- abanobr2021 (10/5): Great stay - Sani , Ani, widya , Evi, Dwyo, Dika And Augstin Were amazing and so cheerful with great smile. The you so much for everything and for the great service
- kiranasaras (10/5): excellent service - perfect place for retreat, great food and excellence service!
- ajjac2026 (10/5): Calm, Pretty, and Hard to Leave - Okay… I think I just found one of my favorite stays in Bali
Rumah Luwih Bali is sooo peaceful and pretty, literally perfect kalau lagi butuh escape dari yang rame-rame.
It’s giving calm, luxury, and healing in one place
Definitely will come back!

- Maps62204891965 (10/5): A calm getaway - Calm and secluded hotel. A go to place compared to other busy areas in Bali. We stayed for 2 nights and really loved the ambience of the hotel. Thank you for the warm welcome from Pak Irham, Pak Krisna, and Pak Adi.
We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. Thanks to Ani and Dewa Ayu for the attentive and thoughtful service.
On the last day we tried the complimentary photo session with Pak Dewa around the resort and got 1 copy of the photo. It was a fun experience. A memorable stay and surely will return.

- JIDONG (8/5): Amazing breakfast and a relaxing environment - Warm, thoughtful service and a generous, beautifully presented, and delicious breakfast were definite highlights. Our whole family was very well taken care of. The facilities felt a bit dated and were not maintained or repaired in a timely manner. However, the hotel manager told me that a major renovation is planned very soon, so we are very much looking forward to experiencing the hotel after it has been refurbished.

- ndggirl (10/5): A bit isolated but great stay - I was very happy with our stay at Rumah Lewih. The hotel & grounds are gorgeous & it is delightful to watch the surfers at the the nearby black sand beach. We were upgraded to an ocean facing room - it was very large, well appointed & maintained, with a double sized bathroom with tub and shower, plus a balcony, good tv etc. Breakfast (included) was good - a small buffet plus à la carte choices. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit isolated and if you don’t have transport there are not any good choices apart from at the hotel. We had supper on the lovely veranda outside the hotel, overlooking the pool, small lake (with swans!) and sea, but found the prices high. I’m looking forward to staying here again!
- Ekaterina (8/5): “The hotel has high potential, but it is not fully realized.” - Excellent breakfasts — high quality, beautifully presented, and genuinely enjoyable.
The hotel building is very beautiful, with stunning surrounding views.
The hotel has very high potential, but it currently lacks competent management and a professional operational approach to match the level it aims to present. The bed linen was damp, which made sleeping very uncomfortable and raises hygiene concerns.
The air conditioning cannot be properly adjusted: even on the lowest setting it blows extremely strongly, making it impossible to sleep comfortably.
A spa is advertised, but in reality it is just one small room with a single therapist. At the same time, the massage prices are extremely high and not justified by the facilities.
The gym is not air-conditioned, so in practice it is unusable. Essentially, there is no functional gym.
There is clearly not enough staff for such a large property, which directly affects service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
- ekaterinasS6266LD (10/5): The best service we ever experienced - Our stay at Rumah Luwih Bali was, without a doubt, the best travel experience we’ve ever had.
From the very first day, the level of service was exceptional. We felt genuinely cared for and welcomed, and every detail of our stay was handled with such professionalism and warmth. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning beautiful, authentic, and full of the true spirit of Bali and its culture. The territory is spacious and peaceful, the pool has a breathtaking view, and the rooms are luxurious, elegant, and extremely comfortable.
We were also lucky to celebrate New Year at the hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was festive and elegant, everything was beautifully organised, and we even participated in a lottery, which we were thrilled to win! The prize was an additional day of stay at the hotel, which made our holiday even more special and unforgettable.
We had an outstanding experience at the restaurant. A special thank you to the chef Ardana , the food was simply delicious. 😋 He was incredibly attentive to our dietary requirements and even cooked fish for us several times that we caught ourselves during a fishing trip, which made the experience truly unique and personal. The menu is very rich in traditional Indonesian cuisine, with some excellent European dishes as well — all prepared to a very high standard. During our 14-day stay, we enjoyed something new for breakfast and dinner every single day.⭐️
We are so happy we chose the option with breakfast and dinner included. It made our long stay completely stress-free — we never had to worry about where to eat or risk getting “Bali belly” 😅.
The restaurant team truly elevated our dining experience to another level. Huge thanks to Ani, Widia, Yoga, Gigih, Agus, Dea Au, Irham, and the rest of the team for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our stay.🥰
Housekeeping was excellent, the room was always spotless, and we had fresh bottled water every day. The location of the hotel is also perfect: peaceful and quiet, away from the noise and traffic of Denpasar, yet conveniently close to Ubud’s most famous sights.
We highly recommend Rumah Luwih Bali for couples, honeymoons, and anyone looking for a romantic and unforgettable holiday. We will definitely return.
- VincentLo_USA (10/5): We were very well taken care of at Rumah Luwih Bali., for a relaxing stay. - We were very well taken care of at Rumah Luwih Bali. The hotel is beautiful in a tranquil setting. From the moment of arrival, we were welcomed and helped with our luggage as well as given a quick tour for the pool and gym areas (which are at the top of our exercise list). We were recognized as IHG Diamond Elite members. Along with other benefits, we were upgraded to an ocean-view room with a gorgeous view.
The grand staircase has the old-world charm. The balcony at the top of the stairs offers a paramaniac view of ocean and the island in the distance. Looking down from the balcony, you will see a very long pool, may be around 50 meters. It is perfect for lap swimming or just relax on the poolside lounging chairs. The gym is a bit small; but, it has what I like: a treadmill, sit-up (weight) bench, and a multi-function weight machine. From the pool area, we can walk to the black sand beach in a just a couple of minutes. Along the beach, there is nicely paved walkway along the coastline. You can walk to the local restaurants and shops under 10 minutes. This walkway is much better to walk than along the main road in front of the hotel. We have everything we need for a relaxing vacation all within the hotel compound.
The service at the hotel restaurant is second to none. Breakfasts are served either buffet style or À la carte. You should definitely book your stay with breakfast. We especially enjoy the À la carte, cook to order breakfast. My wife had a very bad cough during our stay. The restaurant staff Ani and Jaya were super kind to her, getting her hot water with ginger, lemon, and honey to sooth her throat! Dinners were also very good. We cleaned our plates of the Signature Fried Rice (Nasi goreng Rumah Luwih) and Braised Beef (Rendang Padang).

