• Olga (10/5): - Отдыхали с подругой с 13-20 мая. Хороший отель, замечательный и заботливый персонал. Завтраки без изысков, но очень неплохие. Соотношение цена качество- рекомендую! Отель расположен в зоне оптовой торговли
• Adna Celik (9/5): - All the staff are very kind. The cleaners are wonderful and tidy the room every day. The location is good — it’s not too far from the station and the metro. The rooms are small, but they are fine for a stay of a few days.

• Ermin (7/5): - Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji i ima vrlo dobru povezanost s gradskim prevozom. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se metro i tramvajska stanica, što omogućava jednostavno kretanje po gradu. Kapali čaršija (Grand Bazaar), Aja Sofija i Eminönü lako su dostupni tramvajem. Osoblje hotela je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno. Nakon što smo prvobitno smješteni u sobu 603, u kojoj se osjećao neugodan miris kanalizacije i nije radio tuš, odmah nam je dodijeljena druga soba. Hotel je brzo reagovao i u potpunosti ispunio naš zahtjev, na čemu smo zahvalni. Doručak je solidan, a pogled iz sobe izuzetno lijep. Soba se redovno održavala, a peškiri su se svakodnevno mijenjali, što dodatno doprinosi pozitivnom utisku boravka. . Ono što mi se nije dopalo: Doručak je solidan, ali se svaki dan nudi ista hrana. Preporuka je da izbor bude raznovrsniji i bogatiji. Soba je veoma mala i ima samo jednu utičnicu. Televizor je mali i ne radi, nema dostupnih kanala. Prostor u toaletu je takođe vrlo mali i ne odgovara u potpunosti fotografijama. Uočena je dlaka, koja je nakon toga uklonjena. Smatram da bi se, uz poboljšanja u ovim segmentima, ukupno iskustvo boravka moglo značajno unaprijediti.

• Oxana (10/5): - Чистота, уборка каждый день! Вместо 3х местного 1 комнатного номера дали, семейный с 2мя спальнями и 2 мя душевыми. Завтраки практически одно и то же, но вкусно, насытиться можно) красивый вид из столовой на 7ом этаже! 8 минут до трамвая и автобусов Находится в глубине улиц, не всегда сразу находили🤣, ходили вокруг до около кругами, в принципе расположение не плохое), но до достопримечательностей далековато, но на трамвае в любую сторону можно уехать! Рядом много кафе, есть узбекская кухня близко, вкусно)

• Aymen (7/5): From decent to good - The property was good and rhe staff were very nice And the hitel is in good place and not far from bus stop and metro station and close to the marmary The room was to small and toilet was having really bad smell and in night we did sleep with the smell of cigarette we couldn’t sleep well and I didn’t know were the smell is coming from but I think it was from ventilation

• Asiyat (8/5): - Хорошее расположение: рядом трамвай, метро, автобусы. Ежедневная уборка, чистота. Относительная тишина: хорошая уличная изоляция, но меж комнат не особо. Внимательный персонал. Хороший хамам, маме очень понравилось. Хорошие завтраки с отличным видом. Хорошие кровати, с плотным матрасом как я люблю. В целом все понравилось! Отдельное спасибо за вкусный турецкий кофе)! Номер стандарт, конечно очень маленький, на мой взгляд. Всего одна розетка, и та на честном слове держится. Часто доносился запах сигарет и не только, видимо с вытяжки в ванной. Отель расположен в районе Лалели и вокруг него не сметное количество магазинов, опт и розница. Но за то практически все говорят на русском). В целом больше конечно плюсов чем минусов.

• reggie (4/5): If it wasn’t for the staff and location, we would have moved to another hotel - The location was good and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very very small and we were given twin beds as a couple which I’d expressed. Our view was a brick wall, and the A/C unit didn’t work. Just want to say that the porter Shiraz, was a lovely guy and good at his job.

The hotel is very clean, and all the staff are kind and helpful, starting from the reception, housekeeping, to the kitchen, especially Mr. Seraj. He is a very kind and helpful man. • pamela (3/5): Non consiglierei - Posizione, zona ricca di attività commerciali aperte di giorno. Pavimento hotel. Hotel poco curato, accoglienza approssimativa. La stanza puzzava di fumo nonostante non fossimo fumatori, pulizia scarsa hanno saltato un giorno. Colazione pessima solo tipico turco (aperitivo italiano per capirci), con un paio di dolcetti ripetuti. Nessuno parla inglese.

• Houssem (5/5): - The location is good. The room is convenient. The staff is great. The smell of smoke in the bathroom, I dunno where it comes from. The hall window near room 105, it bothers a lot. It's near main road so the noise is big during the day, but no problem at night.

• Amina (10/5): - I had wonderful time with my family during our stay at Kuran Hotel. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was really nice, with plenty of choices that we all enjoyed. Overall, it was a really nice family stay and we would be happy to come back again!

• MANUELA (5/5): Un hotel senza pretese - Rapporto qualità prezzo. Una doppia a 60 euro Camere molto piccole. Bagno piccolo. Condizionatore puntato sui letti. Difficile tenerlo acceso se sei nella stanza.

Most of the staff was very kind and nice When I made my check-in as I arrived late in Istanbul the night receptionist stopped my passport on reception without to noticed me. When I was in room after a while I remember about passport and I was going back. First he didn't sayed nothing and after said that he is keeping safe.I was very upset and angry because he didn't ask for my permission.I don't know if is a rule in Turkey hotels but everywhere around the word they used,maybe scanned or made a copy but never was keeped. He said that I can have it if I wanted back and of course I took it back. Retaining it without my permission was upsetting me and was giving the feeling as I am traited as a thief of as a prisoner. Also in another night the door from outside was closed I needed the wait until same night receptionist was opening the door ..The rest of staff was all very kind and good profesionist.
• Pravashnie (1/5): Not value for money. Won’t stay again - Close to get to main attractions but the area isn’t the safest, which was also confirmed by people living in Istanbul. Breakfast was good. Pictures not a good reflection of property We didn’t get a city view but a view of old dirty buildings and peoples apartments/people able to look directly into our room. Pigeon and bird droppings view/directly outside window. Shower small and compact with no window. Mould in bathroom/shower. The hotel managers don’t think this is a problem. They offer a free upgrade when you make the booking on booking.com but we didn’t even get a decent standard room.

• Rahaf (8/5): Nice - I liked that the staff were very friendly and helpful, also that they clean daily, you get included breakfast and there is a woman only spa if you want and i like all the things they offered us like a tour to the beach and taxi to the hotel. Very helping. Almost everything you need is in the reception; iron, sim card, first aid kit and more. I also like that there's a blow drier, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. There was an elevator which was amazing and there is a scale to weigh your luggage on one of the floors. The place of the hotel is very ideal. It's close to everything and it has an amazing look from the window and restaurant. The bed is a bit too hard and there are no extra big pillows. Most of the staff don't know English but communicating with sign language or Google translate works fine. You also don't get to have more than one room card to get in individually if you are more than one person, although we did get an extra card when we asked for it for electricity when we're not in the hotel but that card is for another unused room so it doesn't open the room. Also, the bathroom and room were quite tight, especially the bathroom, but maybe every room is different.
