Nikola (9/5): - Pohodlný, čistý, skvěle vybavený apartmán, milý, pohodový a přátelský ubytující/recepční, veškeré vybavení a potřeby do kuchyně bylo v nadstandardním množství. Do centra za dvě minuty chůze, do obchodu za pět minut. Celkově neskutečně pohodlný pobyt. -

Ales (10/5): Skvělé a moderní ubytování - Velice pěkný a moderní apartmán. Každý pokoj měl vlastní koupelnu, takže i soukromí. Pan domácí je velmi vstřícný a ochotný pomoci v jakékoliv situaci. Určitě doporučuji i náročnější klientele. Bylo to skvělé. Vše bylo v pořádku. Jen komunikace se zákaznickým servisem se moc nedařilo a nebyli moc ochotní. To ale nijak nesouvisí s ubytováním, tam bylo vše perfektní.

Oliver (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Appartement war gut ausgestattet, man hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung für zwei Familien. Es wäre an der Zeit das Appartement zu renovieren. Böden stellen sich auf. Badezimmer sollten sehr, sehr gründlich gesäubert werden. Aber am aller wichtigsten müssen Steckdosen teilweise erneuert werden. Diese sind teilweise gebrochen und hängen halb aus der Wand.

Gerhard (10/5): Ein tadelloses Hotel - Vom Besitzer gab es einen freundlichen Empfang, die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und es war alles drinnen was man braucht. In der Früh wurde mir ein Frühstück von der Chefin aufgetischt, dass keine Wünsche offen ließ. Da gibt es überhaupt nichts zu meckern.

Additionally, the location was magnificent, not far from highway yet quiet. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating. Nothing, it was all great 👍

Logan (3/5): Not happy with dishonest pricing. - It was nicely decorated and clean The manager of the property was unreasonable and the property charged us an extra €140 for two nights of taxes and cleaning, which is outrageous. The manager tried blaming Booking.com for not explaining the "cleaning charges" that were not included in the price or on the listing at Booking.com. I am filing a dispute with Booking.com and I'm recommending to others to not stay here because they like to rip off people for cleaning services that should not cost that much.

Gergely (7/5): Nice looking place at a fair price - just make sure to get a renovated room. - Great location, alpine feeling, very friendly host (speaking English). Heated ski storage room, parking in front of the entrance. Apartments are under renovation, and unfortunately we've got one of the apartments which haven't been renovated yet ("old smell" in the apartment, some very dirty spots in the otherwise clean apartment, etc). I wish the best for them with the improvements!
Iva (8/5): Great ski-trip accomodation - Great location for skiiing in winter (Katschberg ski resort is less than 10 min by car), nice looking apartment with a beautiful view, nice staff, everything was great during our stay! It has a shared kitchen and a place to store skiing equipment.

Imy boyfrined celebrated his birthday and they prepare colorful baloons in the room. Such a nice attention. We also used a sauna room,which is so lovely and private. Thank you again for everything! Everything was perfect!

Supermarket near there, transport to the Katschbergpass (ski location) provided also by public bus even if not so frequently. Anyway, good alternative if you like to avoid driving in snowy conditions. Rooms very confortable and warm. We were provided with a 3 bedrooms apartment even though booking was made for 2 bedrooms apart. Appreciated upgrade :-)

Dorette (10/5): Super leuk gezellig en mooi zwembad in de tuin - Wij hadden bij Sylpaulerhof 1 overnachting voor onze doorreis naar Kroatië. Het was super in het dorpje kon je lekker eten en nog met de kabelbaan de berg op. De kamer waren mooi en schoon en we hadden balkon. Het ontbijt was zo uitgebreid nog niet eerder gezien zoveel verse spullen. de eigenaren en personeel zijn erg vriendelijk. Hier gaan we nog wel een keer overnachten.

Luka (8/5): Super, kann nur weiterempfehlen - Die Frau an der Rezeption (die Inhaberin?) war sehr freundlich. Sie war auch vor unserer Anreise per Email stets erreichbar und alle unsere Sonderwünsche waren erfüllt. Das Bett war super bequem und auch ansonsten hat uns im Apartment, das auch sehr suber und schön war, nichts gefehlt (es gab sogar einen Geschirrspüler). Die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Sauna muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Die Schischuhheizung im Skiraum war für meine Meinung nicht warm genug eingestellt oder lange genug eingeschaltet, meine Schischuhe waren morgens immer kalt und noch ein bisschen nass.