- Massimo Cupaioli (10/5): Struttura meravigliosa dal grande fascino. - Tutto. Complimenti! Nulla.
- Lara (8/5): Extremely friendly staff in beautiful old colonial estate with spacious rooms - Very friendly staff which helped us with renting a scooter and excellent chef and waiters. Well maintained place that’s very big. Extremely spacious rooms. AC works very well (which wasn’t the case in other places). It’s beautiful colonial style but you can see that it’s quite old. The gym has old and not many equipment. You want swim in the ocean (at least in rainy season) because the waves are pretty high and the beach and water are a bit dirty (it’s a public beach so not the fault of the hotel). You need a scooter or take Gojek/ Grab because there’s nothing around.
- stephenaI5768SC (10/5): Amazing relaxing stay. - Amazing relaxing 8 days here after 3 days in Singapore, 19 day cruise to Sydney then 3 days in Sydney. The hotel is lovely, but the standout feature are the fantastic staff. My partner was in tears when we left!
We had one day touring the sites (rice terraces, temple, waterfall, batik, coffee, silver, wood carver)
with a driver recommended to us, the rest of the time we just relaxed around the pool. Just what we wanted after a fairly hectic trip.
It's a long journey to Bali from the UK, but worth adding on if you are in the area?
The hotel is built in the colonial style, lots of space and open areas. Nice pool with jacuzzi jet areas.
Restaurant has a great selection for each meal. Breakfast buffet amazing. There isn't a bar as such, drinks are ordered from the restaurant staff.
We had several massages. Really good service and great value. Approximately £25 for a 90min session.
Most of the staff are young, they are helpful, cheerful, personable. Most have good English. They learn English at senior school and do a work placement for the tourism/hospitality industry. They are a credit to the hotel and Bali. A little interaction with them is really appreciated.
My only suggestion to the hotel would be to provide an information folder in the guest rooms. Restaurant times, facilities etc. All queries quickly responded to, but just more convenient?

- DayTrip12755225446 (10/5): Wonderful repeat stays in Luwih. - This is our fourth visit since 2023 and we loved it!
The whole team was very welcoming as usual.
The team at the restaurant - Agus, Yoga, Ani, Jaya, Okta, Sami, Widya, Gigih, and Vina, to name a few, lead by Chef Ardana was wonderful. The chef even went out of his way to greet us. A very nice gesture indeed.
Thank you for Rumah Luwih !

