- Claudia (7/5): Cercano y práctico - El check in me pareció seguro y práctico, todo es de manera digital y se necesita internet para obtener los códigos de ingreso y para abrir las puertas del edificio y del apartamento. Estaba muy limpio, y contaba con amenities en el baño, también contaba con vasos y hervidor en la habitación La almohada me pareció muy dura.
- DIMITRA (3/5): Καμία σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής - Μόνο η τοποθεσία καθώς ήταν κοντά σε κεντρικό σταθμό μετρό και λεωφορείων Πολύ ακριβό για τις παροχές που προσέφερε. Από τις φωτογραφίες φαίνεται ότι πρόκειται για ένα ολόκληρο διαμέρισμα και όχι για μεμονωμένα δωμάτια. Για τρία άτομα που ήμασταν εμείς ήταν υπερβολικά στενό, οριακά δεν χωρούσαμε να περάσουμε, το τρίτο κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά άβολο και στο διπλό παρατηρήσαμε να βουλιάζει το στρώμα μετά από κάποιες μέρες. Το πιστολάκι δεν δούλευε καλά αν δεν το πιέζαμε στην πρίζα και το δοχείο για το νερό στην καφετιέρα είχε άλατα μέσα ως αποτέλεσμα όχι καλης πλύσης.

La stanza era super pulita, così come anche gli asciugamani messi a disposizione. Il pernottamento è stato piacevole, niente rumori e i letti erano comodi.

Apartamento extremamente desconfortavel. Uma cama no CHÃO sem colchão, deitado em madeiras. Literalmente deitado em estrado de madeira, muito desconfortavel. Iluminação fraca, temperatura desagradavel sem sistema de ar condicionado. O chuveiro estava entupido! Não se iludam com as fotos, não condizem com a realidade.

- Petar (6/5): Even tho its cheap, id rather stay somewhere else next time! - Its a cheap booking and for that the location was not bad at all, there bus stops all around that can get you anywhere and also markets and pharmacies around if you need anything, even tho the neighborhood isn't the best for this price the location is pretty good! Also the apartment itself is okay, not dirty not luxury but you'll be fine sleeping there. After reading some reviews a lot of them were complaining that the check in is confusing and I though it cant be that bad I'm sure its fine so we didn't think much of it... But after experiencing it, it is a little confusing and I realized its all made like that to take as much money out of you as possible also super late check in so they can charge you if you stop by earlier or charge you if you want to leave your bags... (something around 20 euro for each even tho there are luggage locks for 5 euro all over the city) Also without a fail the cleaning lady woke us up every morning with how loudly she is mopping the floors, the first morning I though there was a kid playing with a basket ball in the hallway echoing through the rooms...

The bathroom was private but was located outside the room in the hallway. It was not mentioned anywhere, which was not very acceptable to me. There is no one at the reception, everything happens online, we had no problems with check-in, but they do not respond to questions and messages on Booking and Whats up.

Check-in instructions arrived very late, which left us uncertain and stressed the whole time. The check-in process itself was long and quite complicated. When we finally completed it, the door wouldn’t open because the host needed to confirm our arrival, but he was not answering the phone. We were left standing in front of the door for about 30 minutes with no idea what to do. As for the apartment itself, it was generally okay. However, the second bed was extremely small and the two of us could barely in it. It was also very uncomfortable, as it was not a proper bed but just a hard mattress placed on the floor.

Tambiwn te podes mover caminando y lo que hicimos nositros era alquilar los patinetes de Lime para movernos y en 6 minutos ya estaba en el Coliseo. Para el Trastevere igual, super cerca. Estaba limpio, comodo y facil. Solo hay quw conpletar el check in online y el dia de llegada te envian las instrucciones de como entrar al apartamento. FACIL. Nada. Yo sabia lo que reservaba y fui con pocas expectativas pero la verdad que me fui contentisima. Repetiria 100% y recomiendo

Vybavení pokoje asi odpovídá ceně, ale nemusel být pokoj špinavý a zdálo se, že s nějakým úklidem se nikdo moc netrápil. Byla tam taky poměrně zima, asi se netopilo. Na můj účel rychlého vyspaní to posloužilo.

