• Ruyman (8/5): Corta pero muy disfrutada - Su facilidad para entrar y salir cómodamente sin llaves y a cualquier hora, su ubicación tan céntrica a pocos pasos de la Puerta del Sol, plaza mayor y Mercado de San Miguel Evidentemente no es culpa del lugar sino de la situación pero hay bastante ruido exterior por ser una zona tan céntrica de Madrid y estar cerca de una pequeña plaza

• Yuksel (8/5): Good value for money. Excellent location. Clean room. Would definitely come back if in Madrid again. - The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived within the reception hours 2pm to 10pm and was greeted by the receptionist. Had no problems with lock. Room was clean and comfortable. Electric kettle was welcome. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so we had to open the window a bit, which let street noise in.

• McIntosh (8/5): Great location and Staff, we will be back! - This was a great location near everywhere we had planned on going. The room was well situated and very clean. Small fridge was nice to have as was the bottle of water. The staff worked with us on dropping of our luggage early before check in, much appreciated!!! Also an issue with the door code was corrected right away! Awesome staff!! Thank you! It would be nice to have a wash cloth in the bathroom, as there was only the hand towels and bath towels. We are just used to having them. And although the elevator works great, the stairs are a bit dilapidated and very uneven. It makes it a bit tricky if going that way, and we are stair people, it is part of our daily routine to help keep us in better shape. Small things that did not take away from the best parts! Thanks!

Tendo em conta que estávamos no centro do centro de Madrid, poderia significar algum ruído, mas não aconteceu: as janelas mantêm o silêncio perfeito dentro do quarto. Extremamente limpo, fácil de aceder através de código e com facilidades para guardar as malas antes do check-in e depois do check-out. A Helena foi um encanto de paciência, super simpática e atenciosa. Voltaremos sem dúvida. Esteve sempre tudo bem.

• Klaus (10/5): Das Zentrum von Madrid, direkt vor der Haudtüre - Zentral gelegen und trotzdem eher ruhig. Pastelería Santa Eulalia mit dem besten Frühstück ever an der selben Strasse. Der Plaza de Mayor ist direkt neben an. Mitten im Barrio Austrias findet man auf Schritt und Tritt feine kleine Details die den Aufenthalt speziell machen. Gleich gegenüber des Bypillow Citadel ist übrigens der älteste Sohn von Gayo auf die Welt gekommen. Das Schlesssystem ist nicht unproblematisch. Um die Zimmertüre zu öffnen, brauchten wir immer mehrere Anläufe. Sonst waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden.

• Piotr (5/5): - The room was fine and had everything I needed. Nothing extraordinary, but the bed was super comfortable and the location was amazing. On the first night, there was no hot water. When I called the emergency line, I was told to go to sleep and that it would be fixed in the morning. The person kept saying ‘good night’ repeatedly, which felt dismissive in that situation.

Reformado con gusto y bien atendido. - Hostal modesto pero reformado con mucho gusto, actualizado, muy bien pensado y equipado con todo lo necesario y con detalles propios de alojamientos de segmento superior. Habitación amplia, muy bien aprovechada. Muy limpio. Taquillas en recepción que hacen muy cómodo el dejar el equipaje. Personal amable y acceso cómodo y atendido. Zona inmejorable. La cama podría mejorarse por una de mejor calidad/ menos gastada. Algunos elementos de mobiliario repasar el desgaste. Con eso ya sería perfecto.

• Adrián (8/5): Perfecto para escapada express - Está nuevo casi todo, bonito y bien cuidado. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Ubicación inmejorable, sobre todo para turismo, a mi me vino bien por trabajo también. Detalles a valorar como secador y plancha de vapor. La ducha es pequeña (mino 1,80m y soy delgado) al lavarme la cabeza me daba los codos en las paredes o mampara y me costaba girarme. Tampoco tenía mucha presión el agua… Le faltan detalles como: Enchufes en el escritorio o cerca, la nevera podría estar más integrada con el diseño y no en el medio de la habitación, no había escobilla, la luz en el baño es bonita pero pobre en el espejo, no tienen las luces bien conmutadas… detalles fáciles de subsanar, nada preocupantes.

• David (10/5): Could not recommend this place more - First of all the attention given by all the staff was superb!! Always keen to help, with a good attitude all the time. The room was cleaned everyday and it looked as if I was just arriving for the first time. They had essentials like coffee, tea, a kettle, mini fridge and even biscuits. A plus for me was having a wardrobe and an in-suit so you don’t have to share with anyone. They provide you with amenities like shampoo, shower gel and even conditioner and I have to say I wanted to take them home cuz they were good quality. And the bed was super comfy. The hotel was very close to everything, minutes walking from gran via and Sol but also the neighbourhood where is located (Opera) had many things to see. They don’t have a night receptionist but they have someone on call ready to assist you if you need them when out of hours. Honestly I could not recommend this place more I liked it all

• Rouse (9/5): Para repetir! - Habitación muy correcta. Espaciosa. Baño amplio. Camas super comodas. Muy limpio. Ubicacion muy centrica. Hemos ido andando a todos sitios pero dispones de la estación de metro a poco mas o menos de 1 minuto. Dejamos equipaje en los "lockers" que disponen y nos facilitó la estancia el dia de la salida. Toallas grandes y suaves!! El agua del baño salía poco caliente para mi gusto pero es algo personal.

Royal palace, San Miquel Mercado, Templo de Debod in 5-15 min walking distance. This is an old building and if you have a louder neighboor you can hear everything. Busy area so there are many turist until about midnight.
