• MAN-WEI (8/5): - 住宿區真的有很多猴子，成群的猴子會上下爬行於外面的窗戶，旅館都有警告標示特別提醒，非常貼心，可千萬不要打開窗戶。 有南谷生態導覽解說，全程兩小時，免費，但是要步行，希望可以多增設導覽的時間和地點，一天只有早上（8:30）跟下午（14:30）2場。

• WEN LUNG (10/5): 舒適又愉快的一天 - 期待許久的武陵行 在富野度假村的一天最讓人感動。下午抵達渡假村 先認識環境 三溫暖後 輕鬆地晚餐 餐後還有餘興節目，接下來的 觀星解說和戶外觀星 不只是讓我們回到從前 也增加天文知識。第二天早 還可以到附近步道走走或登山，吸收芬多精，運動又健康。 在這裡你可以找到自然環境 人類該如何和大自然相處。武陵富野度假村 值得再回來‧

• Wen-Ta (8/5): simple in-park hotel - One of the only two hotels within the national park. Although facilities slightly outdated and a moldy smell of carlets in the room, the amenities are simple and all functional. The main attraction is to be able to walj and enjoy the park in the morning before visitors flock in.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 飯店設施老舊 但員工服務熱情加分不少的住宿經驗 - 目的是跟家人一起到武陵農場賞楓，飯店設施老舊原本就網路查資料知道，附近也沒更好的飯店可選，沒什麼好抱怨。床鋪很好睡、備品毛巾床單意外很新，要自備牙膏牙刷。 入住經驗不錯，訂房要求的二間房安排隔壁靠電梯、大床房後來改成二張床、以及用餐的特別安排，都細心在入住前已安排好。特別感謝餐飲部李聖慧經理！超乎期待的貼心服務，提升全家人住宿期間對飯店的好感度大增。

• COOKIE (8/5): - 設施比較舊, 要更新一下 另外SPA 池兒童池那邊風大太, 會冷到小朋友 早餐,晚餐選擇很少,人又多, 沒東西又不補
• TZU-YING (10/5): 值得推薦的住宿 - 很棒的地方。 餐廳食物也很好吃。 服務人員親切，房間乾淨。 不過，冬天房內暖氣，建議可以再把標準放寬點，希望可以提早開放，因為晚間房間在沒有暖氣的時候，還蠻冷的。 這次入住，可能是靠山邊，晚上還蠻冷的，大約近10點才有房間冷氣。
• CHEN-YU (2/5): 無言⋯ - 進入第一間房間裏的時候還要上一位住房客人的遺留物，所以加價換房間。第二間房間門擋壞的，浴室門無法上鎖⋯國家公園其他的可能更好！
• MENG-SHU (8/5): - 到達時櫃台服務人員說我沒有訂房，我拿信箱訂房成功的訊息給他看，態度極差，一直說沒有我的訂房記錄，我本身也是做服務業的，只是覺得怎麼會有這樣的服務人員，感覺真差勁，如果你今天心情不好就請假不要上班，不要讓客人開心出遊確搞的心情不好

• An Jim (8/5): Great location for Wuling Hill. - Great location for touring of Wuling Hill. Weather on the hill can vary so be sure to arrive before 12:00 pm so that get higher chance to see all beauties around. The concert was awesome on-site, I tried to record but it sounds a lot different when I listen again at home. Unfortunately we see no stars for the planetarium guide. Gives us a good reason for next visit.

• WEIYI (4/5): 5天4夜，服務人員糟透了的住宿經驗！ - 我們此次住5天4夜，但飯店卻讓我們帶著不好的回憶離開。 飯店房務人員(協助我們行李進房)及清潔人員非常好，值得鼓勵。除他們以外，包括櫃檯人員丶餐廳人員丶Spa館人員，服務態度實在很需要改善。對待顧客服務很漫不經心，內缐電話詢問櫃檯人員事物，答應回電都不回電，餐廳人員帶位的桌上還沒凖備好(明明旁邊還有許多準備好的空位），我們反應換另一桌，職員則開始擺臉色，之後幾天，幹部就是一幅冷面孔。 此外，職員在顧客用餐時間也在餐廳用餐，Spa館員工也一起在spa館內洗澡，紀律實在有待加強。櫃檯人員完全沒笑容，完全感受不到渡假飯店應有的熱誠。 感覺飯店對散客住宿很不用心。此次，5天4夜住宿，糟透了！ 希望富野集團要改進！
• SHANGCHIEH (6/5): 整潔度不優（被單有血！） - 整潔度待加強！被單有很明顯血漬，打電話告知房務，房務小姐還反問我「怎麼會有血」有點誇張。晚餐伙食（住兩晚），葷食不錯，素食部份，同行家人覺得不怎麼好吃，大多是素料，菜色不優。

• Rayser (8/5): 具備地利，但設備相對已不新穎的飯店 - 就在武陵農場裡面，價格相對不算便宜，但設施/房間裝潢/配色等也都看得出歲月的痕跡。服務人員態度不好也不壞，對於餐點不要期望太高的話，品質及豐富性還算可接受。還能算是附近住宿選擇下的首選~~

• Rose (10/5): 放入喜歡的飯店口袋名單 - 待客親切。 餐廳服務人員會隨時整理擺放食材區乾淨整潔，用餐很愉快。有附早晚餐在不易覓食的山區，是很好的服務。 車停外面也有保全人員巡視 晚上有音樂會可欣賞，表演得很不錯 退房有收到小禮物，有給客人貼心的感覺
• PoCheng (10/5): 在武陵農場住宿的好地方 - 入住包含早晚餐，食物不錯吃。 晚上會有安排音樂會、觀星活動。 大廳可以借小孩玩耍的器材，有SPA（要記得帶泳衣）。 在飯店裡不會覺得無聊。
• hui (6/5): 團客太多的飯店 - 客房被安排與旅遊團在同一層樓,清晨六點就被團客在走廊高談闊論吵醒,雖好言告知仍無法改善此一情形,對於來休閒度假的散客,真的無言以對!!

• Tze (8/5): Relaxing and enjoyable resort - Food (Breakfast and Dinner) was appetizing, loved the different types of SPA. Resort was rather old but facilities maintained well. Great for a relaxing holiday.
