• Kathrin (8/5): B&B bahnhofsnah - Lage nahe am Bahnhof, angenehmes Zimmer, Sitzplätze im Freien Kommunikation mit Eigentumer, als ich anrief und vor dem B&B stand gings sie nicht ans Telefon, ich musste erst einen Nachbarn bitten dort anzurufen.

• Lindsey (10/5): - Great location to access lots of different areas of sightseeing, big airy clean rooms, friendly helpful owner/ staff. Breakfast was good and varied with different sandwiches each day and a drink, plenty of fresh coffee/ tea. There is nothing I didn’t like. It is slightly noisy with the train station next to it, but that is to be expected with the convenience of the station so close. Use ear plugs and it is perfectly fine.
• Jens Oliver (5/5): Preislich attraktive Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, in der ich nicht noch einmal übernachten möchte. - Die Lage der Unterkunft nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof ist gut. Die Managerin war bemüht, Probleme zu beseitigen und Hilfe zu leisten. Das Bild zeigt NICHT die Unterkunft, sondern den Anmeldebereich, der in einem separaten Gebäude untergebracht ist. Dass die Zimmer sehr klein sind, ist verständlich, aber die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wände und Jalousien sind schmutzig, hier wurde lange nicht nachgestrichen. Boden und Bad waren in puncto Sauberkeit in Ordnung, aber nicht übermäßig. Das erste Zimmer hat auf Grund Verschmutzungen so gestunken, dass wir ein anderes bekommen haben.

• Sabine (9/5): - super gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber - alles tip top gepflegt und man fühlt sich wohl. Das kleine, einfache Frühstück ist absolut ok und es gibt im Eingangsbereich gefiltertes Wasser (heiß oder kalt). Toll war, dass wir sogar schon etwas früher einchecken konnten, da es bei unserer Ankunft stark geregnet hat und das natürlich mit dem Gepäck recht unangenehm war. Von daher einen extra Daumen hoch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

• 佳恩 (10/5): - 位置很隱密也很清幽很適合情侶或者短暫休息的地方，老闆很有耐心的講解民宿的事情，位置在火車站旁邊2分鐘的路程，民宿有現磨咖啡機、冰箱跟簡易式廚房，我最喜歡他們的床很舒服（可以一覺到天亮的那種）也有公共區域可以聊八卦跟吃東西。很推薦這一間👍👍👍👍👍👍，是我還會再回訪的民宿。

• Mara (6/5): Ganz schön, aber etwas zu teuer - Es liegt zentral am Bahnhof und man ist schnell an den Haltestellen für die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Bett ist bequem, die Einrichtung modern und ansprechend. Es gibt einen Wasserspender und eine Möglichkeit für Kaffee. Alles ist insgesamt hell und freundlich gestaltet. In der Unterkunft fehlte es mir an Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen oder abzulegen. Das gab es nur im Bad. Für eine. Aufenthalt von 2-3 Nächten ist das zu wenig. Das Frühstück besteht aus unterschiedlichen Gerichten von außerhalb (Burger, Pfannkuchen, Bagel)die am frühen Morgen leise in den Vorraum gestellt werden….Wenn man spät aufsteht ist es kalt -was schade ist.

• たかぼ～ (6/5): 到着時に電話連絡、現金支払いと言う事が分かっていれば問題ありません。 - 駅から近くロケーションは良かったです。部屋も新しく清潔で広さも満足。朝食時間も要望に応えて頂きよかったです。 フロントは無人で到着時に電話かQRコードで読み取り連絡するシステムのようでしたが、予約時にはそいう案内は無く大変手間取りました。QRコードも入り口の透明ガラスに表示されているのでスマホでも読み取れません。予約時にはクレジットカード決済となっていましたがまさかの現金払いで、2人で手持ちの現金をかき集め何とか支払うことができました。予約時にその旨知らせてあれば慌てなくて済んだと思います。言葉の壁もあり今日泊れるだろうかと不安になりました。部屋がよかっただけに残念です。スタッフの対応そのものは問題ありません。

• Percy (6/5): - 我們暑假一家四口到台灣遊玩八天，其中一家飯店選擇了愉園，我們是自駕遊，這裏泊車極不方便。由於飯店沒有洗衣機提供，幾天旅遊的髒衣服理應自己手洗，四個人最少八件衫褲，涼衣架已經細小得可憐，我把洗好但沒位置掠的衣服晾在後花園 ，(後花園有很多樹遮蓋住，)竟然給負責任人說不要掠在外面，會影響飯店外觀。我當下又生氣又好笑，是因為你配套不足啊!

