- Charity (7/5): Pleasant, we would stay again. - The pool was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and it was a decently quiet location. The wifi was really rough and the AC unit felt more like a fan.
- Joseph (1/5): The worst. - We liked the close proximity to the beach. The room smelled instantly of rotting food and must when we opened the door. The room was not cleaned, but the beds were made. still trash in both the bathroom and the main room. dirty rags in the sink and there was no soap in the bathroom. The wood floors had grit and dirt throughout and were sticky. Even if it was cleaned, the mold in the bathroom and around the base boards was gross. With the air conditioner on, it was too cold, but with it off the room was hot, smelly and musty. We left a day early because we refused to stay another night. They also refused to refund me because we used booking.com and it looks to be impossible to get in touch with anyone at booking.com to help resolve the issue.

Instead got a regular room. Ceilings were cracked water damaged. Microwave not working fridge worked fine. Floors looked like someone used a crayon on it.

Also there was a used soap in the shower, although how anyone could shower in freezing water is beyond me. There was a wet towel in the corner of the shower. I guess it leaked Needs a lot of updating

But I loved the fact that they put us beside each other. I would definitely go back. The other visitors were very friendly and we had a lot of fun chatting with them after we returned from our day at the beach. Loved it. And Ron was very helpful. It didn't have a fan and the only window was in the bathroom

There was a very stale odor in our room of must/mold that we could not tolerate for the 2nd night and we decided to check out early. The room overall did not feel very clean (bathroom/floors). We requested a refund for the 1 night we did not stay and were denied.

- Patrick (10/5): Great place to stay at a great price! - It was the perfect size for 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved the kitchenette. The pool was a great amenity. The beach lobster farm stand right next store great prices and friendly. The staff at the landings were very nice and helpful. The location is close enough to walk to the pier and the beach. We had a great time and at an affordable rate. We will be back!

AC hardly worked and smelled like must. We left early, my toddler was covered in filth. So disgusting with kids

The door to the bathroom didn’t close, the showerhead was leaking and the water from that was bouncing out of the tub so there was a puddle on the floor, the bed was super uncomfortable and the air conditioner was so loud it was difficult to sleep or watch tv while it was on.It cost us over $350 for the night so I expected a bit more, I’m glad it was only for one night.

However it was too cramped for 7 people & would’ve been unco - It was cute and was located in a good area with easy access to the place & its surroundings. The cost was reasonable for the amount of guests. The staff were accommodating as we were arriving late due to a cancelled flight. It was very cramped for 7 of us. There was one tiny bathroom that you hit your knees on the wall when you sat on the toilet. No rug at the front door so the floor got dirty fast even though we only stayed overnight.

- Judy (1/5): Very disappointed - The staff was very nice and the location was good. The cottage was very dirty. The floors made our feet black. The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was a dirty towel on the shower floor that was left from the previous guest. The rooms were extremely small with nothing to hang clothes. My grandchildren had to sleep on a futon that was as hard as a rock. The shower was not big enough for my 6' son in law.or or anyone else. Plus, the toilet space was so tight that it was hard to sit. When we first walked in, there was a terrible odor. I don't know what they used to clean it or spray it, but it was awful. We made it work, but we won't be back.

- Michael (1/5): terrible. I would not receommend this place to my worst enemy. - location was good. At every opportunity, the bare minimum was provided. From minimal utensils, to available ac outlets to cheap towels. A mere kitchen sponge for us to wash our minimally supplied dishers was not provided. The room was much smaller than was represented in the pictures. Never have I received less value for my money then in this place.

- Jessica (10/5): Wonderful accommodations for our weekend getaway! - Our cottage was adorable, everything was very clean, the bed and futon were comfortable, and it was nice having a kitchenette as well. The staff were also so friendly and accommodating for our dogs. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to OOB. We will try to get a 2 bedroom cabin next time, (they were sold out by the time we booked) but we were still happy in the 1 bedroom! Nothing. It was great.

- William (10/5): Excellent location! - Very close to the beach, like five or six minute walk. Far enough to be quiet but close enough to be an enjoyable walk. Rooms were clean, clean bedding and towels. There is a park behind the Inn which the kid and dog loved. Place is dog friendly which is amazing because it is not easy to find anyplace reasonably priced that takes animals. We loved it there and will stay there again, primarily because the price it great for the location! Water pressure is very, very low in the shower. Room is a bit musty but not bad. There was also a funky smell while showering, but not a huge issue. One bed was a bit too soft, a little rough on the back but the other bed was more firm so not a big deal.
