- Dennis (2/5): - Bedbugs - Bettwanzen - punaises The hotel is in a good location between the train station and old town. The receptionists are very friendly. We did not stay the night however because we found several bedbugs crawling around us when we laid down in the evening. I killed a couple of them, but the more we searched the pillows and sheets, the more bugs we found. We just fled to nice hotel across the street for the same price. The staff at the reception could not issue a refund or anything, which we understood. I mailed the responsible for this branch, the answer was just that no bed bugs were found, even tough i attached photos and videos as attachment. If you also encounter bed bugs on you stay here, do not expect any refund for your trouble or even any excuse from the responsibles.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good stay for the price you pay - The location is close to the station which is convenient. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. I stayed on a rainy cold day and there was no hairdryer in the room, the reception told me where to check and if I didnt find the one in the room, i can come back and ask for one. And indeed there was no hairdryer, went back to ask the reception to borrow one, they said the hair dryer they had in storage was already borrowed. It was not a very convenient night, sleeping with wet hair…

Par ailleurs, j'ai trouvé le système de ventilation extrêmement bruyant. Pour le reste tout est bien : la propreté, le personnel, les différents services (petit déjeuner, parking, etc)

- audrey (8/5): Bien pour un court séjour - Très bon séjour, l'hôtel est très bien situé proche de la gare, du centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied. le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute, le concept tout recycler et zéro gaspi est bien étudié. Très bon hôtel pour quelques jours de visite ou pour le travail. Bon à savoir le stationnement dans la ville est pratiquement payant partout, mais très bien desservi par les transports en commun.

Deux bémols : accessoires minimalistes dans la salle de bain : pas de savon pas de verre ou gobelet, une seule serviette. C'est insuffisant. Et pas de télécommande pour la TV. C'est proportionnel au tarif. Moi ça me va j'ai peu de besoin.

Apparemment, d'après l'odeur, il n'est pas interdit de fumer dans l'établissement mais c'est propre. L'hotel est somme toute assez bien et pas mal situé près de la gare et Pour les voyageurs en voiture comme moi, le parking est le bienvenu ! Dans l'ensemble c'est pas mal.