• Yoshiki (1/5): 大いに不満。 - 施設は新しく、その点では良かった。 受付等のスタッフが常駐せず、内容的にはホテルというよりは民泊。設備は新しいが利用者目線での設計となっておらず、充足感には程遠い。照明スイッチは部屋入口の壁面にしか無く、就寝時には消灯後に闇の中をベッドまで戻る必要有。また、シャワールームの排水が不十分の為、シャワー使用時にシャワーブース外にまで水が溢れている。また、朝食代金は料金に含まれているとの記載があったが、実態は自炊を指示され、朝食不要と申し出ても料金の返金等の対応は無し。予約サイトとしてはこのような内容は詐欺に等しいのでは？

• Anna (10/5): Highly recommend this accommodation. Everything was very convenient. - Communication was efficient as they used WhatsApp. Checking-in and out was also very easy; staff were very trusting of us. Staff also provided breakfast every morning; they bought locally from "5 O'clock Burger". Breakfast would be a different burger every day alongside a juice-box which was so cute and delicious! Room was quite spacious and hygienic. Location was great as it was close to Ruifang Train Station and many local bus stops. Nothing.

Hôte contacté par whatsapp à l arrivée . Arrivée rapide de l hôte pour nous faire entrer et nous expliquer rapidement mais précisément les difrenetes clés et codes. Très bien ! Et merci pour le petit déjeuner qui n était pas prévu lors de la réservation.
• Lisa (8/5): - Well located within 5 minutes walk from the railway station but a bit behind the main area and a little difficult to find. Lovely fresh room but a bit small and no wardrobe space or bath (but good powerful shower). Owner wasn’t there upon arrival (5pm) so had to call his mobile and he came along within 10 minutes which wasn’t too long but annoyed to find that the premises was locked and closed when we arrived with our luggage after a 3 hour trip from Taipei. Breakfast was disappointing (just a Taiwanese bread with a packet of banana milk) and the coffee machine was impossible to work out how to use. There wasn’t any staff present either to someone to ask. Owner doesn’t speak English either so be warned!

She has a great attitude and she never hesitated when we asked for help. Very close to train station, restaurants and bus stop to go to Jiufen. Nothing , everything was great
• Chin (7/5): Overall, a good location , clean and safety place at Jiufen - Good location, clean and room size is spaces. It is 3 minutes walking to Ruifang train station and food court. Convenient and access to bank, restaurants, convenience stores. Good things is big bathroom with sauna built in and heater insides especially good during winter times. Near to train railway and you can heard the train sounds and alerts beeping whole night. The sound proofs of the B&B is poor. The breakfast provided is simple , burger or sandwich. Nothing special and the room rate is pricey.
• Andrew (6/5): It's a nicely renovated old building down a tiny lane, and the owners could probably do their jobs b - The room we had was beautiful There's no parking - you have to stay in a parking lot down the road, which means a few hundred more, and this isn't mentioned. You hear the plumbing when you use the water. The breakfast they promised for our infant daughter wasn't properly provided. They had us take off our shoes outside, so we got wet feet, and couldn't be bothered to offer even my wife a chair to sit on while she was taking off my daughter's shoes.

Breakfast provided by the accommodation was decent (sandwich/ burger and a drink). Basic breakfast, but no complaints there. The room itself was clean and bright. Nice big window for the morning light to come in. Beds were ok. Sufficient space to layout our luggage. Aside from the single chair and mini table, there was no other space or table to eat.

• John (9/5): Welcoming host, close to train station and in the centre of Ruifang - Overall I enjoyed my stay and I needed to be close to the train station in order to catch an early train each morning, and this property was perfect for this. Anna the host was very helpful. The room was clean, I was made to feel at home, and I felt safe. I do feel as though the bed was too short and I had to sleep on an angle as my feet went over the edge. Breakfast was a little lacking as well on the morning I had it, I think this could have been better.

Food stalls within 5 min walk from the home. They allowed me to checkin early. Breakfast was delivered to the living space around 8am and it was a juice box and a breakfast sandwich.
• Jiayi (10/5): great b&b with nice rooms and very kind and helpful host! - a very lovely b&b with great facilities. the rooms are spacious and clean with everything we needed. the host was very hospitable and helped us with many things such as answering our questions promptly through whatsapp. one of us left a ear bud behind when we checked out, and they went the extra mile to help us post it to an address in Taipei and they even absorbed the postage fee. overall a really great experience and would gladly stay here again next time!

Love the breakfast included in the morning, sandwiches and included kids option and milk for the children. Water machine was good, hot and cold water readily available. Big size king beds, very comfortable Very close walk to train station and the main area. May not be easy to find if you dont know what you're looking for. 10mins by car to the famous JiuFen, so definitely convenient location. They care about your privacy so they don't clean your room unless you ask, so you may run out of toilet paper when you come back from a long day.

Because our room was on the ground floor just next to the living room, it was noisy in the early morning. We were trying to sleep but the early guests were having breakfast and chatting loudly.

