• Thamakorn1648 (10/5): The travel is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the price is not expensive. This is what made me impressed. - It is a convenient hotel for traveling. There is a BTS station in front of the hotel. There are many shopping areas and restaurants. It does not take long to get from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel. The hotel is clean and all the staff greet you with politeness and smiles.

I was ok since I was very tired and felt asleep right away. But this may not work out for all the people. Other than that, front desk and service is nice. Room is clean.

• Verified traveler (10/5): プロンポン駅前のホテル - プロンポン駅目の前にありますので、交通の便は良いです。ただし、スクンビット通り側の部屋になると、カーテンを開けられません。カーテンを開けると、BTSプロンポン駅に上る階段や改札口が目の前で、外の人達と目が合いそうです。なので、日中もずっとカーテンを閉めていました。また、スクンビット通りは交通量の多い通りですから、騒音はそこそこあります。ただ、それさえ我慢できれば、部屋は清潔ですし、Wi-Fiも安定してますし、スタッフは丁寧ですし、周りはレストラン・コンビニ・マッサージ店が沢山ありますし、良いホテルだと思います。

Rooms are Clean with New Towels & TV with Satellite Channels 24hours running hot & cold water Very Basic Amenities Provided Staffs are helpful Housekeeping does clean your room everyday & change necessary things. Main is it's location. You Step Out and BTS Phrong Pong. You can choose Smoking / non smoking rooms. Has Elevator for comfort. Two of 7 Eleven very close proximity. Only minus, they could have provided selected breakfast. They have two different room rates for Monday to Friday Saturday to Sunday Overall Experience 4.8 / 5 Definitely recommend. Enjoyed Our Stay.

• heathc190 (8/5): Very convenient, well kept, accomodating - Recently stayed here on a brief pass through Bangkok. Location is everything and 24 INN is near perfect. Skytrain merely steps away. Emporium/EmQuartier couple minutes walk. Convenience stores nearby. Room was well kept and clean. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. For the price point the hotel is very good value.

However, it is too noisy for me as my sleep is always shallow. My other family member doesn’t feel the same though.

• 235elainey (8/5): Very good location and clean rooms - Great location and a short walk (less than 5 mins) walk to emporium, emquartier, naraya, 7-11. BTS is just at its entrance. Staff were friendly, accommodating ahead helpful and the room spacious. All basic amenities provided. Clean room . Streetfood can be found just outside the hotel. WiFi is ok but sometimes weak. You need to re-enter the password (log in) after a day out. You can apparently ask for a quieter room. Mine was next to the BTS station but it wasn’t too bad as they sort of added another layer of glass window to reduce the noise . Overall, we had a comfortable stay here .
• Geraldo (8/5): A nice hotel for the money. Close to the BTS - For the money the rooms were nice and the staff was helpful. Stayed at this hotel fro two nights and due to how the rooms were booked stayed in two stayed in two different rooms. Both were clean and had comfortable beds. The first room had a view of the stairway to the Phrom Phong BTS Station and Sukhumvit so really no view unless you want people looking into your room so really no view. Also there was some noise from Sukhumvit. On the other hand this room was larger and had a walk in shower and was the nicer of the two rooms. The second room overlooked a small alley and Sio 24. The room was a little smaller and had a tub shower which would be difficult to get into if you couldn't step up high. Smaller room but still good bed and both rooms were clean. I thought was a good value for the money.

• TING TING KARMEN (4/5): 不愉快的一次入住 - 從2014年入住到今天, 在今次經歷了酒店有空房間都不給客人改check-in日子的一次不愉快行程, 房間依舊可以, 但給我安排了一間味道很大味道的房間, 連我的翻譯都到我房間都說味道很重, 下次不住了, 會改住其他酒店.

• Amelia (10/5): Love it - I've always stayed in this hotel since first discovering it 6 years ago. It is so conveniently located so shopping centers and massage place within a stone throw. The rooms closer to the lift and facing BTS might be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper, so ask for rooms away from lift and get the more expensive room as it is facing the back alley.

• Amykanthida (4/5): Rude Receptionists - -I have stayed in this hotel for 9 nights, the room is very clean but I have got a smell from bathroom and the bathroom lock was broken. - Good location close to BTS Skytrain -Two of women receptionists are rude. Lack of professional. -One of receptionist did a strange face when my friend left the hotel to clean the room. - When I asked them why did she make strange face? the younger receptionist told me "She (another receptionist) doesn't like the costumer who speaks very fast and too confident" This is weird and funny as this shows that she lacks of professional and basic of customer service. - I talked to them in Thai, and they answered me very rude without respect. All of this hotel is good except the rude staff hotel.

Hotel ideal if you do not stay in the room for too long because they overlook the Skytrain (BTS) , which is also an advantage for travel - the station is in front of the hotel Some have double glazing, some not. Ask "a quiet non smoking room imperatively " Attention! smoking floor serves as a smoking room in the hallway .....
• LivetoTravel (6/5): Very close to BTS, tiny room - Lots of street food around, close to 2 large shopping centers with food courts and high end groceries. Convenient transportation. Just beware of tiny room with practically no closet. The bathroom is clean and well lit but the carpet in the room smell like urine with deodorizer sprayed to mask the odors. Hotel room floor should be tiled, wood or at least vinyl for sanitary reasons. At night many cops use the couches in the lobby to sleep through their shift till the morning. Beware of 1000 baht deposit must be in CASH upfront. No credit card accepted for this.
• Poowan_K (10/5): Simple and clean - Cheap and well maintained with friendly staffs, The hotel location which is located just beside BTS gives another advantage for tourist to travel around. For those loves to eat you won't regret as you will see stalls from morning until evening with so much verities and its damn cheap.

