- The vehicles stop just in front of entrance so getting in and out is difficult. 8- If you like to have 2 entrance key for your room you have to pay 10 extra manats which is not good. 9- In the mornings the street is too crowded and in the lack of a police and double parked vehicles there is always a traffic jam in the morning pick. 10- There was a medium size mirror in other rooms while there was not in my room. Strength 1- It was safe and I did not loose anything. 2- The safe-box is safe. 3- Air condition works good and you can manage room temperature. 4- There is no dawdling for check in and check out. 5- the reception is professional and helpful. 6- Room service is good. 7- The wardrobe was spacious and good.
