Guest Reviews
- Kenneth (1/5): Avoid at all costs. - No housekeeping the entire time we were there. Advertised to have a hot tub and didn’t. Booking and the hotel kept blaming each other for the fraudulent listing . Management ducked me to avoid dealing with the issue. Couldn’t even get clean towels. Found a fingernail in my bed the first night.
- Brian (4/5): -
- String (1/5): It's a dump stay away - Dangerous spot. Lots of drug activity in the area. Loud and busy day and night. Terrible maid service. The staff send to sneer at you when they see you. It feels more like a jail than a hotel. Price is too high for a dump like this
- Dahlkey (1/5): - Nothing There was something on the ceiling and walls garbage on the floor under the bed found it when I was looking for the controller front desk was not nice there was hair in the shower counter. In the bathroom was not wiped down
The floor was sticky and when I laid in the bed.I felt like I was being eat by bugs
- CANDELARIO (1/5): -
- Lewis (1/5): Wouldn't stay there again. I only did because they showed a pool and hot tub on the sight - There was no breakfast They lied about having a pool and I couldn't understand the staff. I don't speak Spanish or there form of English. The tv only had basic channels??? To cheap to have a tv service for more channels or offer some.
- Jacqueline (3/5): Price for place to rest and relax for a short time is appropriate. - The only thing that was good was the price of the rim and that it had heat and air and the beds were clean and they had the selection of channels on the TV so for the price and just a place to sleep and bathroom there it did include a refrigerator microwave and towels. Also included an ironing board iron and blow dryer vending machines in the lobby for drinks and snacks that worked with either cash or card quiet hotel located right across the road from Del Taco and next-door to,I believe, a Jackson’s market for price, comfort & convenience it was okay. The front desk attendants were less than friendly or pleasant. Seemed to dislike their job very much in no hurry to attend to guests found the stepped away sign up on 3 attempts to speak w them (including at 8:15 AM during checkout to return the $50 cash deposit that was required for incidentals)
The bathroom was dirty the Kleenex box holder was rusted beyond use, drapes were shredded in many of the rooms as viewed from outside. There was NO carpeting in room. Could use a definite touch up to bring it up to minimal standards.
- Ricky (1/5): No tv - A working tv
- Gilberto (8/5): Bien - Dirección Qué cuando regrese en la noche mo habias disponibilidad y que no tienen as censor o elevator
- Ricky (1/5): Want a refund or discount on future stays. - The TV doesn't function properly. There was a MURDER across the hall from us. Any complaints or questions about a discount or refunds are met with total indifference
- Jakob (8/5): -
- Adam (1/5): -
- Nieves Ice (3/5): Very dirty outdated hotel - No breakfast available We should at least gotten room service
- Rasika (3/5): Nice place, incompetent staff - The room and bed were large and roomy. The bathroom door bags into whomever is using the toilet so it’s a bit tight! The room, bathroom, and bed were clean and comfortable. WiFi was free and worked great. Staff at the front desk was nice and helpful. We were woken up at 2am by loud noises in the hall, then a rap on our door. We were mostly asleep so we didn’t answer, and a few seconds later the door is actually opened! Thankfully, we had the safety latch on, and the door couldn’t open all the way, so the door was then closed. More loud voices and noise. We are freaked out that someone just knocked on our door and walked in our room, so we turn on the lights and call the front desk. No answer so we leave a voicemail. My husband then called 911 because now we are even more scared. Then we get another knock on the door, which my husband answers and there’s a man at the door telling us that the hotel’s system is down and they are going to all the guests rooms and asking the names of the persons who the rooms are rented out to. Remember, this is 2am. Really sucky.
Turns out the night staff somehow thought our room was empty and double booked it. They did not knock on every door to see who was in there… just ours.
- Earle (7/5): It s I fitted my needs. - What breakfast. Didn't know there was an offering of such.
Location is what it is. Near the airport...miles away from the city No opening windows to allow in fresh air.
