- John (4/5): Sub standard for the exorbitant price. - The room was big. The shower had hot water. I’m very disappointed, an establishment like this does not support our military and give any kind of veterans Discount! For that reason alone, I will never use your facilities again or your services of any sort. We have used the La Quinta many times and a few other places and for the money, there are many places that are just as good and in many case's hands down better. I support our military and I support business that support our military and if you don’t do that, then you have lost any support I would give you! On top of that, the free breakfast, the majority of the stuff that was supposed to be hot was cold. There was no creamers for coffee. There was sugars, but no creamers. Also there was no milk, or apple juice only orange juice at the time we were there. I probably would not even send an email on normal circumstances, but there was just too many things that added up that brought me to this point. For the cost of that room, the bed sucked to say the least it was very uncomfortable. The room itself was not clean very well. When we first walked in the lighting situation is screwed up. You have to turn the switch on by the door to get the lights to come on in the bedroom, but if you don’t know this, you’re walking in the bedroom trying to find the light switch, stumbling around, trying to figure out how to get in and out of the bedroom without killing yourself. Then when we did get the lights on we found bobby pins hair clips laying on the floor so that tells me that it’s a good possibility the floor was not even swept after the last person was in there which brings me to the conclusion that the entire room was probably not cleaned properly and it’s very very disturbing that paying over $300 for a room for one night, that the room wasn’t clean properly. The shower it’s nice that you have the bottles of shampoo and conditioners and stuff attached to the wall. It would be however nice that if you quit wasting water.

She is part of the reason we keep coming back to this location for work, staff always goes above and beyond and this time around Keila was that for us.

- Shana (10/5): - This hotel was awesome on every aspect. Every staff member we encountered was nice, friendly and stopped what they were going to answer questions. The room was very spacious and loved that the bedroom was off by itself from the sitting/kitchenette area. The bathroom was very big too. The price was in line with every other hotel we've booked in that area and the room was much nicer. The breakfast was out of this world - first I've had so many hot selections and the cook will make you your own omelet. I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about this hotel.

- lovellp2017 (8/5): Decent business hotel - Decent hotel for business travel with plenty of free parking. It's located close to many eateries and highways. However, there is no disturbance from traffic. The staff at breakfast work very hard to serve and clean up. The two reasons I give it 4 stars are: 1. The window screen in my bedroom was ruptured and could not be rolled up or down. 2. I spent four nights here and the wake-up calls did not go through even once. Somehow, they were not able to identify or fix the issue for four days.

I liked the restaurant onsite and the indoor pool although it was very busy so we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Breakfast was decent but I felt rushed with all the people in there, not really the hotels fault though. The thinnest pillows I’ve ever used. The bed was not very comfortable and I woke up with a headache. I had driven 10 hours that day and only wanted a good nights sleep so I was disappointed.

- CDS8903AI (10/5): Great hotel with great employees. - This is a really nice hotel. Some say the Hilton branded hotels have gone downhill recently, but this hotel is AMAZING! Due to our stay being over the holidays, we could not take advantage of the restaurant or bar, but the prices seemed appropriate and affordable. The rooms were spacious and the TV channel selection and service were better than most Hilton branded hotels today. The breakfast at Embassy Suites is always good, but this particular one has a pancake machine, I have never seen that before. The only negative was the accessible room. With the high lip for the shower it was still inaccessible for my spouse who cannot walk at this time. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I was genuinely surprised by how much Embassy Suites has evolved since my last stay, which was decades ago. I was floored by the stunning lobby and modern interior design. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living area, counter with microwave and adjacent fridge along with a table to comfortably enjoy my takeout. The king-sized bed faced the TV, making for a convenient (yet cozy) movie night. The bed was incredibly comfortable—plush with a slight touch of firmness, which made it perfect after driving all day. Parking is free and convenient with lots of spaces available (given the hotel is also a convention center), and the hotel’s spacious lobby area has a welcoming, upscale vibe with attentive front desk staff. I was able to also print out some documents at the computer center located next to the front desk.

