Russell (8/5): great choice for a hotel on the beach and close to night market . - Great location right on the beach and close to bus stops , not far from night market . When we arrived we requested a softer bed as most beds in Vietnam are quite hard , they put a soft topper on the mattress and this was excellent . Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was also very good . Pool was quite large and very clean and quiet .

Sabine (10/5): Par šo cenu viss ir lieliski - Mums viss patika Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. Pie pašas jūras. Skaista teritorija. Brokastis ir labas, bet vienveidīgas katru dienu, taču tas mums netraucēja. Gan pludmalē, gan pie baseina pieejami guļamkrēsli. Istaba plaša. Noteikti atgrieztos šeit atkal.
ChrisSch (8/5): Vietnam Auszeit vom Trubel - Wir hatten eine Villa mit privatem Pool, dieser wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Badezimmer im halb-freiem war eine Wucht. Roller Verleih über das Hotel, problemlos und günstig zu organisieren. Das Meer war in den 5 Tagen nicht zum Schwimmen freigegeben (durchgängig schwarze Flagge). Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber man sollte es bei der Buchung berücksichtigen, wenn man aus diesem Grund die Villa direkt am Meer hat.
Ralf (1/5): Achtung Absteige!!!!!! Fotos im Netz sind uralt und entsprechen nicht der Realität!!! - Die unmittelbare Strandlage und der gepflegte Außenbereich. Es wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt und das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel ist total abgewohnt, die Möbel uralt, es ist überall dreckig. Selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung sind die Wasserhähne, Spiegel und Dusche dreckig und verkeimt. Der Speisesaal gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle und das ist noch freundlichen formuliert. Im Pool fehlen teilweise Fliesen und die Einstiegsleitern sind locker. Die Bilder, die bei Booking.com und auf der Webseite des Hotels eingestellt sind müssen mindestens 15 Jahre alt sein!! Die entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität! Im Restaurant wurde unser Abendessen 2x von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Trotz Nachweis anhand Kontoauszug, behauptete das Hotel das würde nicht stimmen. Musste es meiner Kreditbank melden, die hat dann recht schnell und unkompliziert das Geld wieder zurück gebucht!

Le p’tit déjeuner pas bon du tout, nous allions à l’extérieur. Les bungalows, et la piscine sont très vétustes et nécessiteraient une grosse rénovation.

The property is getting run down, the lounging beds out front of the beach bungalows do not look like the pictures and aren’t designed to the bungalows, so you are competing with other guests for chairs right outside your door.

Super søde og hjælpsomme personaler. God lokation, men ikke et sted vi ville anbefale...Selvom det er billigt... Meget slidt både værelser og pool. Lidt for hårde madrasser. Lidt alternative køkkenfaciliteter/hygiejne i morgenmadsrestuaranten og desværre rigrig meget skrald på stranden og i havet..

Fortlynnnkim (10/5): Great 3 star resort - We stayed two weeks at the Orange Resort and loved it. The staff were very good and the pool man was very friendly and always came by to say good morning. Security was very diligent and keeping non guests away from our lounge chairs which was very refreshing after our last hotel. Our room was very well kept and the ladies were very friendly and great to deal with. We loved this resort so much we booked for next year as well. The only drawback for this resort is their breakfast that was included in our stay it was the very same thing every day nothing changed they really so change things up.