- kolbenschmidt (10/5): Wonderful place - A wonderful place, beautiful, with a magnificent pool and ocean view. The hotel is in a great location, easy access to interesting places. The room is spacious, and the service is excellent. The caring staff (Vina, Ani, and Yoga) do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be.
- Anissa S. (8/5): -
- Roz (7/5): Not too bad -very clean -cii out uld not control air conditioning - 50 metre pool- Not cool enough in room
- Kai (10/5): - Beautiful building, beautiful garden
- Catarina (10/5): -
- Georgi (7/5): - The building and the garden are amazing.
Wonderful pool,. The room facing the road is very noisy all night and noise insulation is poor.
The beach is not for swimming, only surfing
- lvhall (10/5): Special place with wonderful staff - A beautiful peaceful Colonial style hotel that is made all the more special by the beautiful staff. From the Front Desk, to the Restaurant staff (shout out to Gus Jaya, Widia, Okta and Agus) as well as all the behind the scenes staff including the Gardeners, Cleaners, Cooks and Security- well done on making all your guests feel so good. Whilst it was a very quick stop over for me, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable beds, clean room and gorgeous pool and beach outlook. Thanks again.
- Reinoud (10/5): Erholung? Hier.
- Kamil Marczyk (9/5): Great, but not for for sightseeing - Hotel makes great impression inside and outside- stylish and in good condition. Delicious food in restaurant. And on top of it wonderful personnel- very helpful and friendly. Beautiful view Location is nothing special- by the beach, but nearby hotel there is nothing interesting- it is at the end of small non turistic village(maybe except zoo, which gets very various ratings), so if wants to spend time outside you need to take time consuming ride. Hotel is very pricey as for places or is located
- Sherpa328979 (10/5): Recent stay - We had a short stay of one night, which was comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight with very nice and professional staff - vina, Jaya and Sami and the chef Ardana - made our morning very happy.

