• Rafael Augusto (8/5): - Localização bem próximo a Piazale Roma com fácil acesso a trens e a cidade. Guardam as bagagens antes do check in sem custos Atendente bem antipática e de pouca paciência. Foi muito ruim achar a recepção nos fundos visto que não tem nenhuma sinalização no local.

• Zdeněk (4/5): Jednou stačilo. - Dostupnost do centra Benátek V pokojích dvě velká zrcadla. Parkování za další poplatek. Z matrací byl cítit prazvláštní fekální odér. Pokoj neodpovídal fotografiím.
• Kwan Yew (8/5): A good choice to consider if you don't want to cross too many bridges! - This B&B is located about 15 min walk from Venezia S Lucia train station, across the glass bridge (Ponte della Costituzione) and after the busy car and bus park. The reception is located in the nearby Hotel Ca’ Doge, a minute’s walk away and the friendly lady at the reception walked us to the B&B. Although our room was located above a car parking facility (this is the only part of Venice main island accessible by car, buses and the tram), it was very quiet during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities are shared and located in the common corridor and had a varied selection of teas and coffee. The building has a lift so managing luggage was never an issue. The only quibbles we had were that the TV screen was located too high up in the corner of the room for us to view it comfortably and the room could do with brighter lighting at night.

• Takashi (6/5): 場所は最高で、設備も問題ないが。 - 鐡道駅から徒歩圏、空港バスは目の前。 廊下に、コーヒーとかお茶のセットがあって、自由に飲める。 部屋の内装もきれいだし、部屋そのもの、トイレ、シャワー室が広い。 USBの充電器があった。 ローマ広場に面しているガレージの付帯設備のようなホテルで、場所がわかりづらい。（看板もよくわからない） フロントの開いている時間が、限られており、チェックインやチェックアウトなどに制約がある。 予約画面を注意してみれば書いてあるのだが、19時以降はチェックインできないらしく、早めに到着する列車に予定を変更しないといけなかった。19時以降にチェックインしたいと連絡したら、キャンセルをするように促された。チェックインの時間がもう少し遅くまでできるとよいのではないか。 逆に、チェックアウトは8時以降可能となているが、チェックアウト当日の8時に荷物を預けたくても、フロントの人が出勤おらず、困った（ガレージの人にフロントのドアを開けてもらったが） 場所柄、部屋代が高いヴェネチアで、安く泊まれるのはありがたいが、ある程度、ホテルの都合に合わせる必要がある。

• King (5/5): - The room was small but very clean and decent.If you're just staying for 1 night. The bathroom was actually large and recently remodeled. The location is right across the street from all the buses and ubers and one block from the rail station. The lobby is in a separate building from the rooms. The entrance to the rooms comes from a parking lot that is so jammed full of cars they had to move them so we could get our suitcases to the door. The building itself is an absolute joke and is the complete reason for my lower score. Everything in Venice is small and old, and that is to be expected, but having to wade my way through cars to get to the door is ridiculous.....

Habitaciones muy cómoda amplia y la cama grande para dos personas. El cuarto de baño muy amplio. No me gustó que la ducha sea solo de mano.

Y sin cagar el equipaje Habitación de luxe muy amplia , la estándar no tanto pero estaba bien. Una cafetera en la habitación vendría bien, hay café instantáneo de cortesía en el pasillo Nos costó encontrar el parking porque no coincidía el nombre del hospedaje ni el hotel y google nos mandó para el otro lado. Es el parking CA’ DOGE, así se ubica mejor
• María Isabel (5/5): - La habitacion es comoda y limpia, esta cerca de los canales de venecia. El anfitrion muy malaclase, nos parecio grosero nunca usa la palabra por favor y nunca lo vimos. El lugar no queda en el centro de venecia queda en las fueras, exactamente en la estacion de buses, el ingreso es por un parqueadero lleno de carros que es dificil cruzar con la maleta. Nuestro tren se retraso por lo cual llegamos un poco despues del y el anfitrion parecia regañandome por whatsapp

Ottima la posizione centrale a due passi dai vaporetti per visitare senza stress la città. Interruttori luce lontani per chi dorme nel letto divano e deve andare in bagno di notte. Mancanza di servizio di cortesia in bagno inteso come shampo e Bagno schiuma.