Phương (5/5): Phòng ok, ngoại cảnh không như hình chụp. Resort không hỗ trợ khách mà chỉ chờ dịp để moi tiền khách - Địa điểm ngay trung tâm, cũng gần chợ đêm, gần nhiều hàng quán ăn. Buffet sáng cũng tàm tạm! Phòng ok Ngoại cảnh mới vô k bắt mắt, nhìn hơi hoang tàn. Vô trong thì mới ok. View cafe ngắm biển đã k còn, bị bỏ hoang. Ngoại cảnh chỉ 50% giống hình chụp. Ghế nằm trực diện biển cũng không còn, nhà ăn buffet sáng có chỗ quạt bị hư nhiều, ngồi ăn mà nóng do k có quạt. Nhà vệ sinh nhà ăn cũ kĩ và trông k được sạch sẽ. Khi mình hỏi resort có tiện đưa đón bến tàu không thì resort báo là không, nếu khách cần thì phụ phí đưa đón 400k/ 1 chuyến là quá mắc. Trong khi mình gọi taxi tự túc chỉ 200k/ 1 chuyến. Như vậy làm cho mình cảm thấy resort không hỗ trợ cho khách mà còn lợi dụng khi khách cần mà đưa giá cắt cổ. Khi mình nhờ resort gọi dùm xe tuk tuk thì cũng gặp tài xế đưa đến quán ăn mắc mà lại không ngon như tài xế quảng cáo nên mấy lần sau mình tự lấy số tổng đài và tự gọi tài xế. Sau nhiều việc xảy ra thì mình k có ấn tượng tốt về độ hỗ trợ khách của resort mà toàn là lợi dụng dịp để moi tiền khách thôi.
PAT WEARNE (8/5): - Staff were excellent very well run, the free airport pick up and drop off. Eastern Europeans leaving their towels on the sun loungers from first thing in the morning even though they were only going to use them briefly later in the day. There should be signage and policing of this ignorant habit both around the pool and beachfront with a time limit set. Breakfast was ordinary a change in variety every other day would help. The beachfront restaurant and Bar could be so much more with a bit of music and a happy hour.

Gerhardsson (7/5): Not worth the money - I would say that the best thing about the place is the staff and closeness to the beach. The resort really could use some refurbishment. Even though the area around the pool was nice, the pool itself had a lot of lose tiles and one guest also hurt himself. The breakfast is ok but should really consider to extend the breakfast time to at least 10 am. When I'm on holiday I don't want to feel stressed to get up in time just to have breakfast. The road down to the resort was a bit dodgy with stray dogs running around barking,

Ernst Josef (9/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden. - Das Frühstück war gut, da die Eier immer frisch zubereitet wurden. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen außer die Dusche da man sie in der Hand halten muss. Wir können nichts negatives sagen.
T1069KYclaires (10/5): Great find! - Just left Orange Resort after a really lovely week there. Booked in a hurry without much research so arrived fearful after reading some awful reviews. But we were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was big and immaculately clean with a sea view. The pool area is so pretty and the resort is directly on a heavenly beach. The resort has a bar/restaurant area that is perfect for watching the sunset with delicious cocktail. Also recommend the watermelon juice and the iced coffees. The staff were all super friendly. It was a few minutes walk into the main road where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The resort provided free transport to and from the airport that was super efficient. We paid 3 star prices and were delighted with what we got for our money. Would go again and would recommend to our friends and family.

