- Danielle (1/5): You get what you pay for - N/A The water was off at 8 pm until 1 am, the room was semi clean, but dirty.. I found hair and the fixtures were dirty and caked up with residue.. no iron.. It took me 10 minutes to get the microwave going.. You had to flush the toilet a certain way or it would automatically shut off/down, according to the note taped to the toilet.. I heard dogs barking most of the night.. the floor made noises while walking, so did the shower.. the heater did not work, etc
- Carey (3/5): The bed was to hard and the WiFi didn’t work - Nothing Everything

- Otelia (2/5): Overall this was not worth the price and I won’t stay again. - The location was close to everything. The property was dirty. It smelled of mold, weed and cigarettes. The mattress was covered in plastic and made noises. The bathroom was dirty and had roaches. The toilet was loose. On my last morning some man knocked on my door at 9am and tried to enter the room. They said they were house keepers after I screamed.
- Anthony (2/5): Cheap but gross - The room had the most horrible oder we could not get to go away although we bought candles. The filth at the bottom of the bath tub was awful, and the bathrub didnt drain. My husband had to unclog the bathtub. There was a kitchen area that had cabinets without the doors. The stove exhaust fan was covered in grease.

- Brittany (7/5): It was ok - Room was some what clean facilities were in good shape Didn’t like the staff was constantly outside when I needed help I had to go find someone. I have yet to receive a receipt from my stay I had to call to make sure that my key was received because I had to check out early.
- Kelli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Damaris (5/5): Passable -
- Rina (6/5): - During Masters week only one dryer was working. That was very annoying.
The stove was not great. I knew ahead of time to bring my own pots and pans. I never used it due to the eye was crooked and didn’t seem safe.
The staff was great! The rooms were okay. I brought my own cleaning items.
- Leslee (1/5): As a Christian I will say cheap is not always worth it, especially in this area. - This was the cheaper route but definitely not worth it. I traveled and booked this hotel for a church-related Christian event and was not pleased with the service here. It was of much inconvenience. Horrible experience and uninformed staff. It's low quality not worth the cheaper route if you can afford more costly hotels within the area. I traveled and booked this hotel for a church-related Christian event and was not pleased with the service here. Horrible experience and uninformed staff. It's low quality not worth the cheaper route if you can afford more costly hotels within the area. Cold water when taking a shower. The staff member on duty went mute and refused to verbally assist me with the matter. The alleged GM hung up the phone while I was trying to solve my room-related issue and is not suitable for the job. It was clear that the alleged GM is not happy with her job and takes her anger out on customers. She cannot manager her position. I was not offered a different room for the inconvenience nor a refund for the dilemma and I had only been there less than 4 hours. This location needs trained and refined staff. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.
- Sheena (4/5): Disappointing - Convient place. The day people were nice I can say that. The first room I had bathroom was nasty. I had to clean it myself it was something on the toilet. Hot water didn't work. I had to talk back to the front 20 mins after I complained about the hot water. She had no plans on calling me back. I had to ask for another room it was not offered. It was late almost 12 pm or little after when I got the other room. Was told no guarantee that water would work room smelled like pee. I was not aware that I had to change my own sheets, and they clean every 14 days until I called the front. I made the best of it. I tried to get at least the first night back, but the customer service person communication was wrong she to the hotel, and I wanted a total refund that was not the case.
- Tracie (7/5): Overall the stay was comfortable, convenient, quiet and a pleasant place. - I thought the inside would’ve been updated like the outside of the building!! Also, they don’t have an ice machine to accommodate their customers.
- Titania (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gervais-smith (6/5): I got what I paid for 🫤 - I liked the proximity to Fort Eisenhower The constant smell of smoke , cigarette and other
- Janelle (10/5): - The shower head screams more than I could ever. You guys might wanna take a look at that moving forward
- Octavia (1/5): Bad -
- Whitney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (8/5): - Needed a place for some sleep and this place was just fine for that. One of the cheaper options I quickly found and I likely got what I paid for. The only real criticism I would offer was that the picture looked nothing like my room. My room was much more Spartan than the picture shown. The room was very clean though. The hallways smelled of smoke but the room smelled good and as I said was very clean. A coffee pot would have been awesome. But the amenity list truly does not mention coffee. This is what happens when you assume.
- Betty (1/5): Bad - Nothing The so called manger latrice is a nasty woman I don't see how she became mgr with her nasty rude self and her so called staff Makayla the girl that work at the front desk that looks like she just rolled out of bed all she does is sit at the desk in the corner want move to talk to a guest she has a very nasty rude the way this young girl talks to guest and her pothead of boyfriend how does she and her drug head of boyfriend leave on the property has a very rude mouth like her work there the mgr all she cares about is trying to impress the men she could careless about her women gust
- Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shara (6/5): Eh...could have been alot better for the price. - No luggage carts. No ice machine. Doesn't seem to be cleaned too well. Issues connecting to the wifi. The fact that only 1 device can connect to the wifi. No breakfast options.
- Donae (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (5/5): Passable - Late check in The bed was a horrible platform bed with cheap quality. The bathroom door didn't have a latch and wouldn't stay closed.
- Marika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roy (10/5): Had a nice stay - Very quite and clean Hot water could be warmer
- Philicia (8/5): Very good -
- Jesse (1/5): Restless - What breakfast? Staff not living with customers.
- Greyson (10/5): - Room smelled clean when you walked in. Facilities were nice and the staff was very friendly.
- Goatmack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janae (3/5): Poor -
- Laconia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donae (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (4/5): - It looked good in the photos, but the room is terrible, all the furniture and equipment is minimal, made of the cheapest materials, there is not even a coffee maker. It is a huge disaster.
- Matthew (6/5): - The facility as staff were great. However, like many of the hotels (old and new) in the area, the cloud of marijuana was overwhelming at times
- Shameka (8/5): Very good -
- Chandler (8/5): Very good - I liked the location, security, and quietness. The size and comfort of the beds could have been better
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rajat (1/5): Bad -
- Chandler (10/5): Exceptional -
- rodney (10/5): - Check in lady was outstanding and helpful.
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Palwasha (1/5): It was a really bad experience. - We liked nothing about this hotel. I do not recommend it. During my stay, I noticed the presence of cockroaches in my room as well as a strong smell of smoke. I promptly reported these issues to the front desk, and was assured that pest control would be carried out and that the odor would be addressed. Unfortunately, despite this assurance, neither issue has been resolved, and they continue to affect my comfort.
- Betty (1/5): Bad -
- Randall (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - My great granddaughter is in the hospital in icu The staff was friend and the room was clean
- Diego (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sibrina (10/5): - Was good for us. Handicap accessible. Clean
- Clarissa (4/5): Disappointing - Security point to enter the building Nasty, roaches, smell of smoke, and parties in parking lot
- James (5/5): Passable - Decent place nice perks Could not connect to wifi.
- Tina (1/5): Loud, scummy place don't get suckered in - Nothing at all This is the worse hotel I've stayed in augusta. I rent many rooms around the area because I'm working out of my town. I have never experienced such a bad hotel. People yelling and screaming all night, tub is filthy, beds are hard as hell, pillows are flat as hell elevator and halls stink .this is a such a low budget hotel I will.not be staying here ever again and it's nonrefundable go figure they sucker you in so you either give them free money and leave or suck it up and stay I'm soon disappointed. Just to think I have 13 employees I needed to rent rooms for. I know one place I will not be renting them rooms at. Stay away don't get suckered in ....
- Aaliyah (6/5): Pleasant -
