Se non ci fosse stata la mia ragazza turca che ha chiamato il receptionist, sarei rimasto chiuso fuori di notte. Le prime due sere c’era odore di fogna, poi fortunatamente, dopo le lamentele, è scomparso. Mi hanno offerto un cambio camera, ma alla fine ho accettato di rimanere nella mia. Posizione strategica, bei bar nei dintorni. ho apprezzato l’acqua è il caffè solubile che ti forniscono ogni mattina.

- Ahmed (6/5): - Well, at first you have to reach out in advance and let them know when you'll arrive, otherwise you won't be able to enter. Also, you have to deal with the poor English in communication. Third, no staff is available on the property, so in case you need anything, you have to call the poor to no English-speaking guy, adding more pain to the whole thing. One night, a guest arrived at 1 am and kept ringing the bell hysterically; I woke up and connected him with the admin -who was surprisingly awake and handled it quickly. Despite the challenges, the staff were responsive and very helpful. The location is really quiet compared to other better locations surrounded by supper noisy bars that don't turn down the music until early morning.

- Shamshad (4/5): - The pictures on the website give u the impression that it’s a spacious, well light, newly renovated property, however once u enter the building is dark with little to no natural light. Windows dirty and covered. Rooms are small, need of painting, bathrooms are in need of upgrading (shower cubicle was broken, shower was broken, tiles were moldy, etc). Air conditioning was non exsistant. Hardly any kitchen Utensils. The manager (Amet) was excellent in trying to accommodate us but he can only do with what was there.

- kamran (10/5): - Always a pleasure to stay at Ada homes hotel. It is situated in a perfect area, walking distance from everything, clean, great size room, and the staff is very friendly and available when required. Hands down 10/10!
- yigit (2/5): - Nice location but old building, there is a smell of drain, towels are yellow stained and dirty, sheets are dirty, sink is rusty, there has not been a detailed cleaning for a long time. Anyone who makes a reservation based on the photos will be disappointed.

Saç kurutma makinesinin kablosu soyulmuş. Dışarıdan gelen bütün ses odanın içinde, hiçbir ses yalıtımı yok. Uyumanız ancak sabah güneşini doğuşunda mümkün oluyor. Belki de en büyük sıkıntınız ses olacaktır. Gece 11 de uyumaya çalışıp sabah 5 gibi ancak yorgunluktan uyuyabildim, o da saat 8 e kadar. Tekrar gürültü ile uyandım.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel in my life!!! - Terrible, dirty hotel! Does not match photos. The room was not cleaned, and towels were not changed for 5 days. Water poured from the ceiling directly onto the bed, soaked the linen and mattress. The water dripped for another 3 or 4 days. The owner didn't do anything, just gave a bucket so that the water would flow into it and not on me when I sleep on a wet bed. Hotels.com support said the owner should move me to the anather room, but he didn't. Just stopped responding to my messages.

- Dilara (2/5): - Auf garkeine Fall zu empfehlen, die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig. Als wir angekommen sind, lagen überall Haare auf dem Boden, die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Mussten immer zwei Stunden auf Klopapier und Handtücher warten, weil nie jemand anwesend war. Die Straße ist außerdem sehr laut, bis 4 Uhr morgens hört man Autos mit lauter Musik durchfahren.

When arrived there the door was closed and keep ringing their door bell and stayed at door for an hour. Finally i have to book another hotel.

Junior Loft da rutubet kokusu vardı ve camlardan soğuk geliyordu. Banyoda su kaçağı vardı. Çalışan lekeli havluya razı ettirmeye çalıştı. Kendinize çeki düzen verin.

- Anthony (2/5): Disgusting Room - What a disgusting place this is, I was put in the basement studio room and it was filthy, thick grease in the cupboards, dirty floors, plug sockets hanging out the walls, bare electrics on light switches. This place needs shutting down. I left ss soon as i could the next morning, i wish i had checked the reviews before booking. Difficult to get hold of the owner after eventually finding the place. Another resident let me in and rang them.

- Muneeb (4/5): ALMOST A COMPLETE DISASTER! - If it wasn't for Ahmad's cooperation our stay would have been a complete disaster. 1) When we reached Ada homes, we were given a wrong room 2) No one responded/attended to this problem inspite of multiple calls/messages. It was only when we met Ahmad at Ada Homes that he helped us change the hotel to Liva Suite. He was really helpful. Cleanliness and repair work needs to be improved

Shower and kitchen very disgusting state of repair, stained sheets, dirty floor, someone else's underwear in the kitchen area, it simply had not been cleaned or maintained at all. I tried to call but no answer. No staff on site so I contacted hotels.com who said they got hold of manager who would sort it, but they did not contact me or visit. Totally ignored me. Disgraceful accom and service.

Hair everywhere, stains on the floor... etc. The communication with the property was never easy. We could only contact them through the mobile phone as there was never anyone at the reception. I would not repeat my stay at Ada Homes.

Le WiFi est un peu faible et peu de luminosité pour les chambres les moins chers donnant sur l'intérieur du bâtiment. Pour le prix, rien à dire!

