Guest Reviews
- Carol (8/5): - Staff was nice. Location was good. It was convenient to have other things located nearby. There was no comforter on one of the beds & the bathroom had someone's hair on the floor.
- edgardell (8/5): Negative Initial / Ending OK - Upon arriving, it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned (the beds were made haphazardly, and the bathroom (especially the toilet) was dirty. After complaining, the front attendant gave us an upgraded room, which was ok.

- Chris (9/5): - We just stayed for the night as we were passing through. It was a good clean room. Staff was friendly. It was an overall easy experience. Conveniently located to I95. Even with the $10 parking fee it was still $7 cheaper than anything else I found and that area. Breakfast was as good as any other hotel breakfast.
- Monet (7/5): Really good location and very comfy and convenient buy ya own breakfast - Rooms and location very comfy Police presence makes you feel like you’re in the hood. Breakfast was only pancakes waffles and eggs and toast no meats as if they ran out and were waiting for a delivery. Breakfast was sad! Kids playing doorbell ditch on handicap rooms!
- trina (8/5): Welcoming and comfy - the location and the staff, easy check in and the room was comfy. The breakfast was good and my checkout was amazing as well. no dislikes. Fresh coffee at night and early in the morning at 4am..I love that, because I'm a coffee drinker. N/A

- Tammy (1/5): Horrible - Convenient to the airport. Our tv was not hooked up so we could not watch h it. The door would not lock. I am extremely disappointed and would like to discuss a refund.
- Anton (8/5): Other than a few issues, the day was very good - When the elevator broke, the cleaning crew absolutely rocked it!!! They help my wife get down the stairs, carrying her scooter and our luggage. They were there to assist in anyway they were absolutely fantastic!!!! The room was nice and clean and everything worked well. In the handicap room, the beds were too high. My my wife would not have been able to get into the bed if it wasn’t for my help. I never had to pay for parking before this is the first. The elevator broke just before checkout. My wife had to slide down the steps to get to the first floor since we were on the fourth.

- DinaAlb (2/5): Broke Elevator, Lack of Clean Rooms and Overcharged. - When we first arrived, the manager gave us a room on the fourth floor. He instructed us that we had to go to the first floor by the stairs and bring the elevator down because it won’t come down on its own. When we went to the fourth floor our room was dirty. We returned downstairs and got another room. That room was also so dirty. The manager then accompanied me to the fourth floor and after two rooms, he finally found me a clean room. I asked him for the keys. He stated that if I needed keys, I can come down and get one.
I was also overcharged $89. I contacted the manager three times and he never contacted me back. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. I never experienced such service or should I say lack of service.
- Mark (6/5): - Very Helpful staff at checkout and with a printing request The room was too warm at check-in
- Farouk (3/5): Very poor management and disrespectful staff at the facility - The location was good. My room wasn’t clean for my entire stay and I have so my own bed and go the front desk for new towels and when I asked the front desk told me the cleaners only take the trash and give you a new bedsheets so you can do your own bed.I requested for iron to iron my desk but I didn’t get one and nobody seems to care about you at the facility, front desk are rude and so to the cleaners.

