Move to level one with seaview and high quality food . Existing area can rather be used for sometimg like offices or storage etc Then also the back area from the rooms is really depressing
• John (8/5): Paradise - Location was perfect for us, hotel is set down the quite end of the beach a short walk away from the madness. It has an almost perfect virtually private beach to use and the pool is lovely up on the roof over looking the bay. If there are bad reviews dont let them put you off, rooms are large and clean with amazing views. Alough the design of the hotel is a little odd but adds to the character. The hotel doesnt serve alchohol, but this isnt an issue.
• BARBARA (4/5): Struttura fatiscente e pericolosa: peccato per il personale che meriterebbe di meglio - l'unica nota positiva: il personale è molto disponibile e gentile; meriterebbero davvero di lavorare in condizioni ottimali, in una struttura all'altezza delle loro capacità! Purtroppo le foto sul sito non rispecchiano affatto la realtà. Nonostante l'hotel dichiari solo 7 anni di vita, appare vecchio e malandato. I problemi sono ovunque: la sala colazione è all'aperto (si suda prima ancora di iniziare a mangiare) e presenta gravi perdite d'acqua con colonne visibilmente arrugginite. La pulizia è carente in tutta la struttura, spiaggia compresa, dove i lettini sono tenuti malissimo. In camera la situazione non migliora: abbiamo dovuto dormire in letti separati; la doccia, seppur grande, era piena di calcare e malfunzionante. Abbiamo persino trovato uno scarafaggio. Inoltre, l’unico ascensore presente è lentissimo e fonte di continua preoccupazione. La piscina, apparentemente bella, è pericolosa: diverse piastrelle sono staccate e mio marito si è tagliato un dito uscendo dall'acqua. L’aspetto più deplorevole riguarda però il trattamento degli animali: nonostante i cartelli che invitano a rispettare le scimmie, abbiamo visto il personale colpirle con fionde e pistole a gommini. Un comportamento crudele e ingiustificabile contro cui abbiamo dovuto protestare più volte. SCONSIGLIO vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi igiene, sicurezza e rispetto per l'ambiente.

• thomas (1/5): Tut euch selbst ein Gefallen und bucht dieses Hotel nicht ! - Die Aussicht in die Bucht . Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und man hat dort das Gefühl man wäre an einem Lost Place. Der Flur zu den Hotelzimmern liegt direkt am Felsen und ist daher sehr dunkel und verlassen, man muss aufpassen das man nicht von Affen angegriffen wird. Das ganze Hotel weist darauf hin, das man die Türen u. Terrasse immer geschlossen halten muss da sonst Affen ins Zimmer kommen. Unser Zimmer hat zudem nach Chlor oder Ähnliches gerochen was das Atmen in der Nacht erheblich erschwert hat. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und haben dann das Hotel gewechselt.

• Renato (4/5): Decent but outdated and bare - At times I liked the seclusion away from the daily chaos of day trippers The pool was nice It was halal Muslim management which would have been good to know before booking. No crispy pork and alcohol very disappointed. It was dilapidated from the outside needing much attention to maintenance also very bare no greenery and lots of mould and paint peeling off the window frames hard to avoid and an eye sore. Staff behind the desk at times can be a little short in manner of speaking leaving us with absence that they were doing us a favour by having us stay with them. Not the usual Thailand hospitality. The rest of the staff seemed very pleasant though.

• Malwina (7/5): Świetna lokalizacja i widoki, ale kilka rzeczy do poprawy - Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację – blisko miasteczka, ale na tyle oddalony, że nie słychać imprez ani nocnego hałasu, więc można naprawdę odpocząć. Dużym udogodnieniem jest organizowany przez hotel transport bagażu z i na przystań. Na miejscu jest ładna, mini plaża oraz basen z bardzo ładnym widokiem. Sam widok z obiektu również robi świetne wrażenie. Pokoje są bardzo duże, przestronne, z dużą szafą i sporą ilością miejsca do przechowywania. Wnętrza są gustownie urządzone, choć widać już pewne ślady zużycia. Ogólnie widać, że obiekt jest zadbany i ktoś stara się o niego dbać. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo słabo, a mikrofalówka w aneksie nie grzała. Śniadania są dostępne, ale raczej słabe jakościowo, dlatego z nich nie korzystałem. Zdarzały się również karaluchy w pokoju oraz na korytarzu, co niestety znacząco obniża komfort pobytu.