Location is wonderful Room is very clean. Much better than my expectation. 5 star hotel standard. Seems to be a popular place for Japanese, sees a lot of Japanese people and language in the hotel Only downside is I think this hotel is also used as a "short time hotel" as it is close to red light district like soi cowboy and Nana Plaza
• doc_khant (10/5): Very decent, clean and cheap - It's my place of choice in Bangkok since the place is very nice, clran and located just in front of EmQuartier and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very close to BTS station and you could try very good local foods just in front of the hotel.
• D7517GGchrise (6/5): Good location but ho-hum - The location is good being next to the BTS. The room looks directly onto the BTS platform station though (I used the clock on the platform to read the time from my room). This means that you have to keep the window closed all the time unless you don't mind hundreds of people looking into the room. The room is clean although there was an odour of smoke in it and the corridor was smelling pretty strongly of cigarette smoke. There are other options in this area for similar money that may be worth checking out.

Although not as ideal a location as Siam area, they still have very new and big Malls in the area. They have a Naraya shop nearby too. Good price!

I expected noise but there was very little. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was slow, but it worked. Great location. I would stay again.

My main gripe is the change in internet service. While the streaming is fast, the upload and download of files is horrible. Takes hours to upload any things. My smart phone 4G data is actually faster. Internet in Thailand as a whole is pretty cheap but somehow the hotel management goes with the cheapest provider. Making it difficult for business travelers to work in the hotel and have to go to Starbucks, malls and other locations where WIFI is free and fast. The wireless connection also drops when idle or unused, which means you have to put in the user name and password every single time you want to use their WIFI. I've addressed this to the managers and owners while I was staying at the hotel but this problem has not been resolved. After returning home, I've contacted them via email several weeks ago and still on reply on this. Good job guys. Heading back to BKK for work in April and will definitely staying elsewhere. Go with the cheap service and you'll lose clients in a city where hotels are abundant. The staff are great, very helpful and understanding but the owners are the ones who want to cut costs. I'm not looking for free or discounted rates, I'm looking for a service that is the norm with other hotels in the city.
• WhingingGit (8/5): Cheap, comfortable accommodation - Convenient for BTS Phrom Phong station and Emporium/EmQuartier shopping malls. Plentiful supply of on-street food vendors outside, good massage along Soi 24 and 7/11 convenience stores located on each main road. No parking, but taxis can drop off outside back door. Sukhumvit facing rooms are noisy due to traffic outside (traffic lights on intersection) so ask for room with double glazing. Opposite side rooms are quieter but have a bath (and more expensive). Bath is issue as curtain too short and water spills onto floor, so get walk in bathroom opposite, better but a tad noisier. Staff are unconditionally lovely and caring. Security guard at night is also kind and supportive. Concern is lots of police come and 'relax' in main lobby on most days which can be uncomfortable. Perfect stay for a long weekend or week, hotel does offer long term stays (monthly). Overall: nice, safe and cheap hotel in excellent location.
• RajibSengupta_Kol (8/5): Nice and Clean Hotel - 24 Inn is just next to Phrom Phong BTS which is in the Sukhumvit Line. A perfect choice for Business Traveler and Solo Traveler and all who look for a pocket friendly hotel. The main plus of this Hotel is its location and easy access. Clean Rooms - Comfy beds - nice shower and a Decent WIFI connection. Lots of eating joints - street foods - money exchange and shopping centers around. Staff extremely helpful - specially the Reception. A must try one for those who look for a pocket friendly hotel and in city center.
• Gadget_Goddess (10/5): Convenient location in Sukhumvit! - Stayed at the 24INN for 3 nights in August 2015. Room and bathroom was clean. Upgrade to the deluxe for a mere B100 more and they'll put you in a room facing the back, which means its quieter and brighter. No ambient noise from the BTS. The location is fantastic! Doors open onto the steps of the BTS Phrom Pong station. Emporium and Emquartier are across the street. Staff is courteous. My one gripe is the WIFI -- it logs out every 15 mins and you have to key in the username and password again -- it isn't auto login.
• 643yakubb (8/5): Perfect Location and Hotel - I visited Bangkok on a business trip.... stayed at this hotel. Location is amazing.... opp Station and in city center. Room is very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. Free wifi and good connection. Great value for money.
• i_am_sira (10/5): Great Location and reasonable price - Just next to the BTS sky train so it very easy to get to many place. Very close to the Emporium Shopping Center and close to nice restaurant such a nice Ramen on the next soi. Value for money. nice and clean room. friendly and helpful staffs. Recommended!!
• UATK (8/5): I am a regular here - Whenever I'm in Bangkok I normally choose to stay in the 24 Inn. I have been there for more than 10 times already since 2013. The location is very convenient, right at the foot of the stairs coming down from the Phrom Phong BTS station; the rooms very clean; and above all staff are very friendly and courteous. They do not provide breakfast but have a nice coffee shop downstairs and many street hawkers are at arm's length.
