- Verified traveler (8/5): Not as advertised but ok generally. - Room size and amenities are ok. However finding the place or person to check in was a problem. Phone number listed in confirmation and website was wrong. Another guest had the same problem. Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful. Thanks to the resourceful resident, she managed to figure out/find out the number which is 88-0606069 and helped call in Thai the check-in person. There's no reception area, no nightclub, no dining area, no outdoor pool seen and there's no shuttle service as listed in the details of the apartment. However the amenities within the room is as described. Housekeeping seems to consist of throwing the rubbish and replenishing the soaps, and not consistent for our second day. There's only 1 room key available for the studio I stayed so it's inconvenient for me and my friend as we go out and come back at different time. There are 3 tower blocks so your room could be one at one of these. Cash deposit and govt ID were not asked from me. Checkout was easy, just put the key in a letter box designated. If you are arriving late, it'd be good to email them ahead. Before coming do email or contact them on check in details and procedures to save you th uncertainty.
- Verified traveler (6/5): The stay was so so. - I've stayed here before with satisfaction so am coming back. However, the service seems fall off this time. I stayed for 5 days 4 nights. I requested for a hair dryer from the very first beginning that never came. The tissue paper & amenity kits ran out without refill for 3 days. Maid came in to drop down bottle water without making up the bedding until the last day. We are disappointed on these. What remains in favour to us is the privacy and the convenience of the carpark.
- Roland (8/5): Great Value! - Only shortcoming is of the three rooms only the bedroom has air conditioning. In Bangkok that can be a real problem but somewhat minimal here since unit is fairly small.