• Sunshine00841714883 (2/5): Do NOT book, save your money! - Do not book, save your money and don’t ruin your stay at Phi Phi like we did. It looks nothing like in the pictures - it’s very dirty, trash everywhere. Booked a double bed in one of their nicer rooms, and revived two single beds although we clearly booked a double, but they choose to blame it on ”Booking.com”, that something was wrong with their website. Bare in mind this is on our engagement holiday…Bathroom was full of cockroaches and the pool was extremely dirty. We didn’t even eat the breakfast since the state of the hotell was so bad overall, it didn’t feel safe to eat. We checked out early and the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude and offered no help or refund, not even an apology. We are very experienced traveler's and we have never left a bad review like this before, but this experience was so bad, we felt like we need to warn others.

It doesn’t look anything like in the pictures. The staff was very rude. We didn’t eat the breakfast since the hotel wasn’t very clean, and we didn’t feel the food was safe to eat.

• silleemilieb (4/5): Not recommended - This hotel seems abandoned. So few guests at such a big hotel seems off. It definitely needs a renovation, and a whole new staff group. They don’t even talk to you when you come and go, they just sit with their phones all day, which means no service whatsoever. The room is spacious and has a great view, but a shared balcony so anyone can look inside your room.. towels and sheets seem clean but has stains all over. We got breakfast one day only, but it was not good, so we ate at the cafes instead. I would not recommend this hotel.

• Soufiene (8/5): Belle chambre avec super vue - Pour commencer, l'hôtel est assez bien situé, à 10min à pied du centre ou vous trouverai les magasins et les restaurants. Pour les valises, un porteur fait le trajet pour vous. Hôtel avec un bon potentiel mais il aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation globale, cependant il fait l'affaire pour les quelques jours passés sur l'île. Nous avons prix la chambre la plus chère avec accès direct privé sur la piscine + vue mer (4 nuits) et c'était vraiment paradisiaque, la chambre était spacieuse avec grand lit , canapé, smart TV et grande douche, la vue à couper le souffle, la chambre à vraiment été notre coup de coeur. Piscine avec bonne température, petit-déjeuner moyen. Chambres mal insonorisés, le dernier soir un couple voisin à crié jusqu'à 3h du matin nous empêchant de dormir. Le lendemain, le personnel vous appel avec insistance à 11h pile pour quitter la chambre avec agressivité, lorsqu'on leur expliquent qu'on a mal dormi à cause des cris et que l'on souhaiterai 30min de plus exceptionnellement pour préparer nos valises car on à mal dormi, ils refusent sèchement et nous ordonnent de descendre. Lorsque j'ai été me plaindre du couple voisin pour qu'ils fassent quelques chose, le personnel à tout simplement rigolé... donc nous ne reviendrons pas. Le personnel doit vraiment revoir son rapport avec la clientèle et la politesse, car nous payons chère (220 euros la nuit) pour être bien traité et respecté. Nous garderons malgré tout un super souvenir de la chambre et de sa vue.

Obiekt jest w najbardziej malowniczym miejscu na wyspie, przy samym klifie, przy samej plaży, a zwłaszcza na jej końcu, gdzie już jest mniej ludzi i warczących speedboatów, przez co jest to jedyne tak malownicze miejsce na phi phi z dala od zgiełku, a jednak nadal blisko do centrum ze sklepami i rozrywką. Ważne jest też to, że ta strona plaży/wyspy jest za dnia słoneczna. Hotel sam sobie był świetny, każdy pokój ma widok na najpiękniejszą cześć wyspy z ogromnym tarasem, pokoje są ogromne i dość nowoczesne, a co ważne komfort łóżek jest znakomity. śniadanie - słaba jakość i wybór, polecam zjeść coś na mieście, jest dużo fajnych kawiarni/śniadaniowni. Ale nie rzutuje to na ogólną ocenę, w zasadzie zawsze bierzemy pobyty bez śniadań bo wolimy zjeść na mieście, a tutaj jest zawsze w cenie, natomiast warto nie iść na te śniadanie i je odpuścić.