• Janette (10/5): Όλα στα πόδια σου. - Πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό ακριβώς μπροστά στην Βενετία όλα στα πόδια σου Κ με το αυτοκίνητο.θα ξανά έρθουμε σύντομα. Ενώ είχαμε φτάσει δεν το βρήκαμε τόσο εύκολα γιατί δεν φαινόταν από το δρόμο η ταμπέλα του ξενοδοχείου, ρωτήσαμε τους γύρω ανθρώπους.

Alles ist gut zu Fuss oder per Boot erreichbar. Saubere Wohnung mit Kaffee, Zimmer werden täglich gemacht. Zu viert Ideal, würden wieder kommen Ich konnte keine Duschprodukte finden, wie auch kein Abwaschmittel für die Küchenutensilien

• Натали (10/5): - Отличный вариант для проживания в Венеции. Просторный и чистый номер, тишина и удобное расположение рядом с вокзалом — это действительно редкое сочетание. Интересно, что затемнённая комната создаёт особую атмосферу: можно спокойно отдыхать и спать дольше, чем обычно, без лишнего света. А наличие кондиционера и отсутствие запахов — важные детали, которые делают пребывание комфортным. Персонал супер, после выселения до 6 вечера можно оставить у них чемодан на хранение. До центра 30 минут пешком, очень удобно. Рекомендую!

• István (10/5): Imádjuk Olaszországot, ha Velencében járunk, akkor mindig itt fogunk megszállni. - Tökéletes szállás egy házaspárnak egy kis kikapcsolódásra! A szoba tisztasága kifogástalan, napi takarítás van és törölköző csere, ami benne van a szállás árában. Nem volt ilyen.

• giovanni (1/5): Very disappointed - the room was clean,but there are no windows,only a couple of small skylights its rooms are within a busy parking lot , on the door there are the letter B&B,but they don't offer any breakfast it's a second location,as the reception is situated at another establishment.From there you need to walk through this garage and finally get to this sort of annex,,enclosed between the wall of the parking lot Also it's not cheap!!!!

• Laura (7/5): Buena relación calidad precio - Me gustó la cercanía a la parada de autobuses del aeropuerto, teníamos el vuelo muy pronto y nos vino genial en la misma puerta. Aunque no está en el centro de Venecia La limpieza muy bien Lo único malo que era tipo bohardilla muy alta y tenía solo dos ventanas casi en el techo de la habitación por lo que no se podían abrir, y daba bastante sensación de agobio no poder ventilar.

• Katy (10/5): Excelente quarto e excelente localização. - Limpeza do quarto impecável. Quarto super organizado. Paredes limpas. No quarto que fiquei possui o secador de toalhas, que faz muita diferença no inverno. Localização excelente, próximo a estação de trem, não precisa pegar barcos para chegar a estadia, a localização é de fácil acesso pra chegar com malas e fica próximo aos pontos turísticos.

• Marco (9/5): Tutto perfetto, comodo e strategico per chi arriva in macchina! - Il parcheggio e’ parte del bnb ed e’ comodissimo se si arriva in macchina. Non si entra nel mega parcheggio di venezia ma uno piccolino piu’ riservato. La posizione vicinissima al vaporetto e’ perfetta. L’appartamento era grande, silenzioso e ben riscaldato, molto pulito. Nulla in particolare, se gli si vuole trovare un difetto e’ la porta di accesso dal parcheggio ma per noi e’ stato perfetto anche quello.

• Urs (8/5): - Top Lage, ein B&B mit eigenem Parking und gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Von aussen sieht das B&B sehr renovierungsbedürftig aus und es liegt halt direkt beim eigenen Parking, aber dir Zimmer sind gut und sauber.
