• Kaspar (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal! - Sehr schönes Ambiente, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber, direkt beim Bahnhof gelegen. Die Aussenparkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Eingang. Gegen eine Gebühr konnte problemlos ein early Check-in sowie ein late Check-out gebucht werden. Wir kommen wieder! Nichts!

• Patricia (8/5): Joli hôtel moderne proche du magnifique lac de Sempach - Très grande chambre. Beau balcon. Salon. Bon buffet petit-déjeuner La circulation des trains est quand même assez bruyante et la nuit, les trains qui passent à grande vitesse m’ont réveillée. Si j’y retourne, je demanderai une chambre à l’opposé de la gare.

• Mathieu (10/5): Extraordinaire - Le lit, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, le personnel et particulièrement la gentille dame qui était présente lors du petit-déjeuner. Le train qui passe toutes les 30 min environ est assez bruyant, surtout quand on aère.

• Kerstin (5/5): - Gute Verkehrsanbindung Die Zimmer waren nicht mehr in ganz gutem Zustand, die Vorhänge defekt und der Betthimmel verkratzt, das bin ich von Schweizer Hotels anders gewohnt . Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahngleis, das muss man wissen da man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann.

• Eliza (8/5): genialna lokalizacja - Hotel jest genialnie usytuowany, schodzi się z peronu kolejki i wchodzi do hotelu (to jednak powoduje, że w pokojach nawet przy zamkniętych oknach) bywa trochę głośno, bo jeżdżą również szybkie pociągi, które nie zatrzymują się na stacji. Dojazd do Lucerny bardzo dogodny, ok. 20 minut w zależności od rodzaju pociągu. Pokój jest dość przestronny, czysty, z ładnym balkonem. Łazienka jest oddzielona od pokoju tylko mleczną szybą i przesuwnymi drzwiami. Łazienka nie ma półeczki ani wieszaków na ręczniki, co nie jest zbyt komfortowe przy dłuższym pobycie. Bardzo miły personel recepcji. Dobre śniadania.

Overall would recommend this hotel which is 18 minutes away in the train from Lucern. Conveniently next to the train station. Good location to travel to various places of interest.

• Ricarda Charlotte (8/5): Wir waren auf der Durchreise und würde dafür wiederkommen - Schönes Zimmer. Alles sauber, angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super! Und auch die Getränke an der Bar gut (auch alkoholfreie Varianten möglich und lecker) Und das Personal sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Laufband im Fitnessraum ist so laut, dass man es nur von 9-19 Uhr benutzen darf, das stand so vorher nirgends und wir hätten es bei Ankunft gerne noch verwendet. Auch die auf de Website angegebenen Pinsa als Snack / kleines Abendessen gab es (gerade) nicht. Die Reisegruppe die um 6 Uhr morgens sehr laut im Flur war. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und es kommt hoffentlich nicht regelmäßig vor.

• Jan (8/5): Dit prima hotel verdient betere laadinfrastructuur. - Allemaal dik in orde. Beetje saaie buurt. Op verplaatsing gegaan voor het avondeten. Laadpaal (Tesla ? ) werkte niet, onmogelijk te connecteren. Jammer dat zo'n hotel niet doorheeft hoe belangrijk overnight (goedkope) laadpalen zijn voor de EV-reiziger. Het is ons nr.1-keuzefilter. Als die dan niet werken, kan men een herhalingsbezoek vergeten en onze online reacties gaan de EV-community rond.

• Dennis (7/5): Heerlijk bed! - De bedden lagen werkelijk fantastisch. Dus we hebben goed geslapen. De barman zorgde voor een heel sfeervolle en gezellige avond op het terras. Het ontbijt was goed met Vera brood, croissants, fruit, beleg en hele goede koffie. Het lag niet direct aan het hotel zelf maar door de hitte sliepen de meeste gasten met hun balkondeuren open. Wij ook. Daardoor werden we om 5:30 in de ochtend verstoord door de föhn van de buren die een half uur lang met een hoog en irritant geluid heeft geblazen. Dat was wel jammer.

• Alexandra (8/5): - The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff member who welcomed us was exceptionally friendly and professional, creating a warm and inviting first impression. We stayed in room 209, which was perfect for our family of four. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Large windows filled the room with natural light, enhancing the open and airy feel. The view from our room was truly breathtaking. Overlooking the mountains, it offered a serene and picturesque backdrop that made our stay even more memorable.
• Massimiliano (3/5): Pleasant but not a 4 star. - Nice staff It is not definitely a 4 star hotel, with the service received. The rooms are poor in quality and worn, the lights in the hotel were all flickering including the emergency exits. The gym machinery broke on me hurting my foot meanwhile I was using it, with photos to prove it. We paid £190 to stay there. I definitely would ask for a partial refund.
• Vahid (8/5): - We had a great time staying at AVA hotel and our room which was a junior suite had plenty of space and Yvonne was wonderful and very helpful. The only things that we recommend to add are first and foremost air conditioning which is lacking in most properties in Switzerland and as the temperatures are constantly getting warmer it is becoming a necessity and not a luxury. Secondly it would be great to have the option of having a small refrigerator in the rooms. We bought a lot of great Swiss chocolate and fortunately Yvonne accommodated us by keeping them in the main refrigerator to keep them from melting.

• JOSEPHCHAI28 (4/5): AVA hotel Sempach - Hotel with wierd restrictions - Stayed in this hotel 2nights from 3-05Apr25. Nice large rooms with balcony. friendly staff especial Georgos.. Hotel is located near lake Sempach beside train station. No many options outside hotel. Negative - Hotel has many restrictions for groups (not aure if it applies to individual or family) - no eating in rooms - no cooking, not even to boil water for instant noodles. No smoking in room (Understandable) no smoking even at the balcony - (wierd) whats balcony for?? Hotel rooms has coffee machine - but no coffee capsule nor tea sachets. Hotel mgr explains that - guest tends to spoil the machine. This is the most ridiculous reason. Explanation; not accepted. In such situation, prrhaps - it only common sense - not to provide coffee machine in rooms

• Amir (9/5): Great boutique hotel in a small town close to Luzern to stay for business or family vacation - Everything was good as expected in regards to check in, the room, ... The room was well-decorated, having a very nice balcony. The staff made whatever they could to help us having a great stay. The breakfast was very basic, but with great fresh Swiss ingredients. For me, the only negative point was the bedding; both the pillow and the mattress were not comfortable, and I could not have a good sleep.

The rooms are quite big and clean, there is a balcony (but you have no privacy because of the glass separation). The breakfast is ok Despite some negatives I liked this place The bathroom is glazed and has only one door that you move or to the toilet or to the shower. From the shower you go directly to the room. The location - literally close to the train station, a little bit noisy, on the other hand very easy to go to Lucerna by train. NO fridge - I don't understand why NO AC

Great Design overall, hotel is apparently 10 years old but everything looks like new. No infection protection/ moskito screens for windows/ dior (like, e.g., at Hotel Sempachersee), and no fan: in rooms without AC, and hot days does not allow leaving window open at night, and cool with a fan - in an area near the lake with lots of insects
