- Paula (1/5): Bad - Anything that hotel in Istanbul was a mess, I had a very bad 5 nights, the space was damaged, very unhealthy, the sheets had fluids, the air conditioning was not useful and the temperatures were high, there was no cleaning service, the floor of the room was damaged, there was no elevator for the 5th floor where they placed me, there was no help for the suitcases where I almost had an accident on the stairs thanks to it, the room did not have insurance on the door and anyone could enter, the windows could not be opened, the bathroom in very bad condition, it seems to me that the hotel was a total scam, one of the mattresses was burned and they had animals and I suffered from a severe allergy in the area of my chest, something like this is not justifiable
- Ferenc (5/5): If some issues are fixed the hotel is great, but not now - The location is great. The hotel is easily accessible by the M2 metro line. There are many places for dining in the surroundings. Several shops, like supermarkets and souvenir shops are in close proximity. The staff is very friendly and kind. One issue was the cleanliness. I mean, we basically found trash from the previous guests in one of the cupboards and under the bed, which begs the question of whether the room was cleaned at all. I also feel like the description is a little bit misleading. Yes, you have a kitchenette, but it is not well equipped. There are some plates and basic cutlery, but good luck cooking something. Yes, your room has an AC, but it is dirty to the point you have to be brave to use it (I mean, the interior of the AC is basically green/black). I tried to explain the cleanliness and the AC situation to the staff in English, but the language barrier did not allow it.

- Saad (10/5): Great value - The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Taksim and at the same time it is in a quiet area. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Saied the night shift guy at the front desk was amazing and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property for a budget traveler.

However, others might want to be aware that the room on the top floor requires climbing a few extra steps, which could be challenging for those who don’t like carrying luggage up stairs.

- Rashi (10/5): Exceptional - The best part about Luce Suites is its location—just a 3-minute walk from the HAVAIST bus station, these are buses running to Istanbul airport and SAW airport. This was incredibly helpful and made getting around so convenient. The suite we stayed in was very nice and spacious, featuring a beautiful balcony and a jacuzzi. Another good thing about this hotel is the accessibility to essential services. There is a bus stop nearby, along with several currency exchange places and grocery stores, which made my stay hassle-free. There’s also a good café right below the hotel, perfect for a quick coffee or a bite to eat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, amenities, and good service. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything came together perfectly here. The location is very convenient. The staff is polite and responsive, always in touch, also very understanding, they approached the fact that we arrived early. Despite the fact that check-in was later, they checked us in earlier, which was very convenient. Inside the small room there is enough space, air conditioning, kitchen and cooking utensils. The dishes were washed carelessly. Also, there was no mirror in the room, only its frame. Otherwise, everything is fine.

- Hossein (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel is very central and it is also close to the airport shuttle station. The staff, including Mr. Hassan, were very helpful. Hassan could speak Farsi which was a nice surprise. The door of the room was a bit difficult to shut.

- Reyhan (8/5): Good place for a short stay - The location is quite central. If you take the Havaist bus from the airport to Taksim Square, it will take around 7 minutes to walk from the bus stop. The room we stayed is also pretty comfortable for the three of us. - The lift is pretty small and it only fits max 2 people. 1 person only if you have lots of luggage. - The wifi is a bit scruffy.

- Josh (9/5): Lovely hotel with helpful staff. - The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Orhan was especially helpful. When we told him about a fault with the shower he made it his priority to fix it as soon as possible. There was a slight smell of tobacco in the room. The lift only went to the fourth floor, so there was one flight of stairs to our room on the fifth floor (not a problem for us).

- Nikita (7/5): Good - Place is close to the bus station to the both of the airports. That was the reason why we book it. There is a small elevetor. (Not every hotel has it) I don't understand the idea of the kitchen corner. There is a stove but nothing to cook in. There is no table, no chairs. How do you suppose to eat? Lying on the bed? Totally usless kitchen corner that just uses space.

- Muhammad (8/5): Very good - Overall, our experience at Luce Suites Taksim was excellent. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions. The day staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. Moreover, the room was impeccably cleaned every day, even in our absence, adding to our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. While our stay at Luce Suites Taksim had its positives, such as the convenient location, there were notable drawbacks. Unfortunately, we found the lack of a microwave inconvenient, limiting our options for food preparation. Additionally, the internet service was disappointingly slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Another issue was the absence of liquid for washing plates, which was inconvenient, especially for families. These shortcomings detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