- Brian (7/5): Good. - No
- Matthew (1/5): - The rooms were filthy
- Gary (4/5): - Comfortable bed. Nice size TV . TV needs to sit higher or be mounted. Cleanliness needs much improvement.
- Scott (7/5): Satisfactory - Location was good Older property with limited parking and rooms need updsting
- Harris (1/5): -
- Jason (3/5): - Soft beds Staff sucks
- Jennifer (3/5): Catfished by nightmare fuel hotel - The staff was kind when I thought I left my dogs medication behind and checked for me. I literally feel catfished by the photos of this place. Ever read a novel where the protagonist stops at the run down seedy hotel they’re sure is a former crime scene? That’s how I felt walking down the hall to my room.
This was bad. So bad I couldn’t even sleep I was so icked out. This place was grimy. You walk down a poorly lit hall with a super low drop ceiling, the smell of the staffs dinner pungent and thick in the air. It was so thick in fact I could still smell it in my clothes 7 hours after I left. It was bad.
The room looked sort of like the pictures in a way the woman who chain smokes hard , drinks hard, has gone through five husbands and likely will on day be on the receiving end of a Narcan shot use to be the prom queen in high school. Sure there’s a resemblance but in no way does she look the same. Room itself was… okayish. It 100% was questionable and I’m more than glad I didn’t have a black light on me. My plug for my charge fell out of the outlets which is both annoying and potentially a fire hazard or shock risk. You could not control the tool temperature only the speed of the fan so I got to freeze all night. There was a beat up fridge and microwave. One of the lights didn’t work. The bathroom was the worse… it was cracked down the middle and I couldn’t tell if the yellow blob in it was something they used to try to repair it or if it was something the prior guest coughed up and left. There wan no toiled paper… just facial tissue. The mirror frame was peeling. There was mildew everywhere. Where they had the nonslip surface in the tub, it was literally black with dirt around its border. I ended up putting down one of the bath towels into the tub to even attempt to shower because it was so nasty.
The biggest joke is I guess the building may have been owned by Hilton at some point and they still had the Hilton stickers on the mirror talking about how the bathroom was “sanitized” for the guests safety. The heck you say…
- Doug (2/5): Short thank goodness - Location My room heater didn’t work as the control knob was broken
- Nathan (1/5): - Easy check in The people in the room next to us were up all night playing there music very loud and the front desk would not pick up the phone at all. It was so bad we will not stay there agine
- Carlos Alberto (7/5): -
- Laura (2/5): -
- Donna (1/5): The first room the TV did not work. Moved to a second room and had the same issue. The person sent to fix did not spea - Nothing. It was not well kept up. Dirty!
- Laguera (5/5): Perfect place to spend the night if you are just passing by. - You get what you played for. Perfect for someone who is just passing by for the night. Bathroom was not the cleanest, could use some work.
- Whitlock (1/5): See above - Nothing. Noisy until 1am. People partying outside our windows. The room was filthy. No breakfast offered. Beds were OK. I would never stay there again, ever. Owner doesn't care about the property, just wants the cash for the room. The whole experience.
- Heather (3/5): - At least the rooms didn't have bed bugs The first room we were assigned was filthy, floors not cleaned tabletop and counters not clean. Second room was cleaner but the tv didn't work at all fire alarm went off at 11:30 at night for no reason, and continued for almost an hour. There was no one at the front desk during this time and no way to contact them even if there was, as there was no phone in the room either.
- Bruton (1/5): - There was not a single thing to like The Receptionist was rude, the room smelled like raw sewage, the towels and sheets were dirty and stained there was food left in the fridge and huge black spiders in the hallway. We ended up leaving and finding other lodging
- Paul (10/5): - The room was great and the parking was also
- Osmani (1/5): - The room was very dirty and smells too much smoke and cigarettes, and also dirty bed….
- Jenna (10/5): -
- Hugo (10/5): -
- Kristen (5/5): -
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Room was clean and hot water was awesome!
- Joel (10/5): - It was fine.
- Purcell (9/5): - Friendly staff! No hassles
- Wickstrom (3/5): I felt very uncomfortable with all the men hanging around outside. - The accomodations were adequate. Lots of sketchy characters hanging around and black mold in the shower. I guess you get what you pay for!
