Guest Reviews
- Amalia (8/5): - it was great..
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff is good but hotel quality is very poor. Price should been lower.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The house staff were accommodating.
The pool was good but facilities within the pool should be more well kept particularly the shower room and
did'nt find the hotel room is commensurate to the price of 5kplus.
- Maximo Jr (8/5): Overall good service and location - The location and the place of the hotel is good specially for me who likes running. The pool and the playground is nice. Things that need to improve and consider are no wifi in the rooms, which is totally nowadays a must have, parking area for the guest for more convenient, and the breakfast should be more choices but still good.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Nice destination but not the hotel :( - Im very much disappointed with our stay... how can you imagine somebody was doing carpentry at very early morning of Dec 26., already raised it to the front desk but still continue on what they doing..
They just stop when i shouted inside our room. Very poor quality (and quantity) of breakfast meal was served. If you will not ask for additional serving they will not provide the guest.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very nice hotel - My kids love the place because the place and view is so nice... The hotel and staff, they are approachable and kind..
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very good experience. - It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly.
- Pamela (6/5): Relaxing accommodation - The over-all stay was nice. The room was comfortable to stay in. Their tie-up with a Mekong Restaurant is a welcoming idea. We loved the breakfast. However, I wish the hotel will just include some of the basic stuff to the cost of having an additional bed (i.e. bath towel and breakfast).
- Richmond (8/5): nice and clean - Budget friendly, nice and clean, half view of taal lake, swimming pool, free parking, breakfast was okay
- Ronaldo (2/5): Unsatisfied services - We were booked at 1551, the access card didn't work and we have to go back in the reception to informed them. No info that wifi was only in the lobby and no wifi inside the room. The sink in the shower room was clogging. The breakfast was not able to served on time 8am should be delivered in our room. I called the reception to follow up then it was served at 9am.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Small cockroaches abound in the room. - Ròms are not clean. Clean the rooms clean the rooms clean the rooms
- Mila (4/5): Hotel near a chapel - We came on Christmas eve so it was important for us to attend the Christmas Eve mass and there is a missionary chapel just across the location. The beds are spacious but the beddings are inconsistent. we booked for two adjacent rooms. Rm 1906 ha comforters and extra throw pillows while 1907 did not have. The sink near the toilet bowl was not used on the first night defective drainage (rm 1907) bathroom soap is just one pc and one small tube of shampoo. Hence we bought our own soap, facial wash and sachets of shampoo & hair conditioner. When they cleaned the room however in the afternoon of Dec. 25 and we found out that the facial wash and soap were thrown - no where to be found !!! This I think is the BIG negative in our stay. Also there is no internet connection in the rooms. the lobby is small where there is internet connection and no enough seats for the guests who may want to use the wifi at the lobby.
- Denise (6/5): Clean, comfortable, good location - Value for money: clean room, sheets, toilet, shower, and common areas. Breakfast was unusual, more suitable for lunch. Breakfast-lovers, this is not for you. Staff eager to please upon arrival, not helpful on departure, but pleasant enough. Parking is limited. OK for overnight transit.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Had a good stay! - Its ok but wish we were assigned in the lower floors. Pillow cases smells not new though
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I will never go back to the place. Rooms so dirty and a lot ants.
- ignacio (4/5): Sham :( - not worth what i paid for bed was not comfortable buffet breakfast was a sham you can only choose one dish and it does not taste good. No free parking small room it does not feel you are in a hotel :( Will never stay there again.
- albert (2/5): Disappointed - no wifi in rooms. clogged drainage. no free parking if booked on hotel app.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Bad service no wifi in the room. Charged for parking fee
- RC (8/5): Good value with a really nice view - The only issue we had was not at all the hotel's fault - we were not aware that there are no taxis in Tagaytay. As we had our luggages with us, it would be hard to walk up the road to catch tricycles/jeepneys. Also, wifi is only available in the lobby. Other than that, this hotel is highly recommended. The staff is fantastic! They tried their best to assist us any way they can.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not worth the price! - The room rate is not commensurate to the amount and level of service they give to their guests. If i were to enumerate the pros and cons I would have to say there were more cons. Pros:
- they were kind enough to approve of the late check out at 1pm free of charge.
-nice view of the taa lake
Cons would be the ff:
- no cable in the room
- no wifi in the room
-there were ants in the sink area
-front desk agent doesn't seem to know the details of their service. They weren't informative. (Facts weren't set straight)
-they will charge you if you ask for amenities like extra pillow and even for hair dryer there is an extra charge!
-parking is not free.
-breakfast inclusion was terrible. My mom ordered for congee and it was too salty it literally tasted like boiled water, rice and a whole lot of salt!
-not worth the price.
