- Lynette (4/5): Short - Location That air room was wet Walls all wet our bags and clothing wet. Tried to tell staff and they didn’t understand. We had the aircon off but looked like it was dripping from the roof. A cleaner gave us extra towels. When check out tried to tell reception he didn’t really understand he was kind just like noted Quite old and musky smell looked like mild stains on wall. And bathroom had lots of mould. Pool looked nice

- Selena (2/5): terrible, left after two days,found a better hotel in kuta - the pool Room was far too small for 2 people and not clean and the bathroom was disgusting . There was no room to move or put our bags

- Guest (8/5): Overall good experience - Breakfast wasn’t the best. However, solo traveler the rooms were prefect enough to shower & get a good night sleep. I would recommend bringing your own towel, wash cloths & shower shoes. Location is good walking distance from a lot of great restaurant.

- Lisa (2/5): - The staff are lovely but the hotel is old and run down, stained sheets, broken doors, broken shower, toilet doesn’t flush (at all!) and loud noises all throughout the day and night. It’s a cheap, budget hotel in a good area so you get what you pay for at $30 a night. If it’s just a place to shower and sleep then i recommend :)
- shyamshankart (10/5): Good location - Stayed here for couple of nights, good location.Close to beach and other eateries specifically for vegetarians with many indian restaurants around. Room had reasonably good facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast has no vegetarian option.

- Maura (4/5): - Unser Zimmer war an sich sauber, es hat allerdings sehr modrig gerochen. Ich hatte mich nicht getraut, die Matratze anzuschauen, da die Kissen teilweise schimmelig waren. Im Badezimmer war auch Schimmel, die Handbrause selbst auch. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, das inbegriffene Frühstück was frisch und lecker.

- Shannon (6/5): Needs an update - Location We stayed in feb 2023 and the hotel was great, clean and conveniently located but came back to stay this time and it’s just so run down. It needs a freshen up and a good clean, the bathroom was filthy and mouldy around the trims. The rooftop pool is filthy and needs a good scrub. We were asked on arrival if we need a safe which we said yes and was then told we will be brought one in the morning, we were never brought one. I dont understand why they just don’t have them inside each room anyway. It’s such a shame because we had a pleasant stay last time but this time around it was more expensive but in worse condition

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Seminyak, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It’s a convenient spot for exploring the area! What we didn’t like was that the hotel felt more like a hostel and could have been better maintained. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work, and there was mold, so we ended up wearing thongs in there because of the hostel-like bathroom floor. We also found the breakfast not worth the extra cost.

- Tourist67123880986 (10/5): Recommended Hotel with Helpfull Staff - I am very pleased with the service provided by the staff, especially Puspa (Reception) and Komang (Reception). Komang was very responsive and highly proactive. My wife stayed at the hotel while I was out of town, and the staff helped me arrange a surprise for her. Dwika (Waiter) and Pak Anton (Security) were also very helpful and friendly. Their service was excellent. Thank you for being such an important part of my day today. Highly recommended hotel.
- Schampton (8/5): Perfect hotel in middle of Seminyak! Close to all cafes/shops - Perfect hotel for a night in Seminyak - close to a cute cafe called Urban Eats - would recommend! We stayed for one night after our flight got in at 2am from Australia, it was the perfect place to crash out and then wake up with everything close by, breakfast/coffee/shops. We got a taxi from airport easily enough, about 30 minutes. Rooftop pool was beautiful! They also were very willing to help with transport and storing our bags.