- AmberleighP (4/5): Friendly staff, but many disappointing issues during our stay. - While the hotel staff we interacted with were very nice and polite, unfortunately our overall stay had many issues that significantly impacted our experience.
We traveled with a large group of 16 people, and when we arrived none of our rooms were ready, which made check-in very difficult for our group.
When we were first assigned a room, we discovered the bed was unmade, the shower was dirty, and the room smelled strongly of marijuana, even though we were told the room had already been cleaned. We had to go back downstairs and request another room.
Throughout the property, the hallways and stairwells smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, which was very unpleasant.
There were also several maintenance issues. The elevator was not working, and the thermostat in our room did not function properly. The toilets in the rooms were extremely low to the ground, which made them uncomfortable to use.
Another major issue was the complete lack of housekeeping service. During our entire stay, none of the rooms were cleaned. Trash was never emptied and beds were never made. We called multiple times requesting clean towels, but none were ever delivered.
The snack, coffee, and tea area was not restocked, and breakfast options were very limited. The same items—eggs and sausage—were served each day with no variety. Additionally, no breakfast was available on Sunday morning, despite it being advertised on the website, because the employee responsible for breakfast arrived late.
We were also surprised to discover a $10 per day parking fee, which was not clearly advertised on the website when making the reservation.
Again, the staff members we spoke with were courteous, but the lack of preparation for our group, poor housekeeping, maintenance problems, and misleading information on the website made this stay very disappointing.
- demetrius (9/5): -
- Erica (3/5): - Staff was friendly. Entire 3rd floor (and common areas) absolutely reeked of marijuana. Traveling with a small child, it was completely unacceptable. Elevator was broken and had to have staff run to the 2nd floor to bring it down. Room was freezing. Super unideal stay.
- Destination541288 (4/5): Know before you go - Be aware, this hotel is not super clean. Carpet and walls in room were filthy. If you are expecting to use the airport shuttle service, know it's shared overnight with the hotel next door and could affect their ability to accomodate you. We ended up ordering an uber because they couldn't accommodate just the 2 in our party at 4:30am due to a "large group" next door.
- Fearless05278392623 (10/5): Nice and Convenient - We were traveling for vacation out of the country. This place has very dependable places to park our car. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly. We could schedule our rides in and out of the airport without any problems.
- Parker (7/5): - The parking lot was not maintained and it was impossible to find a spot to park due to the snow
- Jus B (7/5): Pleasant and neat - It was neat and near food Breakfast was trash. For the amount of money paid, it should've been way better. Walls are too thin. You can hear everything. Water pressure was horrible
- Bruce (1/5): Disappointed. - The breakfast was below standard. Few choices, very lacking, only coffee, cereal, fruit and yogurt. No hot options, although there appeared to be a non working pancake machine. The tv remote in our room wasn’t functioning very well. We had great difficulty changing tv stations, and we were unable to turn the tv off via remote. In addition, the cover of the floor heating system fell off in the middle of the night! We were told by the checkout staff that the best that they could do to compensate us for the problems, was to forgive the $10 parking fee.
- Shannon (4/5): - The convenience and location to the Xfinity Center. That was about all I liked from this hotel. I liked how it was out of the city but close enough. The girl at the front desk wasn't friendly. Nothing was explained like the wi-fi, breakfast, check out time. I had to look all of that up. The bathroom was dirty. The shower had no shampoo. Two bottles of conditioner were in the shower. TV remote kept sticking. The room I got was not the room that I booked.
- Daniel (2/5): Poor experience, hardly slept, I would not stay here again. - Bed was comfortable. Wasn't super clean, but the room itself didn't feel dirty. The heater was broken and stayed on constantly in the room. Had to open the window (28 degrees outside) to try to cool it off inside. It didn't work very well, but made the room very loud because the interstate was right outside. The outlet I plugged my phone in didn't work (I didn't notice), so my phone didn't charge. I used a white noise app on my phone to try to drown the sounds of the highway. Desk called me at 11:45 pm to confirm shuttle for 3:30am. Because my phone didn't charge, it was dead, so I randomly woke up at 3:49 am, 19 minutes after the shuttle was supposed to come. I rushed down to meet the shuttle which, in spite of the 11:45 pm call verifying that I reserved it, was still not actually reserved and never came. So I had to wait for the shuttle to come. Apparently the hotel's shuttle wasn't working (it had picked me up the previous night but the sliding door on the shuttle was missing the handle, so the driver had to reach through and open from the inside), so they called a shuttle from another nearby hotel? I think that's what they said. I don't know where it actually came from, I just new it was later than I was. I made my flight though, barely. But this was a mess.
- Andre (6/5): Work trip - Not to bad at all. Breakfast cereal and water
- Sabapathy (5/5): -
- Talia (1/5): Horrible - My stay was horrible. Staff have no clue what they doing they have charged my card with out my permission inaccurately more then once! Then trying to get the manager on the phone to fix it is like trying to get in contact with the president! I’m still waiting on a refund from an unauthorized charge! I will never stay here again !
- terry (10/5): New manager has too many annoying new rules - New manager has too many annoying new rules.. New manager has too many annoying new rules..