• Christine (10/5): Loving it at - Love the cosy and nice deco place its near the train station and i cant hear the trains. Super convenient to zip in and out of taipei via train station. Beds are comfee and clean. Lots of privacy. NA.
• Jason (8/5): Very good - The location is pretty convenient, walking distance from a multistorey carpark if you're driving and also to the train station. Room is spacious and nicely decorated, cleanliness is there too. Lack of clothing rack or cabinet. The toilet paper was almost empty when we checked in so a bit lack of attention.

• Yen (6/5): Pleasant - Near to Ruifang Station. Staff was very helpful. We booked three rooms with the B&B but one of the groups was staying at a separate unit. The rest of us with loft beds are quite shocked that there are limited space within the rooms for our luggages. Luckily the owners allow us to place our luggages along the common area. the breakfast served at 8am is a little late.
• Chubs (10/5): short walk to Ruifang Station - clean rooms, breakfast was basic but incredibly tasty, friendly staff soundproofing could be better - the sound of scooters and heavy trucks late at night/in the morning was rather loud
• 麗婷 (6/5): - 希望老闆在客人入住前先確認好自來水的加壓馬達是否已開啟，水量太弱導致水溫忽冷忽熱，洗澡真的蠻不舒服的。雖然跟老闆反應後，有馬上幫忙處理。
• Wei-chun (8/5): Good value for a short stay! - Location is great, very close to train station and main streets of Ruifang. Owners are friendly and helpful. Some details are not very cleaned, especially in one of the rooms we stayed, there were quite some black mold at the drainage of the shower

• Cecilia (9/5): all of all our stay was great! I would recommend to others. - great location ~ within 5 minutes walking distance to Ruifang Station. The host was very nice let us storage our luggage until 8pm. I didn’t like the breakfast. One of male host gave me a mean look when I asked him a question, but perhaps I was just a little too sensitive.

• Michael (9/5): Honest Traveler says: - I was there for three nights and i was more than happy with the accommodation. The Staff was very nice, helpful and english speaking. As a traveler i can recommend you this accommodation. Sometimes a bit noisy from the street, but this didn't bother me.

• Yuen (9/5): Good quality for the cost - The place is tidy and clean. The bathroom is excellent. Coffee, tea, and drinks are self-serving, which is good enough for family travelers like us. We've got a family room with a small backyard, and I wish I have more time to spend there.
• CHUANG (10/5): 很好的住宿經驗 - 房間寬敞乾淨，重點是浴廁也很乾淨，住宿的感覺很好。
• bai huei (10/5): 很棒 - 平日旅遊。意外的假包棟。 民宿離火車站超級近。很方便 生活機能也可以 離超商不遠 住宿環境乾淨舒適 只是客廳玻璃一側是透明的 晚上路人會一直看進來 一樓門窗都是玻璃 圍籬沒有全包 感覺會有的害怕治安問題 附的早餐 很好吃😋
• CHIENYING (10/5): - 老闆娘很熱情 ，住二館空間比較大
• Liang-Rong (6/5): 別訂４人房，其他不錯 - 優點： 　房間很乾淨、離火車站很近、逛老街方便、老闆頗豪爽。廚房好像可以任意用（我們沒用到）。 缺點： 　我們住４人房（二床），樓中樓型式，空間非常非常小，光是放二個人的行李都有困難。有去看雙人房的，空間還不錯，後悔應該訂二個雙人房的。 　另，隔音似乎不太好，會聽到樓上（住家）的走動與電視聲音。還好半夜就沒了。 其他： 　住宿時是淡季，老闆不在民宿，提早到要放行李時沒人，電話聯絡老闆，可以自行開門進去大廳放行李。離開時key放櫃台就可以。所以應該不適合喜歡隨時有人服侍的旅客，我們是沒差。
• Hsiu Wen (8/5): 瑞芳有質感的住宿 - 原來有本館和新館，Google導航是本館的位置，住宿那天已被包棟，臨時被換到新館的四人房。管家說新館的房間比較大，可是我比較喜歡本館的樓中樓。不知為何，房間有個刺鼻的味道，管家說是香精，可是我不是很喜歡。整體來說房間裝潢新穎，而且離火車站很近，管家熱情態度很好，是不錯的入住經驗。
• Ko (8/5): - 部屋はとても清潔で、ホストの方も分かるまでちゃんと教えてくれました！ 日本語対応はできませんが、英語でわかりやすく伝えてくれます。 普通のホテルとは少し違いますが、鍵のシステム等初めての事が多く新鮮でした。
• JOU-FANG (10/5): - 房間乾淨整齊,住宿地點就在瑞芳車站步行3分的距離,如自行開車前往,巷內也有$20/hr的停車場可使用,不怕找不到車位,推薦!!
• chao-yuan (8/5): - 房間乾淨 很時尚感 隔音不好 空間小
• Verified traveler (10/5): - 很棒，很舒適。 但有一個小小建議房東，那個洗手間裡可以加一個置物架，因為洗澡時都不知衣服和毛巾該放那裡，沒掛勾不方便
