• Brigid (9/5): - This was a clean, spacious, comfortable unit. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was a close walk to town and restaurants. The unit came with a parking spot. However, someone kept parking in the unit park, and this made it very difficult as there was very little street parking. Also, the microwave is way too high, being on top of the fridge.

• Michelle (7/5): Spacious apartment with fantastic cooking facilities. - Comfortable, spacious apartment with great kitchen / cooking facilities (i.e. fantastic cooktop and oven with stainless steel cooking equipment). Apartment also comes with a washing machine and dryer which was very handy. The beds were very uncomfortable (rock hard) and the main bedroom mattresses (2 singles pushed together) did not appear to flat. Although we knew this prior to our stay, it’s important to note that the apartment is a bit of a hike out of town up a very steep hill. We normally stay at The Waterfront right in town, so it was tricky for us to frequently walk to/from town as it became tiresome with small children. Unlike previous properties which we have stayed at, this property did not offer a late checkout, which was disappointing. The property management office is too far out of town to make it feasible to store luggage at this office prior to late afternoon flights. The ensuite bathroom non-slip mat was mouldy underneath, as was the inside of the water jug in the kitchen. The ensuite shower screen edges could use a more thorough clean too.

We were able to access the unit early and the advice from Stay South team from the initial booking all the way through was excellent. Big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Worked great for a family of four for over a week. Heated tiles were unexpected and lovely!

Too many! No view - please sate if it has a view or not!
• Roxy (6/5): close to centre of town - property was close to city centre nice walk down but uphill on the way back ! showers were clean and the beds were comfortable not much lounge space or seating area downstairs! upstairs was hot with no breeze definitely needed aircon in both rooms. we struggled to sleep and it was only 10degrees outside. washer and dryer in one is not a good idea. clothes coke out crinkle so you’re better off hanging clothes after they wash

A huge shoutout to the excellent staff - one of which even dropped a portacot off to us on her way home in the rain. The only downside was there was a few chores we were required to complete on the way out the door (e.g. dishes, rubbish), despite being told that housekeeping were coming at 10am sharp.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was very modern and set on a nice quiet street. The master bed was very uncomfortable and sagged badly in the middle. The bed sheet was torn and stain when we arrived and had to contact the company, who replaced the sheet. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need and there was a washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom sliding door was seized and wouldn’t open . Kitchen tap was loose , the silicone around the bench tops wa failing , curtains wouldn’t open properly . In general it needs some overdue maintenance
• NeilNicol (10/5): - We liked the proximity of the property lovely walk to town. The spaciousness of the property fitted the group that we traveled down with. Handy easy to use kitchen and all the facilities easy to use, Garden view was a little disappointing as not much garden and being a fussy gardener love my lawns mowed, but it didn't affect our stay. Thanks again for all the communication to make things easy for us, Will stay again and recommend it to family and friends :)

• Dean (10/5): - We had a great week long stay in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. We are a family of four and the aprtments were pefetc as a base of operations for our Central Otago holiday. The apartment (G3) was large and well equipped. Expedia advertised the apartment as inclusive of breakfast which turned out to be incorrect. We contacted Expedia NZ about this but (unsurprisingly as they have a poor record of customer interaction away from their website) they failed to respond. Despite that Stay South (who manage the apartments) honoured the inclusion and left us a ton of breakfast goodies which enabled us to self-cater. Big ups to Stay South for their integrity. The only minor issue is the apartments location up a steep hill which precluded us from walking into town due to health conditions for one family member so we drove in and parked easy enough (it's literally a 2 minute drive to town). Thoroughly recommend this complex. Cheers.

• Anders (8/5): Nice modern apartment - Very nice apartment just a 10 minute walk from the city center and a lots of restaurants. The apartment is very modern, in great condition and well equipped with everything you need. Dedicated parking spot was good as a lot of cars is parked on the street. The bedroom is quite tight but manageable.The apartment doesn’t offer much of a view but as soon you leave the door you have it all anyhow.
• Margaret (10/5): - This place was in a great location, short walk or cheap uber/taxi back to the place (uphill on the way back). Place was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed ours stay here! The only complaint we had was that someone was parked in the allocated parking spot for the unit and so we had to park on the street. That being said the company that owns the place was very responsive in trying to assist us with the parking situation. They placed a note on the car as well as ultimately went around to the units knocking on the doors until finding the person parked in the wrong spot.

• Kellie (10/5): Fantastic Apartment - This place was fantastic. We loved it. The room was modern, large, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also close enough to walk into town though the hill on the way back might be troublesome for some people. The off street free parking was great but we also had no problems parking in front of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom was large clean and new, kitchen was very functional and had all utensils supplied and was spotless, bedroom was great. Outdoor storage was quite useful for our skiing gear, and TV and dining area was very nice. Two small criticisms: cooking every night was made rather difficult because the pan wasn't non-stick which meant we had to scrub the pan for 20 minutes + each night; and the pillows could have been better quality - they were only cheap ones and don't provide much support. However, overall we were very impressed with the facilities and would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Washer and dryer were a bonus after two weeks of travel.Booking arrangements done online with check in via email all hassle free. Walking distance to city centre, fast unlimited wifi.
