• Celine (5/5): - Une nouveauté pour moi passer de code en code ..ça ne m à pas plus du tt pas pratique à mon sens ...mais à ma décharge nous sommes arrivés à 19 h donc pas de réception physique possible ...cependant il faut reconnaître que le propriétaire c est déplacé...même si ça l à bien ennuié quand même !!!😅 nous l avons emplement bien rentis !😊.

• André Felipe (8/5): - Pertinho da estação de trem, a comodacao tem um quarto espaçoso e um banheiro com bom chuveiro. Há um ponto de ônibus na esquina que te leva ao centro da cidade em poucos minutos. O sistema de check in é complicado se você não tem dados móveis internacionais. Pense também em levar um power bank pra rua com você. Caso seu celular fique sem bateria você não entra em casa.

Mi dispiace ma per esempio questo non dovrebbe mai succedere. Mi è stata data solo un'asciugamano il telo doccia, ma non posso asciugare la faccia dove asciugo il c...o.

• Kerstin (7/5): - Nära stationen och lätt att hitta dit. Skön säng, balkong. Väldigt mycket information och väldigt mycket att skriva in digitalt innan man fick tillträde till lägenheten. Lite trixigt för oss äldre med mycket digitalt med systemet "Vikey". När vi väl kommit in i lägenheten och skulle ha en kod för att få tag på nyckeln till rätt rum var det stopp. Vi insåg inte att den infon inte fanns på mail utan på "hantera bokning" på bookings sida. När vi skulle ringa värden var telnumret som fanns på bokningssidan ej i bruk och ett annat nummer vi hittade i lägenheten fanns ingen som svarade. Väldigt svårt att smyga till toaletten på natten då dörrarna var mycket ljudliga. Hoppas att även detta negativa kommer med för att informera till andra "icke-digitala"

• Ana Olívia (9/5): Very good! I was a bit afraid of being disappointed with the accommodation because of some reviews here, but it was much - • The location is great! It’s about a 5–8 minute walk from Porta Nuova station and close enough to walk to several tourist attractions. • The check-in was VERY EASY! However, you do need internet access and a mobile phone to complete it, so be aware and prepared for that. • One day before my arrival, the host sent me the website form to access the accommodation and then answered my questions by message. They were not rude at ANY point. • After completing the form, I received instructions on how to access the apartment. You literally just press a button on your phone at the gate and doors, and collect the room key from the lockbox next to the room’s door. Everything was very intuitive and easy. • The room looked exactly like the photos and was MUCH better than I expected. It was spacious and very clean. • The kitchen was well equipped. • The bathroom was very clean and organized. • You could hear some conversations from other guests, but nothing that disturbed the stay. • The kitchen kettle was dirty (I believe a guest used it and didn’t wash it).

• Konrad (8/5): Umständliche Anmeldeprozedur, insgesamt aber in Ordnung - Unterkunft sauber, Zimmer praktikabel eingerichtet, Bad renoviert. Dekoration ist Geschmacksache - ich hätte statt einer Lampe mit 4 Meter Umfang lieber ein 2 Meter langes Bett gehabt, bei dem man als durchschnittlich großer Mann nicht unten die Füße heraushängen muss. Die Matratze war aber bequem. Insgesamt ist die Wohnungseinrichtung durchaus gut, wenngleich die vorhandene Gemeinschaftsküche nur sehr eingeschränkt genutzt werden kann bzw. darf. Zur Anmeldung müssen vorab nicht nur Ausweiskopien versandt werden, sondern zusätzlich jeweils ein Foto jeder Person zusammen mit dem jeweiligen Ausweis. Das fanden wir unverhältnismäßig. Kein persönlicher Kontakt. Checkin und das Öffnen der Türen per Internetbrowser sind umständlich und kosten Zeit. Funktioniert haben sie aber. Ansonsten: In den Gemeinschaftsräumen extreme Verwendung von Duftmitteln (Raumspray etc.), so dass man dort Mühe hatte, zu atmen. Im Zimmer war das aber zum Glück nicht der Fall, dort war die Luft ok.

• Olga Szyszka (1/5): - Zostałam poinformawana zbyt późno o tym że możliwe jest zameldowanie fo 19:30, pojawiliśmy się w obiekcie po 20:00 ze względu na remonty torów kolejowych pomiędzy Bergamo a Veroną trzeba było podróżować transportem łączonym zastępczym - pociągowo_ autobusowym który niestety stał w korkach i już nie było możliwości odbioru obiektu ani klucza i zostaliśmy wieczorem w Veronie na lodzie bez noclegów na kolejne dwie noce, próbowałam rozmawiać z właścicielem chociaż o realizacji chociaż drugiej zarezerwowanej nocy jednak On mówił że nie zamierza przyjechać i udostępniać nam pokoju. Brak elastyczności że strony właściciela i odwołanie rezerwacji po moim telefonie zaraz po 20:00 że jesteśmy pod wskazanym adresem i jak.możemy dostać się do pokoju. Mogliśmy poczekać jednak właściciel nie zamierzał ani na pierwszą ani na drugą noc udostępnić Nam pokoju już opłaconego wcześniej.