Su Google è definito come B&B ma la colazione non è inclusa e quindi la seconda "B" non capisco per cosa stia. Le chiavi delle porte sono parecchio obsolete e non consentono una comoda apertura. La password del WiFi appesa sul muro è sbagliata. In stanza c'erano due bollitori o similari da far rabbrividire anche i più coraggiosi.

- Bruno (5/5): Great for solo travelers or couple that look for a short stay in a great location. - The room was clean and very big. I had a private bathroom but on the corridor. I did not meet any staff members as you do a self chi-in, although I've heard other guests having problems with host responses. I had no isssues anyway. The breakfast area is a bit random, there is a small kitchen that looked like a storage room and it wasn't available for guests. That's a shame as it could be very useful.

Wirkt renovierungsbedürftig. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist das Nachbarhaus in etwa 4 Meter Entfernung.
- Juliette (3/5): d'extérieur propre mais d'intérieur affreux: sous le lit de la poussière jusqu'à ne plus voir le sol - La chambre était grande, la climatisation fonctionnait bien et l’endroit semblait sécurisé. Ce sont les seuls points vraiment positifs que je retiens de mon séjour. l’hygiène laissait vraiment à désirer. Sous le lit, c’était franchement dégoûtant : il y avait des objets abandonnés comme des briquets et même des sous-vêtements, visiblement là depuis longtemps. La poussière n’avait clairement jamais été faite. À notre arrivée, la douche et l’évier étaient déjà bouchés, remplis de cheveux. Très décevant sur ce point.

- Giuseppe (1/5): "Hotel" da incubo – per amanti del campeggio estremo (indoor) - Mi è piaciuta la coerenza. Dall'inizio alla fine sempre peggio. Inesorabile e costante percorso verso il soggiorno peggiore della mia vita. Se volete provare l’ebrezza di un soggiorno ai limiti della sopravvivenza, questo è il posto perfetto per voi! Cominciamo dal “bagno privato”: sì, è privato… ma non nella camera! Si trova all’inizio del corridoio, quindi per raggiungerlo bisogna fare una passeggiata panoramica attraversando tutto il piano. Una bella gita, magari in accappatoio, con tanto di saluto ai vicini. Arriviamo in camera con 40 gradi fuori (e dentro), ma sorpresa: il climatizzatore non funziona! Ci dicono che si è rotto “giusto il giorno prima” – che coincidenza incredibile! Al suo posto, ci offrono un ventilatore agonizzante, che almeno ha avuto il buon gusto di smettere di funzionare anch’esso poco dopo. Andiamo in bagno per una doccia (dopo la sauna notturna in camera), e troviamo… un tubo. Sì, un tubo al posto del soffione, e pure non funzionante. Quindi niente doccia. Fa parte del pacchetto "esperienza spartana"? Pulizia discutibile, nessuna bottiglia d’acqua fornita (perché l’idratazione è sopravvalutata, giusto?), e il pezzo forte: una caldaia installata all’interno del bagno, probabilmente in linea con le più creative interpretazioni delle normative di sicurezza. Per non farci mancare nulla, anche macchie di umidità qua e là, giusto per dare un tocco di charme decadente all’ambiente. In conclusione: una struttura che ti fa rimpiangere la tenda in campeggio. Un incubo a pagamento. Mai più, e sconsigliatissimo anche al vostro peggior nemico.

- Lewis (7/5): Affordable with some teething issues in comfortability. - The property is very well situated, with Piramide Metro nearby with easy access to Colosseo station, also good bus routes nearby that can take you to the Vatican in 20mins. The room was decent enough, and for the price I was satisfied. If you’re a solo traveller on a budget like me and all you need is a safe bed to sleep in go ahead. The shower head was broken, which I could work around by holding it, however obviously this isn’t ideal. Noise from neighbours and other guests can be an issue, but of course the owners cannot do much about the structure of the building. Just be aware of this if you’re a light sleeper. The WiFi password on the welcome sheet in my room and at reception was wrong. I had to fetch the real one from the back of the router in the lobby. The real one is the top WLAN security key on the back of the router, I suggest the owners fix the info for future reference.