Me and my friend wa - The neighborhood They put me in a room that wasn’t that was not cleaned. Both beds were dirty and messed up. Trash was in the room and shit was in the toilet. They gave me a dirty room and had to switch my room so me and my friend was so uncomfortable. We stayed for an hour and left. They did not even offer a discount or anything they sent me to a dirty room.
- Lorraine (9/5): Pleasant, staff was very informative, kind, helpful and served with a smile. - My room was clean, breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant and kind at all times. They are very welcoming morning, noon and night. No complaints
- Fritz (8/5): Insgesamt eine gute Adresse für Airport-Nähe. - Frühstück vergleichsweise vielfältig. Erfreulich. Na ja, Parkgebühren müssen im Autoland USA nicht positiv bewertet werden. Eine Unsitte, die einreißt.

- Nathaniel (3/5): The room was great, but the staff and the parking fee is enough for me to avoid this place next time - The room itself was okay, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for what I needed. The staff was an absolute joke. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. The staff was an absolute joke. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. The staff was an embarrassment to customer service everywhere. Paying for the half empty lot right outside the door seemed like kind of a rip off, I wont stay here again, but just tell them you dont t have a car and save the money.
- Terry (10/5): Always a great place to stay. - Great hotel Everything was great.
- Jasmine (10/5): - I loved the room lay out and all the extras like hook with luggage holder and nook
- Erin (3/5): Had to change rooms because the room smelled so bad. In the morning housekeeping staff just walked into room without kno - Front desk staff on shift at night and morning were very nice and helpful with everything.

- Pzzldy2221 (3/5): Never staying here again - The price and location. When we had problems the manager Tyson was an absolute wonderful guy. The front desk clerk had to personality at all, was also very rude. The first room they gave us was still being cleaned. The 2nd room they gave us had no working tv, no working bathroom light and no working light when you walk thru the door. Room was dark. Moved us to our third room and it was only one bed, tv worked but on only one Chanel. We gave up after that.
- Andre (8/5): I will stay again - Location from work Cleanliness, breakfast
- Rosemary (1/5): Service overall was terrible. - Not much If new management took over it's terrible. Called for the shuttle and the person at the desk told us the driver didn't show up. She left us there for over an hour at the airport in the cold. We got to the hotel on our own and the person, I think her name tag said Cam, didn't seem to care about anything. You advertise 24/7 shuttle service but that wasn't available. Trouble with the tv in the room but we were told there isn't any maintenance on duty to fix the situation. Once again this staff person didn't seem to care. You really need to educate your DEI hires as to what customer service means. You're in the hospitality business and the service in this facility has gone down tremendously.
Breakfast is terrible. We've stayed in this facility in the past numerous times and lately the service has been terrible. WE were to stay there January 3 - 5 but canceled the reservation due to our prior bad experience. Not saying I will never stay at a Microtel in the future but will not be staying at this one anymore.
- Bob (9/5): -
- Nicole (5/5): Please have a better management, the morning food was so unhealthy, no fruits, just bread and pancakes - It was decent for the price, I didn’t like the tv doesn’t working, asked for the remote but still didn’t work. They changed me bc the tv. But the room where the did was already with people there. I told to the front desk I’ll be back. I’m gonna grab some food. When I got back I was late and just went to my original room with my family. Surprise, someone walked in at the middle of the night. At the next they said I’m in the system for that room. I said. I told to the lady the new room that she put me was already with people.