- 32family (8/5): Good choice for the area - We stayed a total of 8 nights, beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, checking in was a breeze, we were able to enjoy one night for complementary drinks and the server was engaging and nice. We ordered from the burger place a few times and the food was good. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge one night and had a few drinks with wonderful servers as well. Breakfast was always good, the omelets were my favorite. The lady making them was always in a good mood and nice. My only complaints were the cleanliness of the room, big stain on the carpet, hard water build up in the bathroom and some stains on the couch and just overall felt a little run down compared to the rest of the atmosphere, some towels were so old they were almost see through and the pillows were so thin. I would definitely stay here again due to all the other positives just bringing it to attention. Corporate might want to help upgrade some supplies and deeper cleans.

- Johnny (6/5): I will not stay at this hotel again. - Great staff and breakfast. Dingy, old room furniture. Old, scruffy towels. Bug in the bed. Dirty, dingy carpeting in room. All these together make the stay unsatisfactory. I expect better quality from any name associated with the name Hilton.

- Joy (10/5): Amazing hotel - This hotel is amazing. From the friendly staff, easy check-in clean building and grounds and the complementary food and drinks, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a little on the pricier side, but it is so worth it.

- Angela (10/5): - I wouldn’t give them less than 5* because they are very nice and the rooms, bedding, common areas are very nice as well but the housekeeping staff is not top notch. We stayed here last year as well for a conference and the room wasn’t cleaned after we left the first morning. After returning at 10pm that day, we had to ask for fresh towels so we’d have them for the next morning. This time, the water bottles in room were not sealed and had a sip or two out of one of them….also there was a good amount of hair on the coffee table. We left the room as-is the next morning to see if they would clean the room and fix the issues (intentionally without telling them about the problem) and it did not get fixed after housekeeping came through. Also, they did not replenish the makeup remover wipes the next morning. There were three women staying in my room so this would have been nice to have had replenished.

The air conditioning seemed to blow into the living space and not so much in the bedroom causing the room to be warm and the living area, very cold if doors were closed. Minor airflow issue, which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars. If you are a Hilton honors memeber, ve aware that they did not honor reward points when booked through a third party, which is disappointing, especially for a pricey stay. On the positive side, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. I did not have the chance to experience the complementary evening snacks/drinks as we had a wedding to attend, but the complimentary breakfast was delicious, I had a freshly made omelet. Parking was ample, easy access to the highway and other food sources. The onsite restaurant was also tasty.

- April (5/5): Passable - The employees were not accommodating at all. The lady checking us in was not friendly and welcoming. We also requested to be given extra pillows and they didn't have them ready. We had to call guest services to have someone bring them to our room. We finally got them after an hour of waiting and not to mention we were made to feel like we were a big inconvenience for them.
- jackie (6/5): - The beds were not very comfortable and it was pretty noisy. We had kids with us, so we understood the noise, but if you want a quiet place to stay i wouldn't recommend. The hotel is well maintained. the grounds were beautiful, and it is located in a great spot. The parking was fine; it was very busy when we stayed and had to park pretty far from the entrance. The restaurant downstairs was good, but very loud. almost overwhelming for our kids. Pool was very small.

There were crumbs of leftover food in the living room, our bedside outlet did not work (meaning we could not charge our phones at night), and I really wish hotel rooms would do away with the carpeting. The room served its purpose as being close to the soccer fields, but was highly overpriced.

- Gina (6/5): - I'm giving it 3 stars because we chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub, but were severely discouraged since both were treated with way too much chlorine. Just being in the pool room for 5 minutes, our eyes started to burn. Other people noticed as well and made complaints as we saw maintenance trying to fix the issue but the second time we tried to swim, it was not better yet. The beds were comfortable but we still didn't get any sleep from what it looked to be as teenagers shooting off fireworks behind the parking lot at 11pm. Then it rained all night and the rain hitting the awning outside of our room made loud clanking noises so there was no rest. These last two complaints were out of the hotel's control. The breakfast was pretty good!

- triotrois (10/5): Good place to stay in this area. - Clean, comfortable, and nice location. Rooms are spacious. The walls are very thin. I eventually got to sleep there was some noise from the rooms next to mine. I could not hear the cars outside. Bed is comfortable and was clean. Bathroom is clean.