- Ray (7/5): Room ok - No breakfast Cleaned bathroom
- Julio (8/5): - Good
- Robyn (1/5): - It was cheap That it was dirty and loud
- Jenna (10/5): It was really good.we extended it for another day it was awesome wouldstay again - How nice the rooms were and how close they were to the stores and gas stations. Some of the visitors were rude. One said morning and i said morning back and they yelled at me saying we said morning. And the first night there someone was talking about guns and stuff like that. Didn’t feel safe at first.
- Charles (2/5): - No one at front desk trash in hallways horrible smell no parking bad smell.
- Leonard (6/5): -
- Erin (8/5): - Room was clean. Area was convenient for freeway.
- John (9/5): Great for solo travelers needing an economic place to stay a couple nights. - For a fast, weekend trip, and being a single man, this hotel was perfectly situated near the airport and accessible by car and uber and Lyft. It was even walkable to the football stadium. The key to the room didnt' always work.
- John (3/5): I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. - Nothing The hotel hallway smelled bad, the floors were sticky and it was full of furniture. The cleanliness of my room was terrible. The floors were sticky and had a film of grime, the tub was dirty so I didn’t use it, the bathroom counters had grime, all the light switches and switch plates were dirty. And to top it off the TV did not work.
- chad (8/5): - Really not a bad hotel especially for the price. Little old but I thought was still well kept up. Just off freeway but still wasn't that noisy. Would definitely recommend if your tight on funds but need a decent place to stay.
- Campbell (10/5): - The beautiful lady that checked me in. Put me in the perfect, quiet room. I slept so good on your comfy king size bed. Thank you so much.
- Moreno (5/5): -
- Brian (8/5): - Hotel was obviously split between travelers staying 2-3 nights and locals using it for extended stay. Hallways smell of various foods being cooked in the rooms- My room was quite nice and certainly served my needs for a five night stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Only a 200 foot walk to connect to local bus service.
- claudette (6/5): I don’t think I would stay there again. - The woman at the front desk was very professional and nice. The entire property needs a renovation. It’s very old and the hallways had an old smell to it.
- Sabrina (2/5): Cheap, yet still overpriced. Not worth the stay - Hardly any parking. Dirty hotel and room. We suspect sheets were not washed due to discoloration as well as crusty items on them. The room doesn’t look like it was wiped down, the bathroom fixtures were broken and some were rusty. The shower looked as if it hadn’t even been cleaned. There were spiderwebs and a massive spider guarding the bathroom. You could hear everything outside, in the hall, as well as on either side of the room where other guests were. Minor noises seemed amplified.
The only good thing about the room was that the bed itself was comfortable.
- Heather (2/5): - Many people hanging around, they appear to be using, they were talking in the hallway loudly until 2 am. Definitely more of a residential motel.
- Lacey (6/5): -
- Peter (7/5): -
- Alan (8/5): - Parking was great, staff were decent, room was in good shape but we had no toilet paper and the remote was missing. Once we got that brought to our room, it was quite lovely.
- wilmer (7/5): Solo dormir - Su ubicación El estacionamiento
- Baldocchi (7/5): - The TV was cutting out the whole time I was here I asked to have it looked at nothing got done to fix it
- Steven (2/5): - Dirty unsafe staff didn’t know what to do for an extra pillow or new fitted sheet since ours was filthy.
- Yushan (6/5): - Weird smell everywhere in hallway and room. Looks old, dirty.
- Hollinger (4/5): It was one of the worst places ever!!!!@ - There wasn't much I really liked. Where do I start? The bed was very uncomfortable, no clock on night stand, couch was absolutely disgusting, bathroom floor was extremely filthy. I realize the room was cheap but this place was gross. Also the picture you have online of the room looks nothing like what you get.
False Advertisement!