Le altre hanno un bagno in comune.Una cucina a disposizione dei clienti con tutte le attrezzature necessarie tipo frigorifero forno forno a microonde tostapane bicchieri posate piatti etc e una zona comune con tavolini in cui potersi fermare per la colazione. Il gestore x qualsiasi necessità risponde subito al telefono. Il check si fa autonomamente quindi non si incontra nessuno. Veramente molto soddisfatta. Le luci un po' basse ma niente di ché

La caccia al tesoro mi divertiva da ragazzo non per accedere alla mia camera. Insonorizzazione insufficiente, anche se molto dipendeva dalla gentile ospite (?) che ha deciso di fare una videocall in spagnolo a toni alti nella hall di fronte alla mia camera dalle 23 a mezzanotte per poi andarsene (senza smettere di parlare) quando sono uscito dalla stanza. Nessun supporto o indicazione per la prima colazione. Alcuni elementi chiaramente risentono del tempo e della mancanza di cura. Non ritornerò

• Patsey (8/5): Pleasant and convenient. - I felt safe. I liked the kitchen and communal space. If you have mobility issues there’s a lift and the shower is really big and there’s no step in or out of it. However there was a step up into the bathroom. It’s a good 20 minute walk into town. Which was ok for me. I also walked from the train station which took 15 minutes…… I was constantly worried that if my battery died on my phone I wouldn’t be able to access the building! I was also a bit cold as there was only a sheet and thin cover on the bed. There was an old fleece in the wardrobe but I didn’t like the look of it.

• Katharina (8/5): Total angenehmer Aufenthalt, Küche spärlich ausgestattet, sonst top. - Das Zimmer war super, auch das Bad war top. Und der Check in und Check out komplett problemlos. Die Küche war leider etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Kein scharfes messer, keine großen schüsseln, auflaufformen, keine kleinen Löffel. Also der Ofen und die Mikrowelle waren super, nur leider wenig da damit man sie wirklich zum selber kochen verwenden konnte
• Isabelle (6/5): Wegen der Lage für 1 Nacht ok - Die Lage ist großartig. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist günstig. Das Innendesign der Wohnung hat mir gut gefallen. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet und dreckig. Das Bad ist ein Gemeinschaftsbad, obwohl das nicht extra angegeben ist.

The guy was extremely rude when I phoned to figure out the access - I had initially thought it was a hotel, although maybe not a very conventional one. Didn’t even pretend to be in a customer service position and they don’t seem to care as they are shoving 5 rooms into one apartment with one bathroom. Check out at 10:30 is taking it to a new level of ridicule, especially when 5 rooms need to use the bathroom in morning. Next it will be 9am and no bathroom.
• sarah (7/5): Good overall - Easy enough to get in and out with key and wifi on phone. unsure what you do if no phone, and i had no wifi to start with. but staff helpful in getting me into hotel as met me there, ok after had wifi. Good shower and good shared space with tables. Location was close to the bus station but out of the city. Not too far but about 20min walk to square. All restaurants in the city. Kitchen not really useable apart from fridge, bowls etc dirty so had to wash before using for my breakfast.

Zu Fuß sind es dann nur 3 Minuten gewesen. Ich habe den Eingang zu dem Haus erst im zweiten Anlauf gefunden. Aber dann war alles gut.

Se pagó una habitación con dos camas y una de ellas estaba sin hacer; mi hijo tuvo que dormir conmigo. En el check-in y sin previo aviso a la reserva exigieron fotografía de las dos caras del documento de identidad; en Italia es necesario identificarse, pero no aportando la imagen completa del documento personal; mucho cuidado con esto.

• Tamás (10/5): Praktikus elhelyezkedésű szállás a városközponthoz közel - Jó elhelyezkedésű szállás. Közel található a városközponthoz, akárcsak a vasúti pályaudvarhoz, ahonnan több utazást tehető a környező városokba (Bologna, Brescia, Bergamo). A bejelentkezés 14 órától volt elérhető, a csomagmegőrzés nem lehetséges. Újszerű bejelentkezési mód, de könnyen akceptálható. A fürdőszoba nem szellőztethető megfelelően, miután a balkonra nyíló ajtó a rajta elhelyezett felirat alapján nem használható a vendégek számára.
• Rosemarie (9/5): I would recommend this property. Please note that the contactless system took a bit to understand but we got through it. - Close to the Train Station. Spacious bedroom, good sized bathroom, room to move with our luggage. Nice big window to let fresh air and light in. Very secure property with security gates at entrance and front door into building complex. The bed and pillows were a little hard for our liking.

• Lidia (3/5): No recomendable - El checkin autónomo No recomendaría este alojamiento. Creo que es el peor lugar en el que me alojado nunca. Precio desorbitado para lo que es. Decoración terrible, todo está como dejado (el secador está todo quemado y deshecho, las fundas de los cojines sucias, las almohadas son incomodas y llenas de bolas…). Una pena porque con mas cariño podría funcionar!
