No sabes que son apartamentos turísticos hasta que no has pagado.
No sabes la dirección exacta del apartamento, ni como es, hasta que no has pagado. Una vez pagado ya no puedes cancelarlo.
El check-in no lo haces en el apartamento sino en las oficinas de la empresa (si lo quieres hacer en el propio apartamento tienes que pagar aparte). En mi caso estaban a 15' andando del apartamento pero no se donde estarán los demás.
En el e-mail que me envió Hoteles.com sólo hablaba de que había que pagar una fianza en unas fechas muy determinadas. Cuando llegué a las oficinas me pidieron 150€ de fianza para una estancia de 166€, al decir que en el email no ponía nada de eso me pusieron en contacto con Hoteles.com y después de reconocer que era un error suyo y de decir que intentarían solucionarlo en un futuro, me dijeron que la empresa se podía acoger a su derecho de admisión con lo que o pagaba, o pagaba.
Al final todo salió bien y la fianza me fue devuelta en tiempo y forma pero tengo serias dudas de que en caso de haber habido algún problema Hoteles.com me lo hubiera resuelto.
Por lo demás el apartamento estaba muy bien, al menos en el que yo estuve.
- Jan Hovmand (8/5): - Dejlig, lidt slidt men ren og veludstyret lejlighed, godt placeret forholdsvis tæt på centrum, tæt på station til strand og lufthavn og en dejlig terrasse havde vi til vores lejlighed på taget, den burde dog friske lidt op, så mere indbydende!

Absolument impossible de dormir même avec des boules Quiès dans une rue consacrée aux restaurants, bars et boîtes de nuit : appartement inapproprié à la location!

The apartment was located in a great part of town; close to the supermarket at El Cortes Ingles, a short walk to the Cathedral and shopping, close enough to the beach (15 min walk) to have some beach days, and lots of great restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was in great shape, had a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kitchen amenities, all which made it far more convenient than a hotel. The terrace above the apartment was lovely! The staff member that greeted us when we picked up our keys was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Some reviews have mentioned it was a noisy spot, but we found it quiet and peaceful at night. We absolutely would stay here again.

Great place to get about to the marina or centre of Malaga..only downside was the terrace.i dont call a couple of pallets without pillows that are very low good for sitting on and sunbathing. So really couldnt use it. Such a shame get some decent sun loungers this would be a perfect sun spot x

- Lucy (10/5): - The property was in immaculate condition and contained all the amenities I needed, including hob and oven, all kitchen equipment, washing machine, two very effective Panasonic heater/air-con machines and TVs in main living area and bedroom. Decent bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Lift right up to apartment, or stairwell. Safe in dressing room next to bedroom. Iron and portable laundry drier.
The location of the apartment in Calle Dos Aceras was fabulous being a couple of streets away from the old quarter with bars, shops and restaurants virtually on your doorstep. It was a little lively in the evenings in the street outside, but this is only to be expected with such a prime city centre location. Grocery stores across the road (Dia) and just down the road Carrefour Express), which made grocery shopping very easy. The Cathedral and Calle Larios are about 5 mins walk away and the Alcazaba about 10 mins. Free wireless internet was great too.
The apartment was also furnished nicely with a shabby chic feel and a lovely blue/white theme with bedding and accessories. Lovely old shutters and a little enclosed balcony seating area.
What's more the staff at Holidays to Malaga were fantastic! They even checked everything was OK via What'sApp. Really helpful and kind. Exceptional service.
All in all, I loved the apartment, its amenities and its location. I am a female single traveller and I felt safe in this area as well. Thoroughly recommended! I'd stay here again.

- Phi (4/5): Schlechter Service, Zimmer in Ordnung - Eigentlich waren wir bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage war sehr gut und das Apartment war nett eingerichtet. Es war etwas Nachts laut, aber sonst konnte man sich nicht beschweren. Allerdings habe ich meine Kette liegen lassen. Holidays2Malaga sieht allerdings nicht ein, diese zur Post zu bringen. (Auch unter Angabe meiner Kreditkarte und dem Angebot, das Geld vorher zu überweisen). Die einzige Möglichkeit an meine Kette zu kommen ist einen Kurier ins Büro zu schicken (kostet mal eben über 100€) oder was mein persönlicher Favorit war „you can come to the Office and pick it up“. natürlich, nichts leichter als das.
Bis heute wurde mir nach mehrfacher Nachfrage keine akzeptable Lösung vorgeschlagen, was mich sehr sauer macht.
Bei Holidays2Malaga werde ich definitiv keine Übermachtung mehr buchen.

Great reception and attention by Agnieszka. We also had cleaning service in the middle of the week.
The only black point is the noise. If you are expecting to have a great sleep or have children the street noise is incredibly disturbing. We had to buy ear plugs to sleep. It would be a huge improvement if the owner consider to install double glazing windows.
Apart from that the apartment offers all what you need for a comfortable stay.

Staff very helpful. Malaga city centre is mostly pedestrianised and easy to get around. Apartment newly refurbished [Sept 2015] - clean and had everything we needed [although we tended to eat out]. Loved the mini lift!