- Kenneth (8/5): - Upon arrival exterior and curtains gave us a bad feeling as to the condition of the rooms. Upon entering the property we were pleasantly surprised. Hallways and entry clean and neat. Room was large (handicap) and had good bed and bedding. Bathroom needed some debris cleaned off the floor and a severe lack of counter space in bath. Only real issue with the room was the ambient light from floodlights at neighbors property. It was very light in the room. Sure all south facing rooms have the same issues. Noise from people talking in rear parking lot late in the night. We’d stay here again just on the north side! Also never seen such tiny toilet paper rolls!!!
- Randall (2/5): - I pushed the pay at the property feature and you already attached to my CC I was told if I used a different card at the property I would be billed twice that's why I will never book through your company again
- James (5/5): -
- Camie (2/5): - TV didn’t work no hot water dirty felt unsafe
Person at front desk doesn’t speak English and way too pricey. I was moving across country and liters only stayed there for like 6hr nap to keep driving that’s how terrible it was. Also really expensive? I don’t know how people afford this dirty place. Never would stay there it was also loud and full of drunks and drug addicts
- PHYLLIS (6/5): - Not as clean as we would like.
- Favela (7/5): - The staff the location the area Could be cleaner and needs upgrades
- REBECCA (8/5): - It was what I needed for what it was.
- Takanori (8/5): - It is a reasonable price for a motel. Cleanness and amenity are minimally available. Wifi is slow.
- Bill (10/5): - This place has incredibly comfortable beds. I have stayed in both a double and a king room and was very pleased. Layout is nice tv is great. Could use a deep clean on the grout but for the price? Can’t beat it.
- Christopher Omar (2/5): - The bathroom was dirty and the TV didn’t work and it looked like they didn’t clean the room
- Ching (4/5): - Bed is tooooo soft, can’t sleep well. No phone in the room. TV is no signal.
- Rachel (10/5): - Alright
- Kaylee (1/5): - Nothing Never made it inside. Prostitution, drug deals, cops, man sitting in front of the door with no shoes drinking beer and smoking something unknown.
- Kelvin (7/5): -
- Caton (1/5): Not only will they steal your stuff, they'll do it as a team effort. - The night clerk at the front desk and the woman working the graveyard shift at the gas station next door. I was in Boise on a matter that did not have me in the right mind frame, ended up leaving a duffle bag with a lot of work gear, sentimental items, and personal items that are irreplaceable. When I received a call from the hotel telling me they had my bag and would hold for me or give to an individual that has a copy of my DL(keep in mind the hotel makes a copy of your driver license at check in) I gave them the name of my friend in the area and booked a flight back to boise. few days later I get there inform the clerk what I'm there for and his entire demeanor shifted to Customer Refusal. He found about twenty reasons not to check the lost and found and then was saved by some check ins. He then ran off to check for my bag, instead a woman(wife of man) came in and began Tel ing me their policy on items left behind. I read the policy on check in, signed it and fully knew I screwed up by not realizing I forgot the bag when I was already flying home, I explained to her that the policy didn't matter since I was called from the hotel and was told my bag was found and it would b available to me when I could pick it up. So she said let me see the number that called, I pulled it up and she said, "that is not our number." I kid you not she had a smirk on her face and was thinking she had gotten me, so I called the number, lol, her face when the phone in her hand started ringing with my name on the caller ID. At this point I was told to come back and speak to a manager tomorrow. So I checked into a different place came back and the woman who said inspected my room before my check out tried telling me, that the bag had been given to my friend that I approved to pick it up. Here's the best part, the individual that I approved, was standing next to me, she had picked me up from my hotel to give me a ride. DO NOT STAY AT THE AMERICAS BEST, THE RAMADA, OR THE LOTUS, THEY ARE ALL RAN BY THE SAME PEOPLE.
- Bryan (2/5): - The room was advertised as a four star when you got there it would be lucky to get two stars filthy dirty area outside look run down look unsafe did not even check in
- Julie (4/5): - Dirty and run down
- Smith (10/5): I enjoyed my time at the property I had no problem - Comfortable people courteous I did not see anything I did not like
- Trisha (4/5): - Definitely NOT family friendly! Very shady characters walking around in and out of the hotel all night. Obvious drug use going on in the parking lot. Large SHARPS container by the back entrance. I think that pretty much sums it up.