Рядом с гостиницей есть киоск с продажей билетов на трансфер. С другой стороны острова хороший пляж Loh Dalum Beach. Очень понравилась экскурсия на лодке вокруг острова! Далековато от центра и 7 Eleven, когда поздно вечером возвращались в гостиницу по дороге нет освещения, пришлось идти по пляжу) Вдоль бассейна гуляют обезьяны и никого не боятся, если вовремя не увидеть подойдут и отберут кофе, телефон и т.д. (отпугнуть можно рогаткой) Днем очень много лодок, так как пляж со стороны порта.

Room was falling apart and could hear the neighbouring guests clearly thru the walls. The shower did not have hot water. Pool was dirty and lounge chairs falling apart. Quarto limpo e aparentava ter sido renovado ha pouco tempo. As áreas comuns do hotel necessitam de alguma renovação, mas não comprometeu a satisfação com a estadia.

Кондиционер работал кое-как, возможно нуждался в чистке. Отель явно нуждается в косметическом ремонте, ощущение что с момента постройки в нем ничего не делали. Общий балкон сильно нарушает приватность, соседи постоянно ходили и заглядывали в номер. Бассейн есть только на двух этажах, хотя это преподносится как фишка отеля. Локация тихая, но неудобная - далековато до центра острова. Завтраки очень плохие, есть практически нечего. В целом, цена не соответствует качеству, отель не тянет на 4 звезды.

Staff 10/10 Location was almost 10 but we walked more than we thought from the pier, but nothing bad to us. The hotel has a service to bring your suitcases to the pier when you leave the hotel and need to come back to the pier.

Enormous room, with a big bed! The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. It's old, and clearly worn. Pool was dirty (not uncomfortably, but noticeable), and in general the hotel looked like it had seen better days. Rust was spotted all around, dirty / moldy curtains.
• Mohamed (1/5): Great view, everything else was stressful, uncomfortable, and unprofessional - The view The only good things about this hotel are the view and the girl at the reception — that’s it. Everything else was a disaster. The AC doesn’t work at all, which makes the room unbearable. On top of that, there is no water in the shower during the day because apparently too many people are using it. If you want to shower, be ready to wait until 2 AM or later. Completely unacceptable. We accidentally slept in until 11 AM (checkout time), and instead of handling it professionally, they started knocking on the door like we were in jail 😂. When I apologized and explained that we fell asleep, the woman (I don’t even know if she’s the manager or what) started screaming at us. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. Between the broken AC, no water, zero comfort, and aggressive staff behavior, this place is absolutely not worth it. Nice view, sure — but you can’t sleep, shower, or relax. I would never stay here again.

• Lucas (2/5): Horrível - Nada Infelizmente, a experiência nesse resort foi péssima e está muito longe de valer o preço cobrado. Tudo no local é extremamente antigo, degradado e mal conservado. Dá a sensação de abandono. Pelo valor pago, esperava no mínimo manutenção básica, o que claramente não existe. O chuveiro é simplesmente horrível: a pressão da água é ridícula, praticamente só pingava. A ducha estava quebrada, tornando o banho uma experiência péssima. A descarga do vaso sanitário também não funcionava direito. Além disso, o banheiro tinha um cheiro muito forte e desagradável. O café da manhã é outro ponto extremamente negativo: pouquíssimas opções e, mesmo assim, tudo de baixa qualidade. O suco era ruim, a comida não era boa e não havia variedade. A localização também é péssima. O resort fica muito longe do centro, no final da ilha, obrigando a andar longas distâncias. Isso torna tudo cansativo e pouco prático. No check-in, não havia ninguém para ajudar com as bagagens. Curiosamente, só apareceu alguém na hora do check-out. A chamada “praia privada” do resort é horrível: cheia de pedras. Para piorar, pisei em um pedaço de vidro na própria praia do hotel e cortei o pé. Um absurdo em termos de segurança. A sacada não tem divisão entre os quartos, sendo totalmente aberta, o que elimina qualquer sensação de privacidade. Pedi especificamente uma cama de casal, mas não foi atendido. Além disso, o hotel possui uma lista cobrando por qualquer dano no quarto, porém muitas coisas já estavam quebradas antes mesmo da nossa chegada. O porta-toalha, por exemplo, já estava torto e quebrado desde o primeiro dia. Em resumo: estrutura velha, mal cuidada, serviços ruins, localização ruim e preço totalmente incompatível com o que é oferecido. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