- Goodrum (9/5): Great Location, Great staff and a overall great stay I will be booking again! - I really enjoyed the room setup. It was very nice, and I could see my car from the window. It was surrounded by a gas station and some food places. The tub could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I believe it was worth the money.
- Leila (10/5): - Very convenient and clean. Perfect location. $100 hold on my account even for 1 night.
- brian (8/5): - Booking owe me money Booking owe me money i paid at hotel and Booking
- Phyllis (4/5): The location was convenient, but there is NO breakfast as advertised, and a SURPRISE PARKING FEE. - The motel is in a convenient location. We have stayed there several times. There is no breakfast. If you think a slice of bread and a pat of fake butter is breakfast, that's what there is. There used to be eggs, bagels, potatoes, muffins and waffles. They advertise breakfast. This is FALSE.
Also, they have started charging 10.00 per car per night to park as a paying customer in their lot. This is just a rip off, and you don't know about it until check in. Also, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bath.
The quality has gone down from a year or two in the past.
- Corinne (7/5): - The location is excellent. The hotel is right off the interstate near a gas station and restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The free breakfast is disappointing. We were charged a $10 parking fee for an overnight stay.
- Millicent (4/5): This hotel is a BYOB—bring your own, blankets, etc., towels, and breakfast. - Location—accrssible to the city and suburban malls This Wyndum hotel must be on the nauty list. hotel does not provide blankets. This hotel dies not provide adequate towels—check-in was detailed eating for a towel delivery. Don’t advertise breakfast if you are out of supplies.
- Corinne (7/5): Our Stay in Ridley Park - The location was excellent. It was located right off the interstate near a restaurant and gas station. The breakfast was disappointing. There were very few selections and they were out of plates. There were some bowls for cereal.
There was a ten dollar parking fee for our one night stay.
- Quadeer (7/5): -
- Ronald (1/5): I stayed for 2 to 3 hours and the other room and we left we did not feel comfortable - When I arrived and I receive my room, he gave me room 212. I opened the door and it was dirty. Both beds were dirty. The bathroom was dirty with shit in the toilet. The room has not been cleaned at all me and my guest walked in there, and it was a total wreck. I went downstairs complain to the person at the desk. They gave me another room, but I never feel comfortable. The vibe was very bad. It was very despicable. They did not even give me a discount or apologize that’s not right.

- pook67 (6/5): The Breakfast From Hell! - The breakfast was a joke. This is the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel where there were no eggs, bacon or sausage etc. The pancake machine was out of order, the juice machine was out of order, everything else was either a bagel , muffin, sugary cereal. Totally disgusting and no way to start your day. I have no intention of returning to this hotel based on this horrible breakfast . On a positive note, the staff was very pleasant.
- michaeltG992DV (2/5): Bait and Switch - bait and switch!!!! I booked this hotel because I am a Wyndham rewards member My main criteria was to have a free hot breakfast included with my stay. Which was advertised at this location. After I arrive I was stunned to find out that the hot breakfast was discontinued weeks before my arrival. All they had to do was Email me or text me as a courtesy about my reservation being changed because the hot breakfast was not available anymore, NO such consideration here I would have gladly changed my reservation to a different hotel that could accommodate my needs. The so called continental breakfast that they offered was stale bread stale pancakes from a machine and NO butter!!! the second day they bought in stale bagels. the juice machine was broken and The muffins were also stale !!!!!!! inedible food!!!!!! Then the first evening I tried to take a shower and it was ice cold the second night I tried to take a shower and it was warm at best. The staff was friendly but this hotel does not deserve the Wyndham moniker!!!!!!!!!!! I could go on and nit pick all of the inconsistencies about this Ridley Park PA Microtel by Wyndham hotel but I digress

- April (5/5): The location is what keeps me coming back. Hopefully they’ll upgrade soon. - The location. It’s out of the way but close to downtown Philly. There’s a Cracker Barrel on premises, as well as a Royal Farms. There’s a Denny’s and a diner approximately 7 minutes away to your right and a shopping center that includes a Walmart, supermarket, hair store, dollar tree and many other places to your left. The water pressure is horrible. The hot water last for approximately 6 minutes. The satellite cable is outdated. Also if you book through a 3rd party like Booking.com, they charge an extra $10per night for parking and there’s no security.
