• Tomasz (8/5): Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania wyspy. - Obiekt w dobrym standardzie. Spełniał podstawowe założenia naszego wyjazdu. Dobra lokalizacja i miejsce do zwiedzania całej wyspy. Jedyny minus to mocno korkujące się otoczenie i dojazdy do miejscowości. Mało miejsca do zaparkowania samochodu na parkingu przy obiekcie - ale można sobie z tym poradzić parkując wcześniej - później drogi jednokierunkwe prowadzą dookoła. Blisko market jest atutem. Poprosiłem o dopasowaną ilość ręczników do ilości osób oraz osobne do skorzystania z basenu oraz dołożenie łóżka dla dziecka (pobyt dla 5 osób a łóżek w sypialniach 4) - nie zostałem poinformowany, że to opcje dodatkowo płatne i na koniec zostałem poproszony o dopłatę 50 Euro. Sprawa jednak się wyjaśniła - anulowano opłatę za łóżko i musiałem zapłacić za ręczniki 10 euro (co uważam powinno być w standardzie). Ponadto wi-fi powinno być w standardzie już w tych czasach - w obiekcie jest dodatkowo płatne.

Девочки на рецепции очень милые и хорошие) Еда в ресторане при бассейне очень вкусная, но очень долго приходится ждать. Средний чек на человека около 20 евро.Мы не пользовались шведским столом, так как мы пришли с утра и нам сказали, что нужно заранее записываться, но нам такое и не подошло, потому что дети очень переборчивые в еде… WiFi бесплатного нету, мы за него платили-5 устройств на 7 дней 20 евро. Полотенца нужно брать в аренду когда идешь на бассейн ( 2 евро/одно).Пляжа мы не нашли нормального в окрестностях все в камнях, пришлось ездить на песчаный пляж, дорога занимала около 40 минут езды. Будьте готовы, что в апартаментах нету ни чая, ни кофе, ни сахара, ни соли.Магазин на территории не работает до 21:00 , как написано в Google картах, так что мы не успели себе ничего купить на утро.Стены очень тонкие, шумо изоляция совсем нету))))Связь ужасно работает и не ловит интернет, такое чувство, что работают глушилки, чтобы покупали WiFi.Нету мешков для мусора, туалетная бумага была по одному рулону на туалет, нету моющих средств и жидкого мыла для рук. Очень душно в апартаментах-мы были в ноябре и нам не хватало хотя бы вентилятора.Бассейны были холодные, хотя пишут, что с подогревом, но детям это не мешало купаться))))

No good beach in Costa Silencio and nearby (this is not the problem of the hotel, but just bear in mind you will have to drive at least 15 km to find a good sandy beach)

It was a shame that the apartment was 2 single beds instead of a double but not the end of the world, it just makes the possibility of falling through the middle during the night a real possibility.

• Nicola (9/5): Fantastic, superb sea view. Friendly staff, beautiful complex!!! - So friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to the lovely lady in reception. (Her husband worked in the restaurant). Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our apartment, the pool, the view was incredible if the sea, the sunsets, beautiful grounds and lovely restaurant. Our only criticism was we really struggled at night not having air conditioning!!! If only an air conditioning unit could be fitted maybe on a meter would be a game changer as we would love to come back to stay but we really felt the apartment needed air conditioning especially for ease of sleeping. There were fans available in reception but for 6 of us air conditioning was the answer. As much as we tried to air the apartment before we closed the shutters for safety it got too hot and mosquitoes came in.

• Amandine (3/5): Poor - - The apartments, spacious and fully equipped, offer great value for money. - Nestled in the charming 'Costa del Silencio,' the hotel's location near the water and a short 15-minute walk from a small beach is a true highlight. - The swimming pool, coupled with a decent restaurant, creates a pleasant haven for relaxation. - The summer heat transforms the apartments into uncomfortably warm spaces, leaving my wife, son, and me struggling for restful sleep. (no fans offered for rent) - The beds' comfort leaves somewhat to be desired, whether it's the couch or the top-floor bed. Also we encountered a two-day inconvenience when a lock issue blocked our front door, forcing us to use the back entrance. - The initial promise of 'free parking' (on booking.com) is somewhat misleading. The limited parking spaces relative to the number of guests led to an unexpected financial burden, the STORY of which I'll recount below. STORY of parking issue : Spoiler, our parking misadventure ultimately ends with our car being towed by 'La Grua' resulting in an unforeseen total expense of 124 euros. This happened on a specific evening when legal parking spaces were scarce by 6PM. After searching, we resorted to parking in front of the residential area entrance, though illegally, with my car-sick five-year-old son in the car. My intention was to relocate the car after dinner when non-residents using the pool area would have departed. Regrettably, the car was towed before 10PM... The context behind this situation is intriguing: The hotel owner's son's wedding celebration was happening that day at the swimming pool. This celebration not only diminished the pool's accessibility but also occupied a significant portion of the parking area, almost 20%. With my car inadvertently blocking some guest vehicles parked within the residence, the hotel owner orchestrated the intervention of police and towing services. While admitting my bad parking, I couldn't help but see a fundamental conflict of interest. Prioritizing a personal event, the wedding, over the comfort of paying guests (clients to the business)

• Simonegrt (8/5): Very good Aparthotel at this price range, with some buts - The room was big for 3 people, and had everything we'd needed. The resort is in a very good position, in front of the ocean, and in a 20 minutes drive you can reach the most important places in the south of the island. The restaurant is a little expensive but the staff is very gentle. The resort was generally clean, but the room was not. One sheet had stains, the mattresses were in bad conditions (both uncomfortable an dirty). In the other apartments were staying very loud people, so it wasn't a very quite place, but this wasn't a property's fault.

• Mike (10/5): Exceptional - The westhaven bay has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The apartment has everything you need, it was spotless and so comfortable. The staff were so helpful and professional. If you love amazing food then try the on site restaurant, the food was exceptional. It is a very popular restaurant so you may have to book a table. Public transport is excellent and just outside the hotel, allowing you to explore the area further. I would have no hesitation in recommending the westhaven bay for a wonderful relaxing holiday 😎 I couldn't fault anything, everything was perfect and above expectations.

• Liis (8/5): Good nest for all the adventures we had all over Tenerife. - the property was in a very good location- the ocean was within 200 meters, and the grocery store was also within 200 meters. The kid enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was also very good. There was no extra toilet paper and trash bags. Knives weren’t sharpened for a long time. other than that we enjoyed the placece.
• Asta (5/5): Need to read reviews more carefully :) - Swimming pool, restaurant and very helpfull guy in the reception. Small supermarket is nearby with delicious crousans and very nice, allways smiling and nice talking working ladies. The apartment would be very good, but when you come for a few days and can’t find sope, dishwasher, some salt or perper. Even toilet paper one roll and you need to buy yourself later on. Totally empty apartament. No wifi. Just near the swimming pool. Cockroaches everywhere, big and small. Please better take few euros more per night, but leave some soap, diahwaser, trash bags, spices like salt, sugar or peper. It not cost a lot, but clients will apreciate it. I am writting this review after few more stays in other places, so this was the most poor compare with others with more or less the same price.

Good and modern kitchen installations. Reception hours - closed for public from 5pm. During all the nights of stay (7 nights), we had loud noise from different apartments of neighbours. No utensils for bathroom / kitchen (soap, gel, shampoo).