- Peter (9/5): Enjoyed our 4 nights, relaxing, very close to Safari Park not so close to much else. - Lovely hotel, possibly not ideal for children. Lovely views over the Ocean. Not very busy when we stayed mid October, seemed to run out of some wines and local beer!
- Philip (10/5): It felt like I was renting a massive luxury classic Villa with my own staff. - The staff were very helpful at all times the food is much improved There isn't much to do outside the hotel unless you have transport
- lesley (10/5): - It was lovely very comfy. Food very good and staff lovely. Pool gorgous but beach not great due to floods a couple of weeks before our stay. Informed beach was lovely before floods.
- Shigeki (9/5): -
- 476lydias (8/5): Excellent location, good service and beautiful Country - My husband and I stayed at Rumah Luwih, Bali for a week. The location of this hotel is perfect if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The building could do with a bit of TLC. The service was good especially from Jenifer and Mr Krisna. The gardens are amazing. The rooms could do with a good renovation. There was smell from the drains in the first room we were given and lift. The food good and tasty. The restaurant staff, manager are all very good and attentive. We upgraded our room to a sea view view and it was beautiful. The hotel is currently being rebranded to IHG. I hope they keep the heart of the place and art work around the hotel.
- Lyla (10/5): - The hotel was amazing and the staff were wonderful and very polite and helpful. Mira, yoga, Agus and Pina were very attentive to our needs. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so wonderful. We will never forget you. And we will be back!!
- Amy (9/5): Nice stay - Good food for breakfast and nice dinner food. Friendly staff, nice grounds to walk around, good facilities and bed was comfy. Not much really, was a little isolated and not much eating places around to walk to. But that was all.
- lisabU5652YZ (8/5): Great restaurant and pool area - The hotel is built a lovely old colonial style with beautiful clean dining, lounge and pool areas. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. They have a wide choice of foods and drink for breakfast. The restaurant service is exemplary with friendly and courteous staff, and of course great food! My special thanks goes out to Yoga, Vina and Kiidia who were so attentive and friendly during my stay.
There was a minor point that the hotel could improve on and that was the sun lounger cushions which looked like they needed a very good wash to get the mould out. At least there was always plenty of fresh towels to cover them with.
Finally although there is a very busy duel carriageway in front of the hotel, at the back where the pool can found there is no noise from vehicles. Only the sound of the ocean.
- Mischa (10/5): -
- Timothy Karl (10/5): - Very friendly staff, helpful and kind, even learned our names and remember them. Enjoyed that we tried to speak some of their language. The breakfast buffet only on weekends was beyond enjoyable. The staff suggested a private beach, which turned out to be very excellent.
- M.B. (8/5): -
- Gabriela (10/5): - Everything was just perfect! The hotel is very beautiful, clean, the stuff is super kind, food is delicious. We were over the moon! The perfect place in Bali.
- Andrei (10/5): -
- Siti Arpah Fatwa (10/5): The highlight of my stay was Yuki Kawauchi *grin* and since I only spent time indoor, everything was perfect. - I love it that the hotel is facing the beach. (1) The gym is too small and not fully equipped.
(2) There is no night entertainment although there are available rooms for life band etc
- Bernhard (10/5): -
- Irina (10/5): Great! - This hotel was the biggest discovery during our trip to Bali. Colonial style, large rooms, good beds, mattresses, perfect bed linen. Beautiful territory, the best breakfasts. And all this for a nice price
- Josepha (9/5): A week was not even enough! - We absolutely loved our stay at the Rumah Luwih! We had a beautiful room with the best views of rice fields, the ocean, the mountains, and even Mt. Agung every now and then! The Rumah is a colonial hotel, and attention is paid to every detail of the decor! It is simply stunning. Large areas, a huge and impressive foyer, a massive lounge room with many seating options, and even games to play. The 40m infinity pool is easy to get in and out of with steps and a hand rail. The whole pool is the same depth (1.4m).
The pool overlooks the gorgeous lotus lagoon, as well as the well-kept grounds.
The buffet breakfast is the best we have ever had, with a great variety and changes every day. We dined in a few times, and the meals were simply delicious!!
The staff is wonderful and can't do enough for you.
Will we be back? Absolutely!! The tv in the room. Very bad picture and sound!
Not enough lounges by the pool. They only provide 12, where there is more than enough room one level up to provide many more.
Sometimes things can be a bit too much: we certainly appreciate the dining room staff checking if our food is okay. However, if all 5 staff members do the same, it becomes an intrusion. We felt the same intrusion if staff stayed to chat while we were trying to eat. A very simple training issue 🙂.
Unfortunately, there are no warungs or restaurants where we thought it was safe for us westeners to eat, within walking distance from the Rumah. However, fine dining in house made this less of a problem.
- Armando (10/5): - Camera molto spaziosa, servizi eccellenti, piscina molto bella, ristorante e colazione di altissimo livello
- silviob902 (10/5): charming hotel - A timeless hotel that takes us back to the colonial era. The staff are very kind (especially in the restaurant). The food is always excellent and the pool is exceptional. Highly recommended.

- Ian (8/5): Comfortable stay, will be better when renovations are completed - Very spacious, lovely staff, very good Breakfast. Renovation is underway, which was inconvenient as banging and drilling in room below while trying to get some sleep.
- Sandy (10/5): Our stay was relaxing, enjoyable with elegance and quietness. - Loved room, breakfast, pool, function room (wish there were more games in the funtion room).
Enjoyed that my pizza was brought to the function room so we can play chess and listen to relaxing music while eating. The hotel was perfect, but the location was not convinient. Had to hire private driver.. I would have appreciated a shuttle to safari. We walked, but location is not built for safely walking due to traffic. No one walks.
I would have liked if hotel had a shuttle to Ubud or nearby city for shopping.
- Maitreyee (2/5): - Don't be fooled. This is not a 5-star property. For everything you ask, the staff will give an answer that we are under new management and ongoing changes.
No workable gym. Excuse - We are under renovation.
No activities. You can feed the swans which roam at the property, a pathetic excuse for an activity. I didnt see even a child doing this and no staff even showed up at 4 p.m. for the activity.
Minifridge in a 5-star property supposed to have a few items (chargeable). I open it, it is empty and not even working.
No lotion or hand towel. I can go on and on.
They have one omelette station and limited items, but their prices are like you are eating in a real western 5-star. Service and food are far from it.
PLEASE BE SURE THEY ARE NOT STEALING YOUR PERSONAL DATA. After repeatedly saying no, I was surprised to receive an email - welcome new IHG member. What???? I contacted Expedia and IHG right away, spending time on my holiday with customer care, and finally IHG support person told me that your account was created by front desk. Is this a joke? The staff will trick you and when confronted with IHG chat, she accepted that she did that, even going to the point that it is free. Again, no explanation or even a sorry for doing something which I declined three different times during my check-in and within an hour of being there. STAY AWAY!
- anne-claire (9/5): - L'hôtel est absolument superbe, style colonial, jardins, nénuphars, piscine et vue exceptionnelles.
Personnel tres gentil.