• sonia (10/5): - L’emplacement parfait pour moi car l’hôtel est à l’extrémité du port donc vous profitez de l’activité de port avec ses restaurants activités etc tout en étant legerement à l’écart dans le calme . La chambre vue mer était géniale Tout le personnel a été incroyablement gentil. Le seul point à améliorer c’est la qualité des équipements , les chambres sont vieillissantes (joins rouillés , finitions abîmé etc) . Mais la chambre reste belle

Very run down, aircon out of order, very low water pressure and no hot water, you could hear people talking in adjacent rooms, rest of breakfast poor.

Pool und die Aussicht zum Pool aus unserem Zimmer war nett. 0 Sterne – absolut nicht zu empfehlen Das Cliff Hotel Koh Phi Phi war eine komplette Katastrophe. Schon beim Check-in unfreundlich und chaotisch, der Service während des gesamten Aufenthalts einfach nur schlecht. Sie haben uns während des Aufenthalts nur Stress Gefühl gegeben, also wer auf entspannte und ruhige Tage erhofft, ist hier falsch. Der Check-out war der Gipfel: Obwohl offizieller Check-out 11 Uhr ist, wurden wir um 8 Uhr rausgeschmissen, weil das Zimmer um 8:30 Uhr weiterverkauft war – unsere Fähre fuhr um 9 Uhr. Maximaler Stress, null Verständnis. ..völlig überteuert für das, was man bekommt: - Zimmer stanken extrem - Duschwasser lief halbwegs - Klimaanlage fast Kontaktstörung mit der Fernbedienung - komplett am Ende der Insel, dementsprechend schlechte Lage wenn man abends ausgehen wollte Kein Stern verdient. Schlechter Service, schlechte Zimmer, Abzocke. Nie wieder.

Die Lady an Eier-Counter im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hat immer das gute Spiegelei gemacht. Danke! Das Zimmer und das Bad ist groß genug. Auf Betten kann man gut schlaffen. Das Design des Zimmers und insbesondere des Bads erweckt jedoch einige Fragen dessen Zwecks. Das Hotel ist in schon Alter gekommen und braucht dringend eine Modernisierung. Abnutzungspuren waren überall zu sehen. So einige Türgriffe an Schränken in der Küche waren nur mit einer Schraube gefestigt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lady an Eier-Counter im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hat immer das gute Spiegelei gemacht. Danke! Der Kaffee -Boy soll noch lernen, die Tassen von unten zu nehmen und nicht mit den Fingern an Tassenrand. Das Frühstückangebot war ausreichend und gut geschmeckt. Es wäre dem Hotel nicht schaden, den jungen Reinigungsmädchen beizubringen, die Gäste bei der Begegnung zu begrüßen und einen Guten Morgen proaktiv zu wünschen, und nicht als gezwungene Antwort auf meine Begrüßung zu geben. Thailand sei doch das Land der Lächeln? Der Abfluss am Waschbecken muss gereinigt werden. Er ist fast verpoppt. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn und in der Dusche kommt mit einem schwachen Druck. Im WC gibt es keine Toilettenpapierhalter und keine Zahnbürstenhalter bzw. Zahnbürstenbecher. Den Liegen am Strand würden die Liegenmatten bzw. Liegenmatratzen sicherlich nicht schaden und den Aufenthalt der Gäste am Strand noch bequemer machen. Analog der benachbarten Hotels der gleichen Hotelkategorie. Der Bereich zwischen Hotelgebäude und dem hinterlegendem Fels soll von Dreck aufgeräumt werden. So wird es besser dem 4-Sterme-Hotel stehen. Die Plastikfetzen an Felsbüsche im Meer hinterlassen nicht guten Eindruck für die Gästen. Genauso der Dreckhaufen am Fuß des Felses. Ich bitte das Hotelmanagement diese Punkte als Verbesserungspotential zu sehen, damit die Gäste das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessener empfinden könnten. Der jetzige Preis ist schon anspruchsvoll. Für dieses Geld hätte ich mir mehr Komfort für die Augen gewünscht. Einige Verbesserungen bra