- guglielmo (10/5): - Il mio soggiorno presso Salotto Piramide è stato a dir poco perfetto: stanza ben curata, con ogni confort, bagno molto spazioso, riscaldamento automatizzato (al di sotto di una certa temperatura si attiva). La posizione ottima, con la stazione a pochi minuti dalla struttura, con treni e metro a portata di mano, inoltre la zona è ricca di locali dove mangiare e negozietti dove comprare tutto il necessario.

Purtroppo, però, la stanza era poco curata e dava un evidente senso di sporco, cosa che ha influito negativamente sul soggiorno. Un maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione renderebbe l’esperienza decisamente migliore.

- Alessio (7/5): Soggiorno conveniente, anche se la gestione del check-in può essere migliorata - Ho pagato 80€ circa per due notti (esclusi 12 € di tasse e 25 € per il check-in anticipato), quindi il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente, soprattutto considerando che siamo a Roma e in una zona molto richiesta. La posizione è ottima: a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro “Piramide”, che permette di raggiungere velocemente qualunque punto della città. Anche i dintorni sono complessivamente tranquilli, con bar, supermercati e servizi utili a portata di mano. La pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni è molto buona. Abbiamo riscontrato un piccolo problema durante il soggiorno, ma è stato risolto in tempi celeri e con disponibilità, cosa non sempre scontata. Nel complesso, per chi cerca un alloggio comodo, ben collegato e con un prezzo più che competitivo, questa soluzione può essere realmente vantaggiosa. Premetto che anch’io sono proprietario di un Affittacamere, quindi so come dovrebbe funzionare un’accoglienza corretta. Purtroppo, qui ho riscontrato diverse criticità. 1. Nessuna via dopo la prenotazione. Ho prenotato alle 10:00 ma non mi è stata comunicata la via, nemmeno al telefono. Per conoscerla ho dovuto prima completare una registrazione lunghissima, che trovo sbagliato che faccia l’ospite… cosa poco logica e molto scomoda per l’ospite. 2. Registrazione eccessivamente complicata. La registrazione dei documenti è stata: lunga, complessa, piena di passaggi tecnologici, da fare con foto, selfie, caricamenti vari Il tutto mentre ero in metro, dove la linea prende male. In moltissimi B&B (compreso il mio) questo processo lo fa il proprietario, non l’ospite che viene per riposarsi, non per fare una procedura burocratica sul cellulare. In più, mi è stato detto che l’email per la registrazione sarebbe arrivata in mezz’ora… e così è stato: ho dovuto aspettare inutilmente prima di poter procedere. 3.check-in anticipato a 25€ Questo è, onestamente, ciò che mi ha colpito di più in negativo. Avevo chiesto se fosse possibile entrare alle 11:00–11:30, visto che la camera risultava libera. Mi è stato risposto che avrei potuto farlo solo pagando 25 € in più. Da proprietario, dico chiaramente: se una camera è già pulita e pronta, non si chiede un supplemento soprattutto se la camera è già pronta e si trova già fuori dalla struttura. La parte assurda è che la camera era già pulita alle 11:30, perché quando sono entrato nel B&B era visibile e chiusa. E nonostante avessi pagato i 25 €, mi è stato comunque detto di entrare non prima delle 12:00. 4. Istruzioni eccessivamente tecnologiche. Tutto il sistema di accesso è troppo macchinoso, persino per un giovane come me abituato alla tecnologia. Invece che facilitare, complica. In sintesi: struttura valida, ma gestione del check-in poco ospitale e troppo rigidamente burocratica.

- emanueleroma91 (4/5): Camera spartana vicino Piramide. - Posizione vicinissima a Treno e Metro B. La camera era sporca soprattutto negli angoli del bagno. Soffione doccia mezzo rotto e inutilizzabile. I termosifoni non si sono mai accesi e attivando il climatizzatore usciva solo aria fredda.

Posto vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Piramide, Bar vicinissimo per fare colazione. Il bagno e la camera da letto sono in due stanze diverse, non è stato un grande problema in realtà, anche perché la pulizia del bagno e la comodità della doccia meritano.