Otel çıkış saati 12 olmasına rağmen,yetkili hiçbir kimsenin olmaması ve kimsenin odalarla ilgilenmemesi kaynaklı bizimle alakalı olmayan bir problemle karşı karşıya kaldık.Ve hiçbir şekilde problemimize çözüm bulamadılar..Tamamen mağdur olduk.Hem konaklama yapamadık,hemde tamamen saat kaybı yaşadık..
- Verified traveler (2/5): - 3-4 defa havlu istedim getirilmedi. Resepsiyonda kimse olmadığı için kolay kolay muhatapta bulamıyorsunuz. Otel telefonlarını aradığınızda açanda yok. Kendi kendinize konaklıyorsunuz, çalışan falan görürseniz şanslısınız. Fiyat uygum, lokasyon oldukça iyi.
- Diana (8/5): Good no-frills stay in really convenient location - I stayed at Ada Homes Hotel for 2 weeks. Overall good quality for the price I paid. The location is great, right off of Taksim Square, you can easily reach the most common tourist destinations. Additionally, there are several stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is nice, fairly simple but has everything you need. They also helped arrange a transfer from the airport, which was a bit expensive, but fairly convenient. The WiFi works really well, and there is a large TV in the room. Really convenient having the washing machine and a little stove to cook your meals. Shower was also great, with good water pressure and hot water. The microwave did not work, and the hotel did not provide a replacement one, in spite of requesting one several times. The room was also a bit dirty when I got there, and the cleaning service also was not as consistent, but potentially it was due to my being in the room at the times they were planning to come. Finally, as other reviews mention, there isn't technically a reception at this location. You can try calling the number for the sister location (Ada Homes Hotel Taksim), which does have a concierge, in case you need something, but still can be a bit tricky to get in touch.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Very good quality vs price - Nice decoration, however, not very clean. The fridge was full of ice and was stinking, the bathroom was not super super clean. I wrote beforehand to give my aproximate arrival time, but I still had to call when I was there because nobody was wiating. After 5 calls and 10 minutes waiting time, someone came. I would however recommend to stay there due to the very good price.
- Onur (8/5): Meydana yakın, temiz bir apart - Taksim meydana 10 dkk yürüme mesafesinde temiz bir apart otel. Otelin tek olumsuz tarafı bodrum katındaki rutubetli oda. Rezervasyon yaptığınızda mutlaka oteli arayıp bodrum katındaki oda olup olmadığını sorun derim. Onun dışında üst katlardaki odalarda bir sıkıntı yok. Gayet, temiz ve konforlu bi yer.

- Riyan (8/5): Decent apartement - Convenient location but no elevator so may not be easy for guests with luggage if staying upstairs.
- Ruth (8/5): Gorgeous flat in a maze of backstreets - We stayed in the penthouse flat in the block. It was a really beautiful flat, very clean and well equipped. It also has a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture so you can sit out for breakfast. The location is fantastic. It’s really close to Istiklal but in the maze of backstreets. So plenty of really cool shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. And hundreds of cats on the street which are very cute. WiFi was very good. The apartment doesn’t have a lift so that’s good to bear in mind. So three floors up with a case was a little tricky. It’s also a fairly noisy area at night and the sound travels so you may want to pack some ear plugs. But aside from this it was a great place to stay. Also good to note - there is a reception available 24 hours by phone but the actual person is in the sister hotel about 5 minutes walk away. So there isn’t really an official reception at this place. On balance I would recommend it but important to know the above points.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 可愛いらしいインテリア - 清潔でとてもお洒落なインテリアです。 キッチンも洗濯機もあります。 ただひとつ難点は、入口のドアが常に閉まっており、レセプションもないので、チェックインするときどうしていいかわからなかった。幸いトルコのケータイ電話をもっていたのでホテルに電話すると、近くにいるスタッフがすぐに行くとのこと。電話ができないと面倒だと思う。

- norsaiyidah (2/5): Very very dissapointing - The room i booked was "Junior loft" with kitchen, however when i arrived at the hotel the room was having an issue and they gave me a replacement room. Which is really small and can't even afford to fit in our big luggage. it was really inconvenient and I have to walk from the first ada homes where my room located to the other building which distance 10 minutes walk with my lunggage while the wheather is really cold and because there is no kitchen in the replacement room, all my cooking stuff was spoiled and it has also ruin our honeymoon since we can't eat Turkish Food. I am very very dissapointed.
- hayal (10/5): Highly recommended - It is super clean, fresh and comfy. right in the heart of the city yet it is quiet. The staff is kind and very very helpful.
- Paul (8/5): Great Apartment in the heart of buzzing Beyoglu - We stayed in the junior loft apartment ( Room 5). It was clean and comfortable with good free wifi. While it faced the street, noise wasn't a problem. Its location is superb. 1 block down from Istical Cd. - the main pedestrianised street that runs from Taksim Sq. On the opposite side istical Cd are loads of great seafood and local restaurants full of locals. While most of the tourist sites such as Blue Mosque, Hagya Sofia and Topkapi are around sultanahmet, they are easily accessible via the T1 Tram by waking 10 minutes from the apartment down to Tophane from where they are only a 10 minute tram ride. The staff , especialy Sevgi was incredibly helpful. The only hiccup was that some redecoration work was being done on our room when we arrived so we stayed in room 4 for the first 2 nights of our 9 night stay and there was a tendacy for the painters to work very late.