- Christiansen (1/5): Bad - Comfortable beds Asking for service animal papers
- Verified traveler (4/5): Needs updating - It was an alright not the best i have ever been at. The toilet ran all night. The sink dripped all night. The floor was sticky. The air-conditioning was at its best at 430 in the morning. Staff was alright but not to helpful would not recommend staying there. What did i expect for the price.
- Bill (8/5): - The staff was great. The receptionist was very helpful and she got us checked in and out efficiently. The TV had a problem and they had someone there to fix it in less than 10 minutes.
The only problem that we had was that the next door neighbor had a noisy dog and it made it difficult to sleep. Sad because the beds were comfortable and the climate control system worked well. Going to come back next week. Maybe we can get a little discount?
- Caton (2/5): Feel like I was literally robbed. - Cost was lower than what I normally spend in the area. EDIT(Was able to take the time to fly back to Boise to collect my belongings today, front desk gentleman told me to come back tomorrow, after I explained that I don't live in Idaho. Once he agreed to go check lost and found after 20 mins of this back and forth, he then began checking in a line of people rather than take a moment to grab my bag)Charged my deposit for dirty washcloths, left my dufflebag there by accident and have not heard from the hotel about it yet. Had important personal items and some of my winter work clothes. Total value is more than the two nights and deposit they charged. Bag had my name, phone number and address on it.
- Vanessa (3/5): Not even worth the price. - Not much of anything. The front desk lady was kind, and that was it. The curb appeal was terrible. The room was not cleaned at all. Only thing that seemed to be done, was fresh bedding. Bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. The rooms were not sound proof by any means. We could hear every little thing from inside our room.
- Isabella (2/5): - You get what you get for a low price. Stayed here just for a night while passing through. I understand the price I was paying and wasn’t expecting a 10/10 rating. The least the place could do is clean the rooms. Floors very dirty bedroom and bathroom looked like someone had spilt something sticky and walked all over the place, night stands had all kinds of stuff on them food on the edges or something, the smell in the place is horrible. The staff was great but the place it’s self needs lots of deep cleaning.
- Jacob (8/5): Solid value, comfortable room, convenient location near airport. - The lobby space and hallways gave me pause: low lighting, warped linoleum flooring, some dynamic characters in the neighborhood. However, the room itself was very pleasant: clean, functioning TV and A/C, hot water in the shower... everything you need in a hotel room, and the room itself was a great value for the price. I'd stay here again if in need of a budget option in the area. I'm sure the hotel is aware, but the flooring in the hallways is warped - could definitely be a tripping hazard for guests with mobility limitations.
- West (4/5): Disappointing - Price Outdated, no amenities, no parking
- Rosemary (4/5): - Curtains coming off rods, mold in bathtub and would not drain. 4 plugins not working and lampshades dirty and not good.
- Cam (5/5): Passable -
- Chris (7/5): Just a day but have stayed before - The process from the app to obtaining my room was easy and stress free theb staff was pleasant and professional.the tv and lights were on the room was clean and surprisingly spacious..airport is right across the freeway a gas station next door and fast food with in walking distance
- jolynn (2/5): - The property is very sketchy. Its not safe and I would never stay here again.
- Anthony (10/5): Check it out for yourself - The size and the affordability of the rooms. The location is ideal for food locations and the airport is right up the street. Nothing it was overall a great stay and experience for my first time there. I was told it was a bad area called the trifecta but I had zero issues. I wouldn't mind using this location again sooner than later.
- Mark (8/5): - Good value, clean, plenty of soap, towels etc. air conditioner worked well (hot day 98F)
- Reed (2/5): Facilities in poor shape. - Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Poor wi-fi. TV did not work. Missing fixtures. Tiny microwave. Drawers that would not close. Loose toilet.
- Keele (1/5): Don't stay there. - Nothing All of it was advertised it had a hot tub. They didn't even have a pool.
- Lisa (8/5): - Nice and convenient stop for the night.