- paulacV2360IT (10/5): Wonderful experience - The experience in this Hotel has been wonderful. The views are beautiful, the cleanliness of the hotel is perfect and the service of its workers exceptional. We were attended almost all the time by Ani and the Restaurant Supervisor, and they have always been very kind and attentive making us feel at home. I will miss this place❤️

- Ahmad (6/5): - Great property with swimming pool and beach view. It is far from almost everything. If you want to visit Bali and want to be away from everything and can do with very limited dinning options, this place might be for you. To get around from this property to anywhere around , give yourself a hour of travel time. For our next visit, we will pick somewhere closer to Sanur or Ubud.
- Bobbi (10/5): - The place was clean, quiet, lovely pool, food was good, and staff was excellent. Only downside is that there is not much walking distance from hotel.
- bobbis388 (10/5): Hotel reivew - Bed is comfortable, room was large and clean. Food was great. Most importantly the staff were amazing. The were kind, friendly and always there to ensure we had what we needed. Special thanks to Midia and Ani for the extra special care. Amazing.

- Katrin (8/5): Good value for money, clean room - The staff - Agustin and check in was incredibly helpful, Ani in the restaurant was a star too!
The value for money
The pool and the view
The cleanliness of the room and the facilities
The clean ACs We took 2 rooms. In one room the AC was ok and in the other one it was so loud , like a jet engine
Also, if you struggle sleeping with noise, ensure you book the ocean view so it’s far away from the road.
The food in the restaurant was not 5 star. Surprising for Bali.

- Wenwen (8/5): Relax and friendly hotel - The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Tarmi was very nice showing us around for fish and swan feeding. The location was great for safari and marine attraction, but less so for local restaurants in walking distance. The shower facilities in the room is a bit old, which could be renovated.