Jonas (6/5): Fint men skod værelse - Det var centralt beliggende tæt på byen og stranden. Vi fik det værste værelse på stedet med varmtvandsbeholder i bruseren og 4 forskellige gulve. Ingen elevator og vi kom med 2 små børn.
Lars Husted (7/5): Solnedgang bliver ikke flottere - Beliggenhed Faciliteter er noget slidt, svømme pool mangler flere fliser trænger til renovering.. værelser helt ned til beach front var ok. Også her, og generelt i Vietnam.. alt muligt gammel byggeaffald og indpakning ligger og flyder, også inde på resortet... Så ryd dog op!!!!
Patrik (8/5): Mycket nöjd med det mesta och i synnerhet den vänliga personalen. - Bra pool, frukost, lunchrestaurang och strand. Nära till kvällsaktiviteter och restauranger. Lugn och mysig trädgårdsmiljö. Enastående service och supertrevlig personal. Rekommenderar detta boende. Undermåligt gym utan aircon. Säkert 35 grader i lokalen. Välj ett annat boende om du måste träna. Saknade att kunna äta frukost utomhus och att kunna sitta hela familjen vid ett bord på kvällen.
eleonora (8/5): Buona soluzione per breve soggiorno a Phu Quoc - Ottima posizione su una bella spiaggia. Il mare è limpido e trasparente, ma dipende un po' dalle maree credo, perchè un giorno è stato molto torbido anche se non era mosso. La struttura è buona, e considerato la fascia di prezzi a phu quoc, è una buona soluzione, anche se si vede che è una struttura un po' datata. Qualche mattonella rotta, soprattutto in zona piscina, ma sinceramente sono dettagli che si notano proprio se si vogliono notare. Il centro si raggiunge anche a piedi, e abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare dei grab alla sera. Ci sono comunque diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Anche il ristorante sulla spiaggia, interno alla struttura, è più che soddisfacente, e i prezzi non sono esageratamente rincarati. Un po' tutta phu quoc è più cara del resto del paese. Personale molto gentile. In reception si fa un po' fatica con l'inglese perchè l'accento vietnamita è molto forte, ma compensano con la gentilezza e disponibilità.
Paul (7/5): Enjoyable stay in a busy part of the island - don’t expect more than three star and you won’t be disappointed. - The beach is nice and the view from the balcony of the deluxe bungalows with beach view was fab. There are great massages available on the beach and if you walk up the beach to the left from the property there are a few lovely restaurants on the beach too - we also really liked the food in the beach restaurant of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were helpful with sorting boat trips etc. The pool is quite tired with some broken tiles. It needs a bit of renovating overall and areas of rubbish clearing away from the resort to spruce it up. It could be lovely.
Łukasz (9/5): Skromny ale w porządku - - bardzo uprzejma i uśmiechnięta obsługa - dobre położenie bezpośrednio przy plaży - kilka kroków od ulicy z masą atrakcji i restauracji - załoga dba o cały teren. Na biężąco sprzątają, trawę wokół basenu ścinają nożyczkami(!), dbają o porządek na plaży i wokół basenu - dostęp do masażystów na plaży (nie warto brać na głównej ulicy) - basen - nie ma się co oszukiwać, hotel nie jest nowy i najlepsze lata ma za sobą. Załoga jednak robi co może by pobyt przebiegał dobrze - brak półek w szafach - sejf na klucz, który jest dołączany do klucza od pokoju. Tracisz klucz pokojowy = tracisz dostęp do sejfu

Lise Hvarre (7/5): Skøn beliggenhed, mindre god morgenmad. Sødt personale. - Vildt god beliggenhed og hyggeligt poolområde. Sød personale. Morgenmaden kunne godt være bedre. Det var lækkert at de stod og lavede æg og pandekager, men resten af morgenmaden var kedelig. Meget hårde senge.

Isabelle (7/5): Établissement très bien situé, rapport qualité prix à peine correct mais personnel très agréable à la réception et PDJ - L’emplacement, l’accueil, le service , le petit déjeuner , le transfert aéroport gratuit, le service de laverie rapide et efficace. Les installations sont rustiques et il y a une vétusté et un manque d’entretien flagrants ( carreaux manquants dans la piscine, sèche serviette extérieur visiblement bricolé à la hâte et menaçant de tomber si coup de vent un peu fort, flexible de douche trop court pour rester debout en se douchant ). L’isolation est mauvaise de chambre à chambre et les femmes de chambre ou chargées du jardin, parlent très fort dès 6.30 devant votre porte…Aucun transat disponible sur la plage, nous avons dú aller en louer ailleurs !!!
Ekaterina (6/5): - Первая линия, есть свои бесплатные лежаки. Номер большой и светлый. Несмотря на то, что на завтрак подают одно и тоже, голодными не останетесь. Хорошее расположение, рядом много ресторанчиков, супермаркет в пешей доступности. Отель очень уставший, ремонт делали прям очень давно. В душе нет уклона для стока воды, все что попало в сток сразу, ушло, остальная вода растекается по всей ванной комнате. Постоянно влажно и нужно убирать полотенцем воду, которая натекла из душа. Был инцидент с кражей денег персоналом, отель помог решить все проблемы с полицией, деньги вернули.

GEORGII (10/5): Лучший отель за свои деньги - Отель просто огонь. Близость к морю, свои лежаки, за которыми следят. Ресторанчик у моря, если вдруг лень куда-то идти. Супер милый и отзывчивый персонал, неплохой уровень английского, что позволяет большую часть вопросов решать без переводчиков. Устали от суеты на пляже, 15 метров поднялись в бассейн (от отеля) скрытый от глаз туристов и отдыхаете. Поблизости слава богу нет особо тусовочных кафе/баров, достаточно тихо ночью, мешать особо никто не будет. Да и в целом тут собираются в основном семейные. Т.е. приезжают с детьми/родителями. Сама территория сделана в стиле такого парка, что не напрягает. Квакают жабки. По локации тоже очень удачно расположен. Встречают и увозят в аэропорт, что супер круто на мой взгляд. Особенно когда прилетаешь. За свои деньги я считаю просто лучшее что есть на всей береговой линии в этой части острова.

