• sara (9/5): Very good location for Cyclists who want to stop for visiting Kyoto. - I stayed two night at the guest house, very friendly staff, they allow me to take my bicycle into the room, it was really welcome. The room is actually a generous unit. The lift to go up and down is a bit slow, he always stops at the reception floor.

• Diana Therese (6/5): - Staff were extremely kind and helpful! They made my experience wonderful. I received recommendations, they were able to speak English and in the room there was a recommendations book which was super neat. It was convenient to have umbrellas free of use for the rain and as my walking stick! It personally felt more like a motel, however, the staff made the stay all the more bearable. I received a different room from what was presented when Booking. The price is the most affordable that I was able to find during cherry blossom season and if anything it was a mistake on my part for not differentiating between a guest house and hotel!

• 杣人 (5/5): ホテルの宿泊代が高騰していることを考えるとリーズナブル。想定内でした。 - いつも泊まっている四条近辺からは少し離れていたがお散歩感覚で歩ける距離だったので問題はない。近くに食事のできる店もありその点も問題はない。京都での宿泊はコインパーキングが基本になるので自動車の利用も不便は感じない。施設はゲストハウスという名だがプライベートが守られているのでその点も問題はない。スタッフも丁寧な説明で好感何もてた。 バスタブが狭くてシャワーのみ。

• Shinji (4/5): 部屋の設備や家具の配置はもっと見直しの余地がある。値段に見合っていない。 - スタッフの対応は良かった。 サーモスタットのない混合水栓ではあったが、給湯器の温度を調節できるので、お湯の温度はコントロールしやすかった。 近くに先頭があるので、扉が外れるユニットバスを無理に使う必要はない。 普通に閉めて開けるだけで、ユニットバスの扉が外れる。 夜中に自分で構造を見て、はめ直すのは苦痛だった。 直すように依頼したが、直してもらっても開けるときにヒンジの軸が浮くのは相変わらずだったので、たぶんまた外れる。おそらくスタッフにとって、あの部屋のユニットバスの扉が外れることは周知の事実なのだと思う。 上昇・下降の速度が遅い低速エレベーターな上に、かならずフロントのある2Fにエレベーターが止まるので、とにかくエレベーターが遅い。 フロントにスタッフがいない夜間の時間帯でも、2Fにエレベーターが止まるが何の意味もない。 部屋の壁が薄いのか防音性が良くない。 デスクとベッドとテレビの位置関係がいまひとつ。

• Barbara (8/5): - Super pobyt, blisko do dworca głównego, w hotelu zamieszczone było wiele informacji dotyczących atrakcji, komunikacji miejskiej i lokalnych restauracji. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna i mówiła po angielsku. Trochę mała łazienka, ale to chyba norma w Japonii.
• Drake89 (4/5): meh - facility is pretty basic at quite a premium price. this is the only place in my 10-day trip to japan that does not have a toilet washlet. location is not convenient, at the other side of the city, and it takes you ~30-40 minutes on crowded bus to get to main attractions. the only close site is nijo castle. staff was the main disappointment. my room's wifi was not working. i followed their guidebook and chose other rooms' but the alternatives were pretty slow and unstable, constantly kicking me out. i asked them to look into it, the guy on afternoon shift said ok but nothing changed. next morning i asked the guy on morning shift and he outright refused, making no effort or offering to make any change.

• Ai-hsiang (7/5): - 前台有一定的專業度，也很親切，問他要洗衣精，請他幫我處理房間電燈打不開的問題都很快地回應了。床比我想像中大。設施不新但是打掃得真的還蠻乾淨的。價錢還蠻便宜是真。 兩個點。 第一，雖然附近公車很多，但入住的時候常常會有大行李，我沒記錯的話京都大行李不能上公車。得坐地鐵到二條城再拉過來。這方面個人覺得頗累，但已經入住之後的移動是還蠻方便的。 第二，不知是否只有我住的房間如此？日光燈在關掉之後燈管沒辦法完全暗下來，裡面的螢光幾乎會持續微弱的藍色光線一整夜。像是頭頂一直有一盞小夜燈的程度。這點對我來講是真的還蠻困擾的。

• Ludovica (8/5): Un piacevole soggiorno a Kyoto - La posizione della struttura è ideale: vicinissima a diverse fermate autobus e al castello di Kyoto. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Come consiglio, suggerirei di aggiungere qualche mensola nella stanza per avere più piani di appoggio.

It was further out from the centre, but honestly right outside were bus stops. But just be mindful when booking about 20min bus ride to the centre.

• Anna (9/5): A great option for a budget stay - Excellent for the price. The room was very clean, and there was a lot of space compared to other places I've stayed in Japan. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was cleaned up in time. The location was great, 1 minute walk to bus stops, 5 minutes to a supermarket, and a couple of convenience stores nearby. I felt pretty safe as a solo traveller. Overall, absolutely worth the money. I’d recommend good earplugs for sleeping, as noise isolation isn’t great.

• Criselda (8/5): We are very satisfied with the Guest House. It is important for us to have a good night sleep after a very tiring day an - It has enough space for 3 persons with big luggages. The kitchen is fully equipped (although we used it very seldom). It is quiet although it is beside a main road (I think the windows are well isolated). We were able to use the Washing Machine. The Bath Tub is a luxury for the very tired body in the evening! Location is quite a distance to the nearest Metro. So you need to walk like 15 minutes. Bus stations are nearby.

Os preços do booking para quarto standart foram muito superiores aos praticados pelo alojamento para quartos superiores e com outras condições

В номере все очень старое. При этом это не японский стиль, это просто очень старая мебель и техника. В номере было не уютно. До метро 20 минут пешком.

• Silvia (8/5): - Posizione ottima. Stanza non gigante ma almeno c'era lo spazio per aprire le valigie (non scontato in giappone) Bagno davvero piccolo e vecchio. Siamo stati 4 notti e non sono mai passati a pulire la stanza - non pretendo che vengano fatti tutti i giorni essendo una guest house ma almeno dare una passata ai pavimenti ogni paio di giorni mi sembra doveroso. O piuttosto mettete a disposizione degli ospiti una scopa o simile. La stanza era inizialmente pulita ma inevitabilmente dopo qualche giorni non lo era piu. A peggiorare la situazione c'era della polvere o simile che non sappiamo se uscisse dallo split del condizionatore o da sotto il letto.

• Ángela (8/5): Cómodo, pero desapercibido - Las camas eran muy suaves y cómodas, creo que nunca he dormido tan bien como en las camas de este hospedaje El staff increíblemente amable Los baños tenían puertas deslizantes en vez de manillas, me di cuenta tarde y al mover la puerta por instinto la saqué de su riel. El el letrero de afuera es pequeño y está sobre la puerta, por lo que no se ve si pasas en auto por el frente, quizás si hubiera un letrero plegable para que se pudiera identificar mejor Me habría gustado una lamparita o una luz cerca de la cama, cuando apagaba las luces era boca de lobo

• YingYing (10/5): - 一開始看到浴室很小其實有點排斥 但使用起來意外的很乾淨又舒適便利 浴缸我身高158使用起來深度剛剛好 房間很大，書桌很大採光很好 床偏軟但睡的很舒服 很適合需要遠端工作要大書桌的朋友 雖然設備有點舊，但是很乾淨的房間沒有異味 重點是很便宜而且有電梯🤣