- Mishal (9/5): - The staff were extremely friendly and the ocean view was incredible. It was really relaxing to watch and hear the ocean waves. It could be a little cleaner.
- megancf11 (10/5): Elegance meets relaxation - I was solo travelling and wanted a relaxing break from a busy work schedule and I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality I received at Rumah Luwih. When I arrived at the airport, driver Adì was waiting for me and took my bags, we travelled in a lovely car with AC and a cold bottle of water was waiting for me which was much needed! When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by Augustina who gave me a warm welcome and helped me get checked in, her colleague (apologies I didn’t get her name) got me another lovely cold drink, I think it was lime and ginger and it was really refreshing! Once I was checked in, Adì helped me again taking my suitcase and bags up to my room and showing me around. The room was very beautiful, modern and clean with a massive bed and AC. The bathroom itself is luxurious with a beautiful unit and large walk in shower. I also had a private balcony with a partial ocean view and view of the mountains which was beautiful. Mainly the view was over an empty field and busy road nearby.
The grounds were absolutely breathtaking, as soon as you walk in the front doors, you are greeted with a wonderful grand staircase in an open foyer with lounges on one side and the reception and restaurant on the other side, with doors open at the back overlooking an infinity pool, the gardens and pond, then out to the Indian Ocean! Now when I say the views are phenomenal, I truly mean it! There are several sun loungers and parasols around the pool for you to relax at. The water is rather cold but if you have a sunny day it can be refreshing. I took a walk around the grounds everyday and watched the offerings, I got to see the geese everyday and a few little baby goslings. The pond is covered in gorgeous flowers, maybe water lilies or lotus flowers, floating along the surface, then at night the pond is lit up with lanterns and gives a gorgeous view!
I had booked my stay with breakfast and dinner included everyday and I went to the restaurant and was able to be served on the terrace, overlooking the pool, gardens and ocean. The staff were so warm and friendly, always addressing me as Ms.Megan which I found to be very respectable and kind! A few that really stood out were Ani, the sweetest woman who went above and beyond and really made my time so much more enjoyable, I enjoyed chatting and getting to know her. Nanda was extremely friendly and he was able to tell me about places to visit on the island and some trips I could take by boat, he also made one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time! Jaya was very welcoming and always made an effort to come and say hello and ask how I was getting on, making lovely recommendations for dinner from the Indonesian menu, which were all beautiful! I really can’t remember everyone’s name but I can say that every staff member was phenomenal in what they do and really make you feel so welcome, they are the heart of this hotel and made my stay so enjoyable. From drivers to gardeners, chefs and waiting staff to housekeeping and front of house, everyone was brilliant at their job!!
The breakfast was a wonderful buffet spread of both Indonesian dishes and western style dishes. There was beautiful fresh juices every morning, my favourite is orange but the guava juice was also beautiful, many fresh fruits and yoghurts, an assortment of breads and pastries, jams, honeys and butters, fresh eggs and omelettes, some mornings had pork bacon which I liked, other mornings there was beef bacon and chicken sausages, there was salads and cold meats and cheeses, cereal, grain and seeds, then beautiful Indonesian rices, noodles, vegetable dishes, fish dishes and meat dishes. It was a brilliant range that catered to all nationalities and cultures!
Location wise, the hotel was right on the ocean which was beautiful to wake up to everyday and it was a black sand beach which I had never seen before. However I did find I was very far away from everything and relied on taxis to take me everywhere. There is a few small supermarkets across the road but it is very busy roads so can be hard to cross and there is no footpaths, just the dirt lay-by to walk on. Taxis took over 60 minutes to Seminyak, about 60 minutes to ubud, but traffic in Ubud was horrendous when I was trying to go back to the hotel, I was stuck in a taxi for 3 hours trying to get back from the wanna jungle pool club, (nothing at all to do with the hotel and not their fault in anyway but just location wise it was so far away and I couldn’t have returned to hotel any other way).
There was a wedding at the hotel on my last day so it was also beautiful to see the set up for that and to see the chapel beside the ocean get decorated with the beautiful flowers and garlands. I didn’t want to interfere while they were setting up but I watched the wedding staff getting ready and got to view the gorgeous setting from the pool before I made my way back to my room when the ceremony was due to take place. I couldn’t think of a more romantic place to get married.
Overall the Rumah Luwih hotel made my stay a very enjoyable one. There’s not a single thing I can fault them on. I wanted a relaxing stay and my goodness I got one, I hope to be back again someday soon!! Thank you to everyone who made my holiday so enjoyable, I will cherish my time spent there!
- Vijaya Bhaskara Ramarao (8/5): Good quality hotel on Eastern Bali - Location, room quality, lobby, swimming pool, breakfast quality are good. Little pricey
- ajit (9/5): - Nice small cozy place, helpful staff Breakfast buffet could be better
- Julia Floor (10/5): - Very spacious, clean and beautiful surroundings/garden. The swimming pool has amazing views and they serve tasteful food at their restaurant. Comfortable beds and black-out curtains. Would really recommend. Nothing
- 191ronf (10/5): Amazing and Elegant - Colonial elegance describes this hotel Best. Impeccable service with a smile!
Cleanliness of the hotel is notable in everything. Kind and professional staff.
A special compliment for Mrs. Jenifer Chen, the front office manager and her colleague Mrs. Agustin. A special "shout out" for Mr. Ardana the chef, Jaya, Yoga, Agus and Annie. Most of all i need to thank Nanda! All staff are so service minded. That was highly appreciated.
I can definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to every one who wants to experience that old world chique feeling

- Ronald (10/5): Amazing and Luxurious - The hotel has a colonial feel to it. The building is magnificent! The staff are all very service minded
I will not forget there smile! A special "shout out " to
Mrs. Jennifer Chen, the front desk manager. She went out of her way to make my stay as pleasurable as can be. Mr.Ardana the chef of the restaurant, Jaya, Annie, Agus Yoga and most important Nanda!
Last but not least Mrs. Agustin of the front office.
And all staff who's name i forgot to mention! Nothing!
- Gergely (9/5): Comfy and stylish hotel on the seaside - Old style hote, clean, very friendly staff, good kitchen, large pool, spacious in every aspect, and the constant breeze in the lobby is so refreshing! Rich amenities. Beautiful garden. We had a room on the roadside and the room was a bit noisy. The windows could use double isolation planes. If you are a good sleeper, it's not an issue. Otherwise, there are free earplugs available in the amenities box.