Nejsem si jista, jestli by při stejném poctu lehatek na nas vysly i behem sezony, kdy je tustitu vice, kdyz navic se i pronajimaji pro cizi turisty. Pokoj jsme meli prostorny a kazdy den uklizeny. Olga (5/5): Ett ”ok”hotell med jätte trevlig personal! - Läge är fantastiskt, direkt vid stranden med gratis hotells solstolar. Hotellområdet är vackert. Det är som att vara i djungeln med bungalows. Personal är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Alla restauranger, barer, butiker, night marknad i närheten. Rummen är stora, med stora sängar och soffan. Varje dag har man nya baddukar och stranddukar. Man får varje dag varsin liten vattenflaska, kaffe och te.Sängar är hårdare än vanlig, vi gillar, men det är en smaksak. Grattis transfer från/till flygplatsen. Frukost är bra. Det är samma buffé varje dag, men man hittar egna variationer. Om man vill äta på hotellet så är det jätte god mat, generösa portioner, rekommenderas! Hotellet är ganska sliten. Behövs ett stor renovering. Städningen är ganska dåligt. Städare bara bäddar sängen, byter baddukar och sopar rummet. Handfatet har inte rengjorts på två veckor. Kranen och speglar rengöras aldrig. Smutsiga fotspår på golvet efter städningen. Dammet torkas inte bort från sängbord eller andra bord. Många små flugor och myror i badrummet. Myror fanns på rummet också.

Florian (8/5): - Der eigene Strand ist sehr schön sowie die Anlage. Es ist auch sehr ruhig und es gibt genug Liegen am Strand. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück könnte mehr Abwechslung sein. Vor allem beim Obst, waren die ganzen 7 Tage immer Drachenfrucht, Ananas und Melone, anderes hat sich beim Frühstück auch nicht verändert. Im Pool fehlen einige Fliesen, was kein großes Problem ist, aber nicht sehr schön ist. Im ersten Zimmer hatte die Dusche eine wackelige Wanne zum draufstellen. Und es hat bei Regen plötzlich ins Zimmer getropft. Dies haben wir der Rezeption gesagt woraufhin wir ein anderes und deutlich besser Zimmer als Entschuldigung bekommen haben.
Carrie (8/5): Would love to come back! - Loved our stay at Orange Resort! Would not hesitate to return! Absolutely recommend a beach side bungalow!! Was just magic!! Pros: -Absolutely lovely staff, all of them from housekeepers to reception to restaurant staff to security. Such friendly people, a credit to the hotel. -Incredible location, so close to laundries, shops, coffee and food shops, bars. -Beach was magic, so clean and such warm water. -Rooms cleaned beautifully daily if wanted. -Restaurant had good variety of food and cheap prices. Overall loved it. Do not expect 5 star but it was clean, well positioned with a great relaxed and happy vibe. Staff could not do enough for you. Thank you Orange Resort ♡ Cons: -The main shower only worked the first night, luckily there was another over the bathtub so was able to use that, however felt a bit slippery standing in such a high bath tub. I also know not all bungalows had 2 showers as I travelled with several friends who stayed in 3 others. -Also be careful as outside pavers and paths are so slippery when wet! However this is not just the hotel, applies to much of the streets we walked!
Megan (10/5): Great Location - We got the Beach Bungalow and loved it.Great location. Close to cafes and restaurants.Staff a super friendly and helpful. Beds are hard which didn’t bother me but you can ask for a mattress topper. Don’t expect luxury but we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Ein Mitarbeiter hat sich völlig daneben benommen! Er hat zu meinem Freund gesagt“ you now Cambodia-People killing other People?“ da hat mein Freund nichts dafür und macht das dieser Mitarbeiter auch bei Russen oder Thailänder….?
